Its not much of an updated experience from what it was before. The seats are much nicer but I wish they leaned back more! I also wish you could lift the arm rests so you can share a seat with your family! My baby wants to sit with both of us! We didnt get to try the new menu yet but it looks BIG and delicious!! I rarely go to local theaters, reserving my movie experiences outside the home for Alamo Drafthouse in Manhattan (revised separately). But when a friend asked me to watch the new Evil Dead installment, this was the closest spot. It's very clean with an open lobby. Bathrooms are clean, with plenty of stalls. I bought my ticket online, which I highly recommend, as it's wicked easy and you can choose your seat (I chose the perfect seat at the perfect height, in the middle of the screen). The isles are wide and easily navigable and staggered in such a way that someone tall sitting in front of you won't affect you at all. The seats are clearly numbered so you know which seat, and which drink holder, is yours. The seats are cushy and redline! My ticket for the matinee was just over 12 dollars. They also have a Regal unlimited pass that's just over 18 dollars a month, or 220-ish? something a year. It essentially pays for itself in just two movies per month and gets you concessions discounts. If you're a regular movie goer, this is a good deal or would make a good gift! This was a good experience and when in this area, I would definitely use this theater over others. read more

Bought tickets for my teens before and was allowed to watch R movies long as we approved. All of a sudden this visit four of my teens could not watch it per manage even tho I was there and said it was okay for them to watch the movie. Had to switch movies on their teen date night. Manager stated it's because teens get rowdy in the R rated movies what about Minecraft that was not the true reason. It's nice when mangers understand and/or nice and inform people of things instead of being so stern. She changed the movies around for a movie they don't want to see but that the only thing we could do. Since it was a movie date night for them. Understand and grace on a situation goes a long way which I felt could have been handled different since I have been a manger before and know what it entails. Sometimes having authority doesn't make you a better manager. read more

Saw Belle in January 2022. Not my favorite anime movie but my first in a movie theater. It was well executed and kept me captivated for two hours. Things to look forward to: A bar and cocktails in the future. Hope they make hot toddies. read more

It's just too loud in the theater's. My mother has to take her hearing aids out, and I stuff napkins in my ears to dull the sound. It's loud enough to cause a migraine....seriously. The seats are amazing, so amazing that you fall asleep after spending a fortune to get in. I've been twice to this theater. Once to see Elvis, and we left midway because I couldn't handle the volume. My second time, I went to see Magic Mike 3 and brought earplugs. Thank the Lord!! The theater is very clean, and the employees I encountered were very friendly. It's a super place, and if they'd lower the sound I'd enjoy watching movies there. As it is, I most likely won't be back. read more

They have now added a line for Regal Rewards members, which should be a good thing. However, they only have one cast member serve the line (on my four attempts to use it) and it seems it is usually the slowest cast member available. The main line moves significantly faster, negating any advantage to the Regal Crown members. read more

My husband and I'd favorite movie theater in town. The reclining seats are so much better than normal movie theater seats. I feel like I could be watching a movie in my living room but with a giant screen. My only inconvenience is to get good seats for a movie you almost have to get your tickets way ahead of time. I usual do it online through the Regal app but the convince fee that is added on to your bill makes going to the movies a bit over the top expense wise. read more

I will start with what I like about this location: the reclining seating and the sound system. That's it. Otherwise, the experience is gross most of the time. Trash and popcorn all over the floors... everywhere. the counters are sticky, and the place where you pick up napkins and straws is messy and trashy. Last night, the young man who was supposed to be checking tickets was just sitting there singing out loud and didn't want to check any tickets. So, if Hou want a free movie, this is the place to come to, obviously they don't care. There is literally trash everywhere here, and no one cleans up. To be fair, employees will do what they want until they're held accountable. I have tet to ever see a manager or supervisor here. I'll come here over AMC due to the reclining seating, but aside from that...no difference. Both are trashy. read more

I obtained tickets through fandango (fast and easy purchase) ahead of our trip. I noticed that there were tablets in the foyer where one could purchase tickets. The staff was pleasant and helpful to direct us to the correct auditorium to be seated. The seats were spacious and reclined well. We brought a sweater and blanket because in the past the auditorium was very cold. We didn't need them on this visit but "better safe than sorry". I seen a spacious room for birthday parties and a arcade room. There was a well lit parking area with plenty of spaces and easy access to the main road and adjacent businesses. Came here to watch two movies, "Spider-Man far from home" and "Hobbs and Shaw." The first time I went was great and I really liked the reclining seats. The theater was very clean and easy to maneuver. A friend told me they had renovated it therefore the reclining seats were there. Got a popcorn and drink the second time. The popcorn was very salty and very buttery, it's good snack for movie watching but if you have to watch your sodium intake, id be careful to purchase a large. Yeah the movies today are hellava expensive but every now and then I want to enjoy a new flick on a crystal clear giant screen. Luckily Regal offers military, AARP, group rates, and loyalty member discounts. I love the reclining plush seats, surround sound system, the concession, theaters, and restrooms were clean (no sticky floors, yes!) and staff was friendly and courteous. Reserve seating is available, enjoy the 3D experience on select movies, plan your next birthday party, and explore the Regal cinema game/arcade room. Theater 13 had blown speakers and was dirty. You couldn't even hear the movie due to the speakers being blown. Would not recommend.

Visited this Regal to see Spiderman with and bought tickets in advance online. You can choose your seats in advance with reclining seats and there are RPX and 3D options as well depending on the movie. Total upgrade from the movie theatre inside the mall in Clarksville. The theater was very busy and there were several people working. It seemed like half of them were actually doing their job and the other half were goofing off and chit chatting in the halls. The cup holders were full of popcorn when we sat down. Assuming this was leftover from the previous movie viewers before us. Curious as to if so many people were staffed why they do not properly clean the theater between screenings. I would definitely try this location again considering how much better the overall quality is compared to the theater in the mall. Maybe this review will catch some attention on the theater cleanliness. read more

Some theaters have very small seating. You chose your seat assignment at time of ticket purchase. So if it's a brand new movie that's really popular you may want to get online & choose your seat & tickets before you leave home to guarantee you get in. Food choices are great- taste not so much. We have been twice & we just were left disappointed with the food. So in future we will just get popcorn & be done with it. The chicken tenders had a strange fish taste to it. The poppers weren't that great. Wasn't impressed with waffle fries & the liquid cheese is somewhat bland. read more

Regal continues to be my favorite mainstream chain/franchise movie theater. Primarily due to their app and valuable rewards system, but also because every Regal I've visited in the past 10 years has been clean, organized, and staffed by friendly folks. Regal Clarksville continues that thread, and excels beyond their sister locations in most regards. Fair ticket prices, friendly staff, and an excellent selection of current features at a variety of times. In fact, I traveled to this location most recently though it was by far not the closest to my house--I added 40 minutes (roundtrip) to my commute to go here because they had the most showtime options, in fact the only Regal in a 100 mile radius (which includes all Nashville Regals) which was screening late shows on a weeknight for a flick I wanted to see. Saw two back to back movies--a "Fathom" event one-night movie and a late screening of a current under the radar hit ("Barbarian"). While the popcorn is saltier than at any Regal I've been to in years, I have no other complaints. read more

If folks try to compare this to big cities like San Antonio, Atlanta, Dallas and so on then you will be disappointed. I get it; those areas know how to spoil folks. We can get gourmet dinners, specialty cocktails, personal waiters etc.... But if you remind yourself that this city is nowhere close to that level yet, then you will appreciate Regal for what it does have and enjoy your experience much more because those of us who have lived here a minute can tell you how far it's come along just in the past couple of years. If you go online you are able to see the seats available for certain shows and choose accordingly. The seats in all the theatres - RPX, 3D, standard - have been upgraded. We just saw the new Avengers movie yesterday in a standard theatre and with the exception of not having the premium sound like RPX does (and for which you pay at least 2 dollars more a ticket for) it was really the same day thought. Seats have automatic buttons you can stop and start at ur leisure. Do yourself a favor and join the Regal Crown club. It'll save you money on tickets and concessions. We saved 10 alone yesterday and got a free popcorn. Concessions have the standard popcorn, candy and sodas; there's also pretzel bites (not fond of the cheese dip that comes with tho), poppers which hubby enjoyed and some additions we have yet to try like chicken sandwiches, pizza and hot dogs. Yes it's expensive. I couldn't really see the combo deals listed either like the other main theatre in the local area has but the young lady waiting on us was very friendly and did help to explain the free refills on the large combo. I was a little surprised to read recent reviews about the long wait. Those young people working concessions were hustling. I counted at least six and the only reason we had to wait at all was it was a large group before us who had a lot of questions. I don't think it's a staff issue but rather a little confusion over possibility of combos and what's offered. There's police security everywhere you look; it was cute to see some of the children run up to one in particular and shake his hands. Initially gruff, those children's smiles wore him down. I don't blame him. It's hard to say no to the children. The bathrooms were clean and stocked, and had I not been to cities like I mentioned above it would have been a 5 star experience; however we HAVE been to those and more and paid less for the overall price we paid yesterday so I can't say there's not room for improvement. But it is a decent theatre with clean areas, good seats you can select on your own and friendly staff. read more

Hayle no we were on the end tilting our heads sideways to see the screen.. I was so darn mad... To top it off the workers moved like turtles in a snails body in the 15 min.. make you late for the movie while getting some popcorn line... second row side-line seats.. while someone in the front aisle row allowed their child to use it as a race track/ trampoline the whole movie..Oh and I forgot how I had to call...(did I say call? Excuse me, send an email because there was no number to call) customer service because the ticket magically disappeared prior to the movie day... Totally wasn't worth it!!! read more

This theater has to be one of the best Regal Cinemas I have had the pleasure of attending!! The seamless check in to the friendliness of the staff is worth the money you pay. Of course, every movie theater has the aroma of fresh popcorn, but I can honestly say that the 1.5 hours I was there, no one burned any popcorn lol!!! The theater seats are the bomb.com!! They are very set up with tons of space and the seats literally felt brand new. Most theaters I have attended with reclining chairs have seats that are old, warm out and smell. The only good thing about this theater are the seats. The restrooms are disgusting and they don't believe in climate control in the theater. It got so hot in there. There was poop on the floor in the restroom - not in the stall, backed up toilets, trash everywhere in there, and multiple sinks not working. Last time I went the heat was out and it was less than 50 degrees. I don't blame them for that because of a bad storm, but they didn't tell us until AFTER we bought their overpriced snacks and drinks. They offered a refund of the tickets only. Also, last time I tried to go to the restroom in the middle of the movie and there was a pile of vomit in the entrance. I told staff about it. When I went to leave over an hour later, the vomit was still there. I'm just done with this place. It is disgusting. read more

I've been coming here since 2005, it used to be the best theater in town but over the last year it has slowly declined. The men's bathroom smells of urine, and several of the urinals are broken as well as many of the sinks. The one female staff who took our order was curt and seemed to take pleasure in telling us items we had asked about were not available nor were they ever going to be. As we headed to the ticket taker and back towards the theaters there was popcorn and trash all over the floors. Also did I mention that we came here as it opened and it was already in this condition. The individual theater rooms lacked marquise denoting what movie was playing in that theater. I really hate to see this theater this way as I've always enjoyed coming here. read more
