This is me making a stand. I used to love this place. It was beautiful. The seats were great. This was the place to see a movie. Unfortunately, now I go here because it's the lesser of two crappy options. Almost all of the seats at the ends of the aisles have armrests that give way when you sit down. The seat covering is falling apart. Honestly, it looks like shit. It's embarrassing and as long as it continues like this, it just goes to show that the company doesn't give a shit about the experience of being at the movies. I don't blame the employees here. I think they're generally great and I feel bad for them that this company doesn't care enough to fix things. If they fixed things here, it would be amazing. I'll keep reviewing it every time I come here. We will see how much it matters. read more

Im not much of a movie going fan. However we went and enjoyed ourselves. Buying tickets in advance was easy. It's nice to know you have a seat and where. It was a bit confusing as to where to go with these electronic tickets. The reclining chairs were very comfortable and really added to the viewing experience. The facility was pretty clean as most people are pigs and leave their containers and pop corn on the carpet. The screen was a nice size relative to the distance our seats were from the screen. This was our first time at this theatre ever and it wasn't a bad experience at all. Atmosphere: Upon walking in we noticed a clean look to the lobby and we love a clean movie theatre. Customer Service: When we walked in we were immediately greeted by an employee that smiled and offered to show us where our movie was. This to us shows exceptional customer service. Once the employee showed us where our movie was we proceed to the concession stands. Concession(food ordered) The good we ordered at the concession stands were: Large Pepsi Icee As well as a large popcorn. These are the snacks that we usually get however the only issue that we really had was when an employee was handing us our popcorn. Instead of the employee handing us popcorn with both of his hands wrapped around the popcorn container he placed his thumb inside popcorn bowl next to our popcorn and that's something we find very unsanitary, but we did potentially ask the employee to make us another large popcorn and politely ask if he could not put his thumb inside the bowl but wrap his hands around the actual popcorn bowl container. He looked upset and confused that I asked him to remake it, but at the end of the day no one's thumb without gloves should be placing their hands inside someone's foods and even if the employee would've had gloves on I would've ask him to replace those gloves because I've seen employees at other regal location wipe their foreheads while they had gloves on. But like I said this was the only issue we had the employee replaced the popcorn and didn't put his bare thumb in the bowl. The movie we saw was "Whale" it was a great movie. Whenever we come back to Fort Wayne, In we will be back at this location! read more

Purchased tickets to new Formula 1 movie for friday night. Get there find out we've been moved to different seats & screen. Somehow we were still sold tickets to screening room where the air conditioning has been out for over a week. New seats we were moved too were already occupied. We were offered seats again but in the very front row. Decided to ask for a refund to see the movie Saturday or Sunday, but were told by employee in charge he "didn't know how" to give a refund but could give us two free movie tickets. Ok. Also spent $52 on two lg. popcorns, two lg. drinks, two candy. But we were told we could NOT get a refund on concessions. Again, employee "didnt know how to to that." We would only be able get vouchers for 2 "SMALL" popcorns & two "SMALL" drinks, no cany though. BUT, if we wanted original large sizes that we already paid $52 for, we would have to pay more to, "upsize." Paid for 2 tickets..................$30 2 lg. Popcorn 2 lg. Drinks 2 candy............... $52 $82 and never saw the movie. Unqualified poorly trained less than highly motivated employees trying to resolve issues? Just another nail in the coffin of the movie going experience, very disappointing Regal. Good luck everyone! read more

I been going to this regal for over 20 yrs I have spent countless hours and thousands of dollars.. But today I might never go back.. its not the price hike but the staff. I watched this women loudly and publicly telling people they chose the wrong selection online and they needed to go the counter to get it correct. Mind you the price diff is 1$ to 2$ difference.. all while spending 30.00 at the concession stand. She also laughing tolf them they can not come in if they don't and then obnoxiously gave their description on the 2way radio like she's FWPD. Went to see a movie on national popcorn day. Was told on the app that you receive a free small popcorn with any ticket purchase. When I went to ask for it, manager claimed you have to purchase it in the app. After showing the advertisement doesn't mention any in-app purchase required, I decided to purchase the popcorn combo instead which was over $30. On top of that, I went to get a drink refill and they again claimed I needed to have a large drink instead of a medium to get the refill. Mind you the drink is $10 alone. Inconsistent communication in their ads and just want your money. Won't be returning here. read more

The showing of "Upside Down 2" on June 21 was mostly blurry. I was going to ask for a refund, but the lines were long and we had somewhere else to go right away. For the prices we paid ($28.75 for one adult and one child), I expected a flawless showing! My fault for not waiting in line to complain, but I will certainly do so if this happens again. read more

When walking in found 4 self ticket purchase machines 3 separate groups were trying to obtain tickets One group was having trouble getting their credit card to work and swiped multiple times to get computer to accept One group worked for almost 10 mins to get a printed receipt scanned to get their tickets Our group tried two different computers using both a credit card and a debit card to buy tickets Our group going into the main lobby and found 2 older employees, we described the issue and the one employee told us just to get in line at the concession stand and buy our tickets, no offer to help us at self check in Then after another 10 mins waiting our turn in line we were able to buy our 3 tickets After finally finding our seats that had to be in an area that did not use the rule of no open seat between other sold seats We had 25 mins of very load commercials of coming movies and food items at concession stand The movie itself was good but seating was questionable, chairs built for people 6 foot and above, 2 of our group could not touch the floor with their feet and I had to use arm rests multiple times to get slide to the back of the chair Next time our group decides to go to a movie , I will have to suggest a different theater read more

Went to see Inside Out 2 on 6/29. Purchased tickets in advance (don't know why). When we arrived people were sitting in our seats. They said someone took their seats (really?). Finally, security had to come and move them, then a whole succession of moves took place while the movie was playing. My favorite theatre in Fort Wayne! You can find it right off Washington Center Road on the north side of town. It's a smaller theatre so it's easy to navigate. The staff always greet you with a smile and are friendly. I really like the ability to reserve seats beforehand. You know exactly where you are going to sit and don't have to show up way beforehand to snag a good seat. But most importantly I love the super comfortable, reclining seats! Definitely worth the extra cost. Concessions are priced very similarly to other theatres, which let's be honest are usually overpriced. If you are a regular movie goer or visiting, this is the theatre to be! read more

I've been here 5 times in the last year. The good: I love being able to reserve my seats and the recliners are terriffic. The bad: Everytime I've been here I've waited in the concession line a minimum of 20 minutes for popcorn. These are matinee's that I'm coming to but the lines are long and slow! Today I thought I got lucky because there were only 3 families in front of me. Still waited 20 minutes! And once I got my popcorn I had to find the only salt shaker in the place 4 lines over. WARNING! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE UNLIMITED PASS! Regal flat-out refuses to let you cancel your subscription. They claim that it's okay because when you sign up you agree to a year commitment, but you also agree on paying for a good experience, and I've barely had a single one in the months that I've been a subscriber. Regal has not kept up their end of the bargain, and I want out now. I feel that in all fairness I should get a refund for at least some of the months that I have paid for, but I will settle for just a cancellation. Twice they have refused to stop taking my money, now by force as they no longer have my consent. YOU CANNOT EVEN REMOVE YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION FROM YOU ACCOUNT. I have had the unlimited pass since late summer, and almost every single time I have gone to the movies since there has been one issue or another. It's bad enough that the theater shows previews for movies that they won't even be screening at this location. But when concessions takes an hour (!) to make your food after the order is placed, and the management decides to move the early screening of Knives Out to a different, smaller theater (one where my E15 seat from pre-purchasing doesn't exist, leaving me seatless), I just can't give them any more second chances. Those of you present for the premiere of Rise of Skywalker know how bad that was; there were way too many issues to list. I can't stress this enough, STAY AWAY from Regal, they'll take your money as long as they can. I will never set foot in this place again. read more

This was our first time attending a movie since Covid and came to this theater because it was our favorite even though we're closest to AMC. The staff was friendly enough, the theater was clean although we were attending a very early matinee, and the seats were comfy as always. My problem is their concessions. When you purchase a large popcorn you only get one refill and it's a medium. Movie concession prices has always been the butt of jokes but now that this place is limiting refills I'm not interested in coming back. With a family of 5, popcorn goes quick. I'm absolutely not going to spend $18 on popcorn to get through a movie. We'll be going to AMC in the future. Update: Changing from 2 to 1 star because a large drink refill goes down to a small. read more

This is a small cinema but it definitely gets the job done. JAEGER. We popped in here to check out a movie that came out today. KAIJU. Not bad. It was cool that there were no long lines but many locals were coming out to watch movies here. APOCALYPSE. The snack selection was reasonable and the seats were fairly comfortable with a little bit of leg room. DRIFT. This is the most comfortable movie theater Fort Wayne has to offer. If you're visiting or new to Fort Wayne, this place is the best. This is the theatre with the reclining seats. They do offer a regal crown club membership card. I suggest you sign up for free if you frequent movies. I've added my points up fairly quick. Rewards range from free tickets, popcorn, drinks, and even movie props and posters. The only reason I gave it four stars is simply because they don't have a popcorn bucket, a coke freestyle machine, and a IMAX. One of the reasons why I visit the other theatres here in Fort Wayne. If I'm seeing a big blockbuster with special Effects I typically go to the IMAX but if I am in the mood for a relaxing comedy or artsy movie I come here for comfort. read more

Huge staffing allocation issues at this place. Saturday at 1 pm and box office is closed so you have to go to the concessions to get tickets. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes. 3 generations went today to see Boss Baby 2. The place was kind of sad. It's not what it used to be. They had candy in their windows that they didn't have. A lot of the self serve candy slots were empty. Ordered hot pretzels. There was only 1 already made. The one employee who was working concessions went to the back to make more pretzels. Another employee shows up & proceeds to follow the first employee in the back. There was a line at the concessions. One employee just sitting behind the desk. Back in the day, everyone would be stepping up to assist where needed. The concession girl was doing a good job trying to keep up. Inside theatre 3 there was no air circulating at all. We were all sweaty when we left. It was hot in their. I could tell my chair hadn't been cleaned as there was a lot of popcorn in my seat. The row ahead of us had 3 chairs in the recline position. No one was in the row. There were maybe 3 families in the theatre when we arrived. I realize they just opened back up & are trying to make it all work. But they have to work as a team & put the customer first. We traveled over an hour to see a movie at that specific theatre. Not sure we'll be back as there are ones closer we could have gone to that don't make you sweat & offer more at the concessions. It was disappointing for all 3 generations. An update for the new year: I said my piece about most of it, and maybe dinging so harsh for concessions was unfounded, since my experiences since then have been better. But today, at 5 pm, every concession line (about 6-7 lines) was backed up to the ropes that border the ticket taking area. Families trying to get in or out of the theater have to rely on the manners of frustrated people trying to buy drinks and popcorn to get through. Since I didn't want to see if it was going to be a half hour wait again, I skipped the concessions altogether. read more
