Unfortunately, now I go here because it's the lesser of two crappy options. Almost all of the seats at the ends of the aisles have armrests that give way when you sit down. The seat covering is falling apart. Honestly, it looks like shit. It's embarrassing and as long as it continues like this, it just goes to show that the company doesn't give a shit about the experience of being at the movies. I don't blame the employees here. I think they're generally great and I feel bad for them that this company doesn't care enough to fix things. If they fixed things here, it would be amazing. If independent movies are you're thing, you've got to check it out. And if you already know about Cinema Center, but you haven't been lately, you've been missing out. They've hosted awesome movie events like Braineaters' Ball, a Hitchcock-themed Oscar Party, a Spinal Tap Party, a poetry reading for On the Road, a hot dog night with Bravas, and the Midnight Movie series. Want to watch a movie outside and eat a burger? They've got that, too. And, I'm pretty sure this is just the beginning of bigger and better things to come. Oh, and become a member! Members get reduced ticket prices and FREE POPCORN! How great is that?

I have many memories of coming to AMC (known back then as Rave) in Jefferson Point after school and seeing movies with friends in what I thought was a fancy and new theater. Well, after coming back here for a movie in 2026, I don't think this theater has been updated since 2006 and it honestly made me a little sad. The prices for tickets and popcorn are high for how shabby the place is. Half of the complex is dark and eerie, the seats are tattered, the audio system is a bit crap, and there was only half a dozen others there on a late Friday afternoon. Jefferson Point is a relatively upscale outdoor mall in Fort Wayne and this poor little theater deserves some love and an update. Now I am sure my 3 stars are inflated due to nostalgia but the staff are friendly and there are some interesting options available at the concession stand! I saw some food on the menu I haven't seen at other theaters. C'mon AMC - put some money into this location please!

They have a digital projector which is nice on the eyes when viewing. They play relatively recent movies too. I've seen a few where the first movie was just released the same week, and the 2nd one within the last month. So you're not going to find ones that you may have already seen or can rent on DVD. Price is $6 a person for adults, and $2 a car. This is where they make their money because with their snack bar prices, there is no need to bring snacks with you! They offer beverages and have a grill for burgers and dogs, and a deep fryer for some of the best french fries I've ever had anywhere. Popcorn is cheap, a medium is $2.50 and will easily feed 2-4 adults. They have a huge candy assortment as well. Pretty much anything you want or are craving, including giant pickles if that's your thing. They have their own radio station to tune into, so even if the weather is crappy, you don't have to worry about having the windows down. There's a nice grassy area up front where kids can run around before hand, or you can put a blanket out and sit on the ground. The restrooms need some work, there's only 2 stalls in the women's and after about 10 flushes the water system needs to wait about 2-3 people before it will be able to flush fully. and there's not a strong stream to the sink, but it's doable. All in all I love this little place and it's worth the visit!
