I see the reviews here are iffy, but in my short experience I was really satisfied with the staff and theater. I tried to watch a new movie tonight and was met with a rude group of 8-9 HS kids that had no damn respect!! The short 30 minutes I was in the theater they did not shut up even with the movie started. laughing, Joking, being obnoxious, playing noises on their phone, and ruining the movie! Kids had no manners so we got up and left and complained. Regal Staff refunded us, and gave us 2 free tickets. Also kicked the kids out the theater! I'm glad for everyone else in the theater who finally got to enjoy the movie after we complained thank you regal! Will be coming back! read more

I checked in a few nights ago to watch Lucky Strike with my Bestie Nerd Kens and had a lovely experience! We drove all the way from Eastvale because Corona Crossings was the only Theatre that was playing Lucky Strike and my Ken Besties and I love interesting and high value History themed Movies. The Corona Crossings Regal Team was so consistently kind and welcomed us immediately with warm and cozy enthusiasm. The Greeter asked if we already purchased Tickets and directed us to the Concessions stand when we told her we still needed to purchase everything for our Nerd Cinematic Plumb Job night! Sidne helped us at the Concessions stand and was extremely patient, friendly, and kind in letting us sample the new Banana flavored Icee and explaining how the Seating Arrangements worked in the Theatre on the Selection Screen. All of us really appreciated Sidne's terrific Professionalism and flawless accuracy in taking and executing our orders! The Movie was so good and my Boys and I really enjoyed the gorgeous Posters on the walls of the Theatre to help us to look forward to watching Young Washington next! We went to see Spider-Man brand new day and let me start by saying I don't judge a theater based on how expensive their food is or how nice their bathrooms are, I judge it based on the overall viewing experience and honestly, mine was awful. The seats were extremely uncomfortable, literally 20-30 year old seats and it was hot as hell inside. They didn't turn on the AC until almost the end of the movie, which at that point was completely pointless. RPX itself is great but the overall experience wasn't worth it. We were in the area and wanted to check out a movie near by so we searched on YELP for the closest theater to us and Regal Edwards Corona Crossings came you on our list... We WENT inside to buy tickets and it seemed like only self kiosk were available... We decided to watch MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE!!! It was EPIC!! I love super hero movies!!! Not sure if it was the friendliest place but, just come for the movies... PRO TIP: make sure to select a seat towards the back because the ones in the front are WAY too close to the screen and you'll have to just keep your head UP the whole time and it's not VISION FRIENDLY... There was an issue with tickets September 25,2026. My tickets said auditorium 10 @ 6:00pm. The lady in the front scanned our tickets and pointed to auditorium 9 and said it will be to the left. We said okay and lines up for popcorn. I then forgot what she said so i looked at my receipt and it said auditorium 10 so we go and the movie it basically over and only 3 people in attendance. We were so confused and were wondering if we were in the right spot. We then got up to ask a person watching the film. She then said "this show started 3 hrs ago at 3pm its now ending " we stepped put super quick and told one of the workers our issue. She looked at our receipt and said "woow it does say 6pm auditorium 10, we've been having this issue today. Go and find your seats if someones in your seat come back" lol i said okay and walked in. There was someone in one of the seats but i didnt make a big deal. We sat a seat over. Overall the seats suck. Seats aren't recliner at all. Walk in the movie theater checking person was not there to scan tickets waiting 7 min before someone came. Food court service was friendly however had wait good 15 minutes before food was served. Floor was super dirty popcorn all over floor even movie theater room super dirty and sticky floor seem like they did not clean after last movie. read more

I've given this theater so many opportunities to try and watch movies. Unfortunately it's disappointed me more times than it's actually given me a good movie experience. The staff is always polite so there's no issue there but other than that the list of complaints is long. The floors are sticky, seats squeak , movies never start and start times (usually 25-30 min after start time). On more than 3 occasions the power has shut off, sounds plays sometimes but no video. My family and I love coming to the movie theaters but we always prefer to go to Dos Lagos theaters down the road if we have a choice. read more

I really recommend any who lives in Corona to drive an extra 5 minutes to Dos Lagos theater... There is one staff member here who checks in customers and takes her job wayyyy too seriously. She is a little older hispanic lady who makes sure to stop you and search your bag, I understand the policy, but she honestly makes me uncomfortable sometimes how much she gets into your personal space. Other than that, the other staff is chill teenagers for the most part. Just think you can get a much better experience at Dos Lagos. I walked in the theater. It was an easy process, scan you're done. HOWEVER, the theater smells so gross. As soon as I got closer to my theater, it smells terrible! Like sewer. Sat down in my seat and wow! The seats are uncomfortable. Feels like I am going to go fall forward. Everytime you move, the seat moves. It smells so bad in there. Terrible staff management. There were 8 people in the concession stand line and they had one girl working the counter. The girl couldn't move slower if she tried. We were third in line and it took 15 minutes to order our snacks. I went to the main counter where there was a guy sitting down watching the lobby. I went over and asked him if he was a supervisor or manager. He replied no, and asked what I needed. I pointed across the lobby to the long concession line, and said that there was still only one girl working the counter and that there was now 11 people in line. He replied with a smart a$$ tone; "I know, that's why I am going over there." I wonder if I had not said something, how long it would have taken him to actually go over & help. I expect concession prices to be high, but theirs are ridiculous. A small 16 oz Gatorade that would cost $1.39 at 7-11, was $6.99. So we waited 15 minutes to purchase a small Gatorade for $6.99 and a medium coke for $9.99. No wonder people are not going to the movies anymore. read more

Pretty decent movie theater. The surrounding area is nice and has a lot of different shops and restaurants. Theaters are clean and the staff is always helpful. I usually get tickets for the RPX theater. The quality is a little better and the seats are slightly comfier than your normal movie theater seats. However, they aren't those nice recliner seats that have a footrest so if you are looking for those kind of seats then this might not be it. read more

Came here for national cinema day. Great movies for $4 & popcorn and soda for $4. Not as crowded as other theaters. Great service. No electric recliner seats it's stadium seating but they do have a decent lean back and the arms go up so you can cuddle with your special someone during the scary parts. My favorite theatre. Never crowded. Love the large water fountain ambiance & restaurants out front. Seats are comfortable that lean back a little (although they're not full recliners, feet don't go up). The bathrooms & theatres are always clean. Their prices are fair when compared to other theatres. We usually take advantage of their lower matinee prices. Lots of menu options. Free soda water & free card board boxes if you're sharing a large bucket of popcorn and splitting it up. I would give them a 5th star if they had the full recliner seats. read more

Went here because my kids wanted to see Garfield and we haven't seen a movie in forever. Went inside and had to pay at the kiosk inside at the desk. I guess I hit the wrong button, but I think the kiosks are a little laggy because I know I clicked the 2:50 PM movie time, but it had it as 4:30 PM. Luckily, John came to the rescue and fixed it for us. We have to pick our seats, which is a little weird for me because I'm used to first come, first pick so we picked our seats and were on our way. I got the large soda because it came with a free refill, and the kids got the kid box. Movie was good, a little loud at first but I think they adjusted it. When I went to leave, I got my soda refilled no problem. About a half hour later, my cup folder was full of soda because the cup wilted through the bottom, or it had a hole or something but that was not a fun experience. Not sure what happened there. Best experience so far in 3 different Regal Theaters. We are new to the unlimited pass. So far we watched Shang-Chi in Temecula; Don't Breathe-2 in Oceanside on Mission Ave; and Snake Eyes here in Corona. The temperature is set to keep us cool and is perfect. There is no musty odors where we sit. The big screen is clear and crisp. The kid at the door checks bags for weapons.That's what we were told. All around experience as we return to public outings is 5 stars for Corona Regal at 2650 Tuscany. There are shops and places to eat right across the theatre. There's not a single soul watching tonight. Monday, Labor Day evening. Love this theatre! Love the service and there are no upcharges for Snake Eyes. We took our chance that there would be seats so we didn't have to pay the extra $1 Oceanside wanted $1.50 for Dont Breathe 2 a few days ago. Why? It's an older movie. Temecula didn't charge us for Shang-Chi on the first day it was released. For me, unlimited passes should not have to incur additional fees. Convenience fee for reserving a seat? Ok. Fine.
