Now I have to wonder why the mirrors all over and only a 4 hour stay? It does paint a picture. I wonder what the night life nearby is like? Or where nearby to find action, so as to take a woman there for a few hours? I also wonder are the rooms bugged with cameras? It would not surprise me. I only went here cause I needed a good shower as my home all the pipes were broken and the bathroom needed a full reconstruction. But this place I would consider returning to if I had a woman to go with.

Showing her attitude when I asked is there any problem because she was talking rudely she replied Iam just too busy. Unprofessional, customer service 0. Really you are Working in a hospitality industry showing your customer you don't care. On top of that she gave us room which wasn't prepared. It was pathetic. Atleast she should know which room is ready before giving to her guests. I entered Room it wasn't ready. Duvet was sticky stinky Yukk! I asked housekeeping as she was working nearby if she can change as it was stinky , she changed it but the Indian guy who was working with her, he was just giggling. Unpleasant! Unprofessional! We got room on 3rd floor they charge $160 per night they accept card only on first day but rest other days it has to be on cash$160 per night. check out time is SHARP 11am and they are very professional on this. Overall my experience was bad and I wouldn't recommend this motel at all to any of my friends and family. I wish I could leave 0 stars but the only person who was professional was the housekeeping lady. Thank god they have someone who knows what her work is. This place is nice located but the front desk not welcoming atall. I travel a lot but never saw any unpleasant unprofessional front desk employees like them.

Paris Suites Hotel - Stains all over furniture, bed spread, seat of chair in the room. No washcloths or hand towels... absolutely disgusting!!

Most of the nearby hotels were insanely inflated during the event, but this one not so much. The room was clean and well provisioned. The TV has plenty to watch during downtime, with hundreds of Internet based channels. The room had a nice sized shower and vintage sink. There was plenty of storage and a mini fridge. This is NY so expect the usual traffic noise going in. This entire hotel is filled with antiques and art of all kinds. The lobby alone is absolutely wild. The check-in counter is surrounded by a loaded aquarium. Statues and art of all kinds abound. As far as service goes, the host was very responsive. He hand delivered soft drinks to our room! The room ac worked perfectly. This is no corporate chain hotel, this is a unique experience for the traveler who does not want to stay at the same old boxy boring hotel. I've added some photos from the floor we stayed on. On a side note, there is no room service at this hotel, but a list of take out places is provided in the room. Typical of small NY hotels, parking is sparse. From this hotel, it was a 20 minute walk to the USTA Tennis Center.

It is always clean, the bed isn't too bad and you get breakfast included. Can't beat that! No, its not that close to the train. It's a 10-15 minute walk to 61st street woodside. But that's an Express stop on the 7 so that's a plus. You're also close to the little Woodside village so food and drinks are close by. Dominos and Dollar Tree are across the blvd and to the right. You can save some dollars buying necessities and food there. Parking is free and in the back of the hotel. You can stay parked if you have a room there. The parking entrance is right next to the hotel. Like right next to it. It looks like a doorway. You'll see it when you pass by. It's like they have their own parking entrance. Now I must admit that there is a language barrier and they can be rude at times. However after staying there for a few days after an emergency issue with my apartment, I realized that they are tough because they don't want to be taken advantage of. We became cool with the front desk lady and figured it out. They take cash but you ALWAYS have to out down a $100 dollar deposit to stay in the room. Here's a tip: if you stayed 1 night and need to stay another, book the room on booking.com, get the affordable price and go downstairs to pay. They will only charge you the $100 deposit 1 time if you book & pay for your room prior to your checkout. You can avoid putting down an extra $100 that way. Also - make sure that when you check out, you ask them for your $100 deposit back. It takes a few days for it to refund to your account. Keep that in mind friends!

This place is unbelievably seedy. I could chalk that up to bad choice on my part and ignore if it wasn't for the fact that our bathroom did not work for the duration of our stay. It's a good thing we spend most of our days outside because we basically stayed in an uninhabitable room. On the second day we asked for repairs and basically they just got it to flush when they came and it still didn't work so we just gave up. It's clear they have severe plumbing issues and are still renting people rooms. This is not a hotel. It's barely a hostel.
