The issue we had with this hotel was the price gouging - Over $300 dollars without taxes for a room that shouldn't have been not much over $100 dollars. It seems this hotel, and the few others in the area all do the same thing, prey on travelers whose flights are canceled or delayed. Also, the neighborhood is not at all what I would consider safe at night especially.

Overall it's not a very homey place and the ppl I've met who come here were often rude and had an attitude. The bar downstairs is okay at best - the best thing last time was they let us play our music through their speaker. Cocktail/drink options are fairly limited and cocktails came in a small plastic cup. Not highly recommended overall, though it can be an okay place to pre-game or come and shoot pool.

We immediately took pictures and went to the reception to complain. They apologised and said they were going to send someone to clean it. We went out for dinner and returned two hours later only to find out that no one had cleaned our room. Went back to reception and there was another person who did not speak English well and did not understand us and used Google translate to communicate with us. He said that it was their mistake but they could not give us another room and could not reimburse us either. He was afraid of getting fired and the only solution after long talks were for us to change the sheets ourselves. This happened after midnight and we were completely exhausted at that point and could no longer stand a crazy guest staying at the ground floor next to the reception who started to blast music, loudly sing and scream at times. Truly unacceptable and disgusting, do not stay at this hotel. Everything made more sense when we realised that they offer hourly rates well, so you can only imagine what happens there and why everything was so unhygienic.
