Beginning with the play area, there are many spots that aren't properly secured which caused my niece to fall on the right side of the steps where there was a net that wasn't secured and she fell through and got hurt. My toddler went into panic as he saw my niece falling under the steps, as well as my two year old niece was very scared and upset. Initially we had went in hopes to play in the back area where they have the arcade games and many of them weren't in service. The token machines weren't working either. They had many piled up in one area and then across they had a deflated bouncy house which is extremely dangerous for children. My toddlers wanted to run on it as if it was a mat and I was able to correct it and tell them that wasn't safe. There are other children who's parents don't follow them around who would most likely be running on top of it too. It should be closed off to avoid any children to run on it. There are also exposed cables in the back area. There were 4 staff members and all of them were behind the desk just chatting. I think there should be at least one in the back area observing and someone making sure that the place is clean. The bathroom is filthy! There was no soap and paper towels to dry our hands. The toilet was dirty, the play areas are dirty as well. Never again! Avoid at all costs!

Also I was told by the owner when I was signing the contract that you're allowed to cancel and receive a full refund within the week that the deposit is made. This was the 1st week of March 2020 so due to covid I called back within the week to cancel and get my deposit money. The woman that answered the phone said she could not help me b/c owner had left the country and didnt know when he was coming back. This went on for months. Fast forward to today January 2021almost 1 year later "the owner is back from vacation" and only gave $200 of my $400 deposit stating "its they lost alot of money" and "its not his fault that the party was cancelled" DO NOT Book your events here. I bought the $80 deal that consists of 20 Zumba classes or pay $7 per class. My first class was Thursday at 9:30am with Wilmer. Very energetic with great music. That's what I like to hear when I take Zumba. I want to sweat and dance and that's what I did on Thursday. I also went on Friday and danced with Wilbert. He too was energetic and fun.
