About a month ago our car got an oil change and a car wash here. After coming out of the car wash, the paint was literally chipping off of our car in large sections. Keep in mind there were ZERO paint chips on our car before it went in their wash. They explained it away by saying our car is "old" and that happens to older cars. Our car is a 2006, not a 1986. After calling their claims company 4 times and receiving NO response whatsoever, we received a letter in the mail "declining our claim" today because this is a "common problem with our make and model." Again, the claims company has STILL never responded directly to us and the car went into the wash with zero damage whatsoever. So now I will spend the rest of my evening posting everywhere I can to let the public know how these people will scam you, essentially ruin your paint job and then not even have the decency to make it right. Came here for an oil change. Fast, efficient, and comes with a free car wash. Nice staff. In and out in less than 15 minutes! I don't know what the other reviews were all about but my service here was just fine and timely. Total came out to $39.85 for a conventional oil change. read more

Needed a simple oil change. I've been to this location multiple times with the same vehicle when in a hurry, and for some reason they tried to tell me they couldn't do an oil change because of the location of my filter which was complete bs. Then I had to take off the oil cap for them myself because it was aftermarket. When I went to pay for the worst oil change ever, they actually had the nerve to charge me almost a 100$. Got home and opened the engine compartment to make sure everything was put back properly and glad I checked bc they couldn't even get the cover back on correctly. Stay away from this business, they are unprofessional and lack any customer service skills. I will not be going back. read more

I have gone multiple times in the last year to get inspections and oil changes and they have never actually done my oil change because no one was there or the inspection person wasn't there they've turned me away multiple times and when I finally went to get my oil changed because Walmart was closed today they told me they could not do it because my oil pan I was installed wrong... it was factory in just convinced they don't want to take my money, will never go here and will never recommend, they have poor service, rude workers, and terrible hours, they also seem to only like women, probably cause they can exploit them, TRASH. read more

Such a terrible place to take your vehicle! Go ahead and try them out, but be ready to get a run around. I pulled into bay to have oil changed followed by vehicle inspection and go excuse after excuse saying I needed new windshield wipers (just changed them) so I was told that if I did not change (brand new wipers) the wipers they sold (again my still brand new) if did not put new one they sell on then I would pass inspection. They deflated the tires to 25 psi and I had a blow out on the hwy after. I had all the tires checked right after and they we're all at 25psi. I had to remind them to check the tires. Obviously the gage they use is worn out and old. read more

Got an oil change here a week ago and it was fine, though a bit expensive. Came back today 10 minutes before close for my free car wash and they decided to close early. It's not hard to stay open until 6, especially for a wash that takes all of 3-4 minutes. I see they average 2 stars here so looks like they have some serious issues in other areas too. read more

Fast, friendly, no appointment necessary, and a free car wash with every oil change! Also, free car vaccum hoses are available 'round the clock. The guys that work here are really nice, and I've never had my car inspected anywhere else! The biggest silver lining, is that I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes for service, either. read more

I've driven the same truck for 22 years. It has never had a leak of any kind. After having my oil changed there it started leaking oil. I was in the process of a moving and had it checked at another location. The new location said they wouldn't touch it due to it having been "way" overfilled and they didn't want the liability. I called Kwik Lube, spoke to the manager and was told they would turn the report into their EHS group (Tommy) for investigation and not to touch anything. I was also told the guy that filled my truck was let go due to poor performance. This was April 25 2018. A few weeks later the leak got worse and, at this time, I drained at least 1.5L, to the point it still looked full on the dip stick. I have yet to hear from their investigation group 3 months later, my truck is worse and I'm pretty confident this company just hopes nothing comes of it. I will update this if anything changes but my suggestion as of now is not to trust this apparently low character business. read more

I didn't even want to give this place a star but I had no choice. In the past 2 years I have driven up to this place twice to have my oil changed. I am originally from Waco however I do live in Dallas now. Both experiences when I pulled up I was told immediately that they would not touch my car because it was leaking oil and was told to leave. Well I'm sorry, communicating this to me is fine however the approach was almost as if I was a criminal. What a terrible approach and poor people skills the people that work at this place have. I don't live in Waco (Thank God) however I will let people in Waco and Hewitt/Woodway know that this is a terrible place to get your oil changed. Many other places that offer better customer service to people are available in that area. read more

Went there for an oil change and was told that the threads on the oil drip pan were stripped and they wouldn't change the oil in my vehicle. They told me to go back to where I got my last oil change. They also told me that I would need a new drip pan or an oversized pas a temporary fix. So I took my van back to the place I had used previously and was told there was nothing wrong at all. The service manager even looked at it himself, took the cap off and put it back on twice and it was fine. Just had a worn out washer, which they replaced for free. The service manager told me I was the third person he'd had come in with the same scenario. I will never go to Regal again. read more

I would give these guys no stars if I could. Three times in a row I have gone here for a quick oil change because it's near my home. They literally ignore you - it's insane. The first time I sat there - only car on the property - while they talked to each other and ate lunch. After about 7 minutes of me just sitting there dumbfounded, a kid walked over and said "Sorry, we're on lunch right now. It's going to be about 30 min before we get to your car." Ok, cool. That's horribly inefficient to have 6 guys sitting around eating and ignoring customers instead of staggering lunches, but ok - I give benefit of the doubt and just go somewhere else. Times 2 & 3, there is a car in each bay, no line built up, there are 4-5 guys walking around doing their thing. IGNORED! Again, like I'm not even there. Just sitting in my truck like a moron in awe that these guys they just keep walking around like I'm not there. Infuriating. How hard is it to just walk up and get my info. Even if you aren't ready for my car, take care of me like I'm paying you for something. Another 5-8 min later I just bolted. Will never ever go there again. Came for an oil change. Was told I also needed an air filter, but they didn't stock my kind. They never offered to make a phone call to find one. 10 minutes after leaving, I had one in hand--there was an Auto Zone literally across the street. I installed the filter myself. In so doing, I noted that my car's coolant level was low, wiper fluid level low, battery water low, tires under inflated. All these systems were supposedly checked and "ok" per the receipt I was given. HORRIBLE service. Will never go back. They lie. read more

I have basically the same issue as Cody M. I've come here many times. Never any real issues. But this time I show up on a Friday, noon time. There's 4 guys total, one is working the car wash, one is the manager, and the other two are technicians. There's one car in a bay being serviced and I'm the only other customer. Im told by one of the technicians it's going to be about a 45 minute wait. I ask why. He says they've got to eat lunch. Are you kidding me? The manager was out there, he knew I was there, but did nothing. I asked if they close at lunch time. The tech said no but they were short staffed. The way a business is ran is you don't all eat at the same time. And you don't run off business because your chicken nuggets will get cold. I left and will not return. I'm all about customer service. This place is awful when it comes to that. read more
