worst salon I ever went to. the technician name MICNIC I think very rude and rough when she cleaned my nails and hardly addressed my rough spots and never a said a word only used hand signals even after I asked her if she spoke. spoke to manager but don't think it will do any good, I heard from another customer she mentioned my age if that was an excuse. if anything they should respect us more. never even offered a hand when I went in or left the chair, would they want there mother being treated like that. The staff are nice and the service is also nice. The price point is reasonable and the quality is great. They take their time and get it done. Now the vibe is different because it inside a grocery store but I have no problems with that. I like Lily she does my pedicures and the guy does my nails. They are also open on Sundays! read more

Scheduled a mani/pedi and didn't have great expectations due to reviews. Boy, was I surprised -- had the best deluxe mani/pedi I've had in a long time. Cost a little more than I expected, but it was worth it. My technician (won't give her name because I don't want everyone flocking to use her) was meticulous. Her focus was cuticles and in-grown areas. She was meticulous with the manicure, going over my cuticles 4 times until she was satisfied. And even used a buffing tool to make my nails shine. The only thing I can ding them on was the regular nail polish selection -- a bit disorganized with a small selection. Glad I brought my own. If you want gel nails, they have every shade of every color. I am legally blind and my technician even assisted me going from pedi chair to nail chair, to the sink and back, and then to the front to check out. I will definitely be going back. read more

I needed a fill in badly and after looking at reviews for other locations I decided to give this location a try. I'm always indecisive when it comes to what color so I bought my own nail polish from home. Kristy was the best. She understood I didn't know what I wanted to do and said we can figure it out after I finish the fill in. She explained the price difference of getting gel polish and using my own polish. Since it was $5 more I decided to go with the gel polish and I love my nails. This is my new nail home. read more

I went there today to have a manicure and pedicure. I am really disappointed the old lady with the glasses did my nails. She cut me several times I went home with a bleeding fingers. No one seems to care. I should call 911 for this. I usually go there every 2 weeks I will never go there anymore and I HIGHLY discouraged people to go also. Really disappointed. read more

Let me first start by saying, why do all the nail salons around me close at 7 and 7:30?! It is horrible and I think I may need to start a petition! Lol. Okay now about my experience... it was Monday around 6:45 and I had some friends come to visit. We decided to go get pedicures. 4 adults and a child. We walk into the first salon and the wait was long so we decided to try another salon close by, we walk in and tell the lady 4 pedicures and she says okay pick your color we will be right with you. 5 minutes later she says they only have time to do 2 pedicures! WHAT?! So mad we leave and I had to get on Yelp to find nail salons. Most of which were closed. Finally I find regal nails and give them a call and they say come on in we close at 8 and the wait is 15-20 minutes. We were fine with waiting so we head there. Come to find out it is in Walmart which we kinda didn't like but we didn't have any other options so we walk in and get greeted. We pick our color and wait. It was fairly busy. But they got to us in a timely fashion. They closed at 8 and we got out of here are 8:50. They stayed past business hours to accommodate us! We we so grateful. The workers were nice, the color choices could have been better, the pedicures were good. I would definitely come back here! read more

I had a full set of acrylic with the white tip. I had lifting within a week on one of the nails! I had to use nail glue on that nail everyday. I will do a new set instead of a fill-in. I don't plan to go back to this location. read more

Hit or miss here...depends on who is doing your nails. There seems to be a large turnover but if you get the main woman..you are good. She is really the only good one. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - Went in on Saturday 01/17 to have a full set of acrylics .. Less than 3 days later, the nails were lifting and had huge gaps in them. I was finally able to go back in yesterday 01/22 (5 days) and was told by the OWNER I could pay to have them fix or she can file them down (which made them look just as bad as the original set) until I come back for a refill. She never once apologized, she never once offered to really and truly fix them. She just kept saying I can pay to have them fixed. At this point I told her to take them off. She said she didn't have anyway to take them off. I said this is a nail salon so I'm sure you can figure it out. She proceeded to cut them with nail clippers and stick her nail under and flip them off. That's how poorly the job was done. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN - wish I could give them NO stars read more

Quite saddened by my experience today, as before today my experience has been awesome! I typically get my toes done regularly here, but since its mother's day weekend I decided to treat myself to a mani and pedi. I was there when they opened, as I wanted to try to beat the rush. I was given to Eric to do my nails, I showed him a picture and he said he could do it.(nothing fancy, just a manicure painted pink, with the tip of the nails smaller on size than the base-the popular look now days). Half way through he seemed frustrated upon trying to achieve the shape, though I showed him a picture prior and he said no problem . 45min into it and we finally got to the painting , well after slapping paint on 2 nails he said ,"you getting a pedicure too?" I said yes, he directed me to the pedicure chair and told me the lady would finish my nails . He started on someone else btw! She was more polite but rushed the process. Nail polish along the sides of my nails that she cleaned a bit but in any other instance it wouldn't have happened if it wasn't being rushed. Fast forward to getting my pedi (extremely rushed and did not spend quality time on my toes). The nail salon started filling up and she(lindh) kept looking over her shoulders and around at the people coming in not focusing on her client in front of her. My pedi was super rushed! Worse job I've ever gotten there, clear top coat all over and underneath my toes and toenails . I didn't notice it all until I walked out side...at this point I don't even want to go back in and explain my disappointment..I had already been there for almost hours. Sigh. horrible service, the worst manicure i've ever had!!!! my color started to fade on day three and i was even able to see where the tech did not even polish the whole nail. what a waste of time and money! i also thought this was suppose to be relaxing etc, but clearly the opposite! the tech just simply half polished my nails and that's what they called a manicure. no lotion, massage, just plain tacky!! then the tech pretended to not understand english which was supper frustrating!! the salon was also very nasty. i will never go back and advise others to run in the opposite direction. horrible experience!!! read more
