Do not go here! I never write reviews, but I definitely feel like I needed to share this. I didn't even end up getting any services because of how rude the owner is. I called and asked if I can get a color change because I just got a full set three days ago and I didn't like the color so l Just wanted to change That. When I got there, she told me to come over to the station that she was working at with another customer, I might add, asked to look at my nails and said no you need to fill and then jammed her sharp thumb nail Into my cuticle so hard she drew blood. I literally said ow and said no I just got these done three days ago. I would just like a color change and she said if I do the color change, then you're going to have a lump where your nail and the acrylic meet, and that's your problem not mine. I simply said I feel like you're being very rude when I'm asking for a simple color change! This is the short version. I hope she doesn't treat anyone else like this, literally ruined my Mood for the next hour. Stay kind out there guys. read more

The owners or managers of this place who were there twice when I went in are just nasty, rude and tried to tell me a $70 pedicure that I did not want or need. I felt so bad for the woman working there who did the pedicure. She literally appeared to be afraid of the man who was either the owner or the manager there. I actually tried to leave but they dropped the price to keep me there which I was okay with because I had had great experiences at the Tulalip Walmart. The nail polish was chipping and I went back in just to find the color that I loved but the same rude woman who was there the week before said I wouldn't pay for it and it was expensive. Then the man who was there the previous week who was equally rude said they didn't sell it and weren't even sure if it was available. They wanted me to give them $12 to try to order it and then if they couldn't get it they said I could come back in and get my money back. I looked it up on Amazon and bought it there for about $5 less. Will not go back. In sync with some of the other bad reviews for this place. read more

This salon is located inside of Walmart. All of the other nail places were closed because it was Labor Day. I called and they were open so I walked over since buses weren't running either. I got there and they had a lot of customers. I wanted a shellac manicure and that was $24. I was told to wait and probably waited for 5-10 minutes before being seated. They took off my old nail polish and after being very indecisive, finally decided on #24, a color changing green. I had a hang nail so when he picked at it, it bled, but not nearly as much as it had bled at a previous salon. Service was typical and I found a chip on one nail at the end but because I'm not from the area didn't feel like going back. 5 stars for being open on a holiday. I will see how long they last and if they chip. I will edit review accordingly if so. read more

I had been going here for a few months, I think total 4 times. First time was a pleasure. But as I continued, I realized a few things. First off I've never had my nails professionally done before so I didnt really KNOW all the procedure. But I asked around to friends who do. When I would go in for a "Fill" I guess I never got one. They ALWAYS removed my old gel set and replaced them. They also never cut my natural nails back (which I thought was odd and kinda gross.) I also noticed I was being charged each time for a full set even thought I asked for a fill. Last time I went in, two days later I lost two nails. (Gel set) I went in and asked if they could be fixed. I had to pay for the replacement and I was told "your fault you not want full set. You wanted fill again. Nails are weak" I didnt argue as I'm not that way. But it was still odd to me I never ONCE got an actual FILL. And always charge full set. Asking around I was told they were flat out giving me a full set no matter what I asked for and I should not have lost any nails two days after getting them done. I have now found a new place and they have been wonderful. They dont RUSH and they are so friendly. I also finally got to expirence a Fill. And when I broke a nail and got THAT one replaced they didnt charge me. AND they cleaned and clipped my natural nail. I will never go back to Regal. read more

I would give them negative stars, but that is not an option. On Saturday, October 6th, I asked for the delux pedicure and was immediately put in a chair, a mud mixture was put on my legs and the nail technician turned on the water. It was too cold and I asked to have it made warmer. She turned up the temperature and left to work on someone elses feet. She came back a few minutes later to turn off the water. In the meantime,I returned some phone calls, listened to music, played a game, in short, I wasn't paying attention. I suddenly noticed i was shaking, felt nauseaus and overly warm. I took my feet out of the water and saw they looked like cooked lobsters. I reached down to feel the water and it was scalding hot to the touch. I called the technician over and said that my feet hurt and I wanted to leave. She called over two other technicians. They hurridly emptied the water and told me to put my feet in cooler water, I said no, that I wanted to leave as my feet felt sunburned and I was feeling overheated. One of them physically took my feet and shoved it into the water and told the assistant something in a language I didn't understand. The assistant rubbed the mud quickly off my legs and started scrubbing my feet. I love pedicures, but this hurt. I asked her to stop several times. My feet were even jerking out of her hands and finally I raised my voice and said stop and asked for whoever spoke English the best. I said, my feet hurt and I was leaving. She tried to talk me out of it and when she couldn't she made me pay $20.00 for the mud and the scrubbing. I have been to this salon several times and never had an issue, but this time was a terrible experience for me. Today, I finally got hold of someone who identified himself the manager. He told me he didn't believe me that this never happened. Well, yes it did. I actually took a picture of my feet and as this salon was in a Walmart, I went to the Walmart manager on duty and showed him my feet which were still redish, and reported the treatment at the time. There is no permanent damage to my feet, no blisters, but they did swell and felt as if I had a bad sunburn for several days. The left foot actually still aches over a week later. I went in to get a simple fill and fix one nail. I have S and S nail dip on my nails and I had an appointment. They left nail remover and cotton on my nails for well over an hour while they ignored me and did other peoples nails. When Tan finally saw me she removed half of my real nails on my right hand removing the rest of the dip and then asked if I would like tips! I didn't need them before I went in to see this salon. I have been wearing dip system nails for over three years and I have never had this poor of service. I had her cover my nails with just a top coat and ran out of there. I do not suggest anyone put their hands or feet in these peoples hands. They are atrocious! read more

I went to get my nails done because i wanted a break from doing them myself. I enjoy doing nails but I just wasn't really wanting to do the work that time. I know the proper steps needed to apply gel and acrylic enhancements. So I was watching closely the whole time. I asked them is they used MMA which he said he did not. I asked what products were being used, he said OPI. The products were not labeled at all. Or clean for that matter. I asked for almond nails which he said okay. He doesn't do any type of prep other than cutting my nails with a dirty nail clipper that he puts away to use on another client. He TRIED to use the E-file to rough up my natural nails which is not needed. Only a slight buff...and he was going in too much so I politly decline on the rest. I am not against E-files on the natural nails since it can be done properly and can be a time saver but he didn't seem at all interested in keeping the integrity of my natural nails. The arbor band or sanding band was already used before me. He didn't blend my tips at all. He started applying the acrylic and does really well with his speed but I think he was so concerned with his speed that he didn't care that they were dripping from my tips the whole time. There was so much acrylic in a pile on the napkin. But hey, I guess it's not my product being wasted. He gets done with application and move on to file, shape, and finish. Once again he gets out his trusty dusty file that has clearly been used many times before. He then tries to use a dirty old file on my nails which is against our state regulations. I had to ask for a new file. Files are cheap there is no reason to be using dirty implements or files on anyone. He clearly did nor care for his clients health. By then my nails are still square. I asked if he was going to shape them into almond. He goes on about how lucky I am that he knows how to do that shape because according to him not to many people can....what? Anyway, he goes to file my nails and cuts me. He mumbles something and moves on. Which is fine... I will live. That is not what bothered me. What bothered me was that he put the file away to use on another client!! After he broke my skin and made me bleed. He has no idea if I have a contagious disease, or fungus. He clearly does not care either!! He didn't put the implements AWAY to be cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected. He put them away to be used on the next client. So I get to the part where I go wash and scrub off the dust and by then my friend and son are back from walking around Walmart to kill some time while I get my nails done. Anyway, I wash and go sit down and I go to pay. He tells me that my friend paid. I was like oh thanks. Little did I know that when I was washing my hands he asked my friend to pay for my nails!! What? Who does that? I was under the impression that my friend offered to pay. However, the guy asked him to pay and he was being pushy about it. I was angry. I was the one getting my nails done. So don't ask someone else to pay for me. Not everyone can say no. Some people are non confrontational and have a hard time saying no. So he paid and said it was for my birthday. Not cool at all. I hated the nails and felt like I had to like them since my friend paid for them as a gift that he felt forced to get me. I had no idea what went down while I was washing my hands until after the fact. Two or three weeks later I decided I just wantedto take them off and start over. I filed them down so I could soak them off. Not to my surprise...it was MMA!!! MMA is banned in the United States and other countries because it is dangerous in it's liquid state. It is a chemical used in dental acrylic. The reason it's okay to use in dental is because it is not being used on a patient in its liquid state. It is cured before it gets put in out mouths. I would not recommend this salon because it is not hygienic at all. It was not at all up to code. They take short cuts in order to charge such cheap prices. They use dirty implements and files. They do not clean in between pedicures from what I seen while there. They charge extra for gel polish that is a cheap knockoff of Gelish. That is why there are white circle stickers over the bottles. They do not care about your health, or the integrity of the natural nails. They don't prep your nails other than the roughing up of the nail bed that They do so the MMA will adhear. They are the definition of a chop shop. I guess we really do get what we pay for. The sad thing is most people do not know what to look for when going into a salon. They think that because the end result may look nice that it is a good place to go. It's not always the case. If you care about your health at all I would stay away from this salon. read more

I had previously left a review, but will happily leave another! After paying $105 - yep, you did NOT read it wrong....$105 (including a tip of $10 which was only issued to the owner, Tan, who did my nails because I had to pay prior to getting my nails finished, I was there THREE hours because Tan got up from doing my nails FOUR times to do walk-ins eyebrows!!!! Not counting the poor leg massage I received and then being told the reason why the pedicurist couldn't do a hard massage was because she had broken her finger (no cast....no showing of discomfort while she was doing the service) so I asked why she was doing pedicures then? Tan replied, "she do next time" and I said I have been here three hours already.....why did you assign her pedicures if she couldn't do the job? I was so very very annoyed with feeling as if every single time I go into this nail salon, I feel as if I am a customer going to slaughter.....EVERY WALK-IN HAS PRIORITY OVER AN ALREADY SEATED CUSTOMER!!!! The same thing happened the other two times I went to this salon, bu I kept hoping they were just busy on the days I was there....keep in mind I have ALWAYS had an appointment too!!! Tan knows my husband is bedridden and that I only have a caregiver at home to take care of him for four hours and with travel time to and from my home to her shop, and having an appointment, I feel she should finish what she was being paid to do on this customer FIRST!!!! I was talking with another lady who admired my gel magnetic nails (she does fairly good work BUT I N THREE HOURS HER WORK SHOULD BE GOOD) and when I told her where I had them done, she said and I quote " Oh the salon in Walmart " and when I answered yes, she said "no I won't go there, I used to but I got fed up with feeling like all they wanted from me was my money.......you go to a nail salon to pamper yourself and you aren't supposed to be shoved from one person to another and just be a dollar sign to them". Well, I joined the same club but I am NOT a member or customer of Tan's nail salon any longer.....so if I could give her salon a zero I would....if you go there, best of luck to you! read more
