Great theater and great seating /showtimes . Great staff and great people. No issues with tickets or space

Came in for the first showing of the day of ghostbusters. Theater one. Small, intimate, those recliners are comfy af. My fat ass kept hitting the button when I'd shift my body and make it recline during the movie. Which if it didn't make a fart sound from faux leather rubbing wouldn't be terrible. But thankfully movies are loud. Theater was clean. The lobby and bathroom were clean. They've got a little arcade-kid casino there too. One of the nicer regals I have been to. read more

The customer service here is good. The food service is fast, if a bit overpriced. All of the regular rooms have updated reclining seats and the sound and picture standards are high BUT... Regal Cinemas needs to pony up the money and add an IMAX Theater to this 30 year old multiplex! read more

1st time coming to this theater, hubby and I enjoyed watching Dune 2 in the smaller theater. It was giving the home theater vibes with a few randoms. The recliner chairs were nice to sit back and enjoy our snacks. Would definitely stop by again when passing through. Customer service was cool, young kids being kids, and the overall cleanliness could use a little TLC. read more

It's a pretty decent theater, great staff at concessions! I'd just warn getting there early enough to move people from your seat. Pre ordering seats is the way this theater reserved tickets yet every visit I find someone in our seats. You'd think it'd be a once in a while.. after tonight I just wanted to leave a review in hopes they see this and make an effort to make it more welcoming and less confrontational in the theater. I usually walk to our seats screenshot of tickets clear as day to prevent the back and forth with strangers in a theater. read more

Decided to take my nephew out for a movie night. We were greated as soon as we walked in which was a pleasant surprise. We headed right to the concession stand to pick up some snacks before our movie. The popcorn was not fresh at all. A worker placed the popcorn on the counter without saying and just walked away. I tried to order three different drinks and they were out of the non soda drink options. The theater was clean and the reclining seats are great. I just wished the concession experience was better. read more

Went to see beetlejuice beetlejuice back in September, only my second time visiting this particular location and the service was just phenomenal! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food and movie were overall amazing! 10/10 would recommend!! read more

I had been choosing other theaters in my area that were newer and had better seating because I didn't realize they have upgraded to the new reclining seats. I'm glad a friend told me . No complaints when I visited. It was early on a weekend day but the place was clean and I enjoyed my visit and the movie. One note, the sound could have been slightly higher in the theater. read more

There was a glitch in the app. And was unable to pull up the bar code but it stated past purchases the 9th even though today is the 9th and in the system it stated the tickets were for the 8th. Luckily Kelsey and Brian in store were amazing! We were able to resolve the issue no problem! Not sure what actually happened to cause it. It's never happened to me before. The place hasn't been updated since before the pandemic. One of the loudspeakers in Auditorium 11 was blow out and crackled insanely loud through the whole movie. read more

Because this theater is so close to where we live and they've upgraded all the seats, we continue to come here. Though the sound isn't the greatest and every time we go we can never find someone to check our tickets, it's not that bad. The employees seem to be your typical high school kids who have no sense of urgency or personality. Sometimes it seems dumb to be paying $12 a ticket here but I guess it's not too bad when it's really not too busy. It's just too convenient to pass up. I now realize I haven't actually said something super positive about here but I give it 4 stars cause I've never had an actual bad experience. Plus they always have the coke slushees and they are GIANT which you can always sign me up for. read more

After the ​renovation is done, this became my favorite Movie Theatre because of Full Reclining​ seats and how close to my home. It is great to lay down and watch your movie alone, with kids or your loved ones. For kids or adults,​ there are a lot of good games before you go in so smart move for Arcades and games to kill time. PopCorns and other foods are also not bad. I like this place. read more

I love this theater! Comfy reclining seats that you get to choose yourself if you get your tickets online, which I always do! That takes the stress out of getting there early for a great new movie and having to worry about getting seats together, or in a great spot. Never had a problem with the cleanliness of the theater or the bathrooms or the kindness of the employees. read more

This theater is dirty dirty dirty. The restrooms smell. I mentioned this before in another post. The concession area dirty with popcorn all over the floor. They need to clean this theater. read more

Went to see that little movie called avengers endgame on the 2nd sunday of its release @11am. I had to see it here because all the good theaters were sold out. The line at concessions was so slow. It took 28 min to be served, and missed the trailers. The teenagers running the line were on just on slow auto pilot. The manager lady just kept walking around behind counter not helping and just watched. I saw they ran out of the pretzel bites as soon as I got in line. They never made more even though people asked for them. We were told it would take another 5 min, nobody wanted to wait the additional time including myself. Ended up getting popcorn and it was very disappointing, even though it was freshly popped it was slightly burnt and lacked flavor. Manger lady help out your crew! Fill popcorn orders, help with drinks, etc..... I learned my lesson. Pre order tickets early for the mall theater, and it's cheaper read more

At the movies with my daughter waiting to see Avengers. It's the opening weekend so there are plenty of showings. First time at this theatre in a long time and it has been a really disappointing experience thus far. Aren't concessions how theatres make the most profit? I like that they have a computerized ticket system, so when the line is long and you are running late to the movie, you can skip the line if you are paying with a card. The theater was alright, stadium seating, screen was large enough. We we in a packed horror movie, and the crowd wasn't obnoxious. It does seem to be a younger crowd here. It would be nice if the hallways were bigger, as traffic jams occur when the movies let out. As always with movie theaters, the price bugs me (Jef C. told me that pound for pound, movie theater popcorn costs more that filet mignon). read more

Comfortable and theater is clean, but bathrooms have been absolutely disgusting the past few times I have gone. Don't even want to walk on the floors they are so sticky and every stall was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. I love going to the movies here except the last two times there have been issues with the previews. One time there was no sound during all the previews and when we complained we were told it was a new policy. This time the overhead lights kept flashing during most of the previews. Thought I was gonna have a seizure. Hope they get it together by the next time I come to see a movie. read more

I've made one visit here in my almost-year of living in the area, and found it to be much more preferable than the sibling Regal complex at the Brandywine Town Center. Yes, they do have high prices, but the aesthetics appeared decent and the complex is somewhat maintained - the screen I visited did not appear dirty and was spacious. I would go here again if I lived a bit closer. read more

We live near here but had stopped visiting it when Christiana mall opened up BUT---now we are back to visiting again thanks to the updates. Thank you regal cinemas finally updating those horrible seats. I love being able to pick my seat & no fuss about if I'm a lil late. Glad about the renovations they were MUCH needed. Way to go regal. Prices are comparable to all nearby theaters too. read more

Overall ok theater. Updated reclining seats. The bathrooms are not updated - only have one air blower and not near sinks. It really should be updated. Today the theater was so cold it felt like a refrigerator. If I go back and it's that cold again I will not return. I spoke with people prior to the movie starting and they said "we're on it" but it never got warmer. read more

You have to choose a designated seat. They wouldn't accommodate my vegan diet by not including cheese and bacon on the fries. (Like I was willing to pay the same price and wouldn't leave them off) and it took 15 minutes for our pretzel to come out of the kitchen. Low class. Crappy read more

I'm only giving this place 3 stars because its older but the theater where you sit was just recently redone the past couple years and the seats are Great they go back really far and there extra comfortable. The seats over at the Christiana Cinemark are not comfortable like this but it is a lot newer of a movie theater over there and a better atmosphere and cleaner. But saying that iv been coming to these theaters for years so its basically like home to me just wish they would re do the bathrooms and the hallways in this place. read more

We usually go to a different chain of movie theatres - thought this location would not be as busy because it isn't near the mall. Would have been FAR better to fight the traffic and go anywhere else. Where to begin ?? The young man who waited on us at the concession stand has NO business interacting with the public (his name was Aryan). While I understand his isn't the most glamorous job in the world - if he can't be polite- at least be civil. He couldn't manage either. He obviously could care less about waiting on the patrons - we spent over $50 just in snacks so I certainly didn't need him to slam it all on the counter. He became irritated when we had to tell him there were 4 in our party and he was trying to ring us up after just taking care of 2. Completely inefficient - we ordered 4 drinks and 4 snacks. He'd get 1 drink, 1 snack, 1 drink, 1 snack etc. he covered the area between the cash register and the popcorn FOUR times. While there were 15 people in line behind us. I ordered the pizza - could only eat the middle of it because the edges were hard as a rock. I dont mind paying $7 for a 5 inch pizza - but I do expect it to be edible lol. Save the hassle - go to Cinemark. Got to the theatre - FILTHY! No one cleaned up after the last movie. Trash everywhere- including popcorn all over the steps. We won't come back here - ever (and we see at least 1 movie a week.) Someone should tell manager that RETURN business is what keeps the doors open. read more

Easy access, clean theatre. They have half-price tickets on Tuesdays. Weekends are bit busy but crowds are almost non-existent on weekdays.

This theater is closest to me but I seldom go there. Last Tuesday I went because it was the only theater showing a particular movie. It cost me $9.50 (senior rate) for admission. The special promotion was 50% off popcorn. There were a FEW people there and I'm sure it's because of the price. Several nearby theaters offer discount admission on Tuesday's from $5.50 - $6.50 which also offer more comfortable seats, etc. It will be desperate times before I return to this theater. read more
