Sure wish this place would get with today's standards and upgrade to reclining seats. It would be nice to have a theater here in the Valley, until then we will continue going downtown. Was in town for family and decided to stop by to catch Wakanda Forever. Movie was great and prices were normal but i came here to leave a review for the service i received. When i went to order popcorn a young gentlemen named Parker told me that they were all out for a few minutes before a new batch would be ready. So i said okay but he must have known i was disappointed (i hate missing the beginning of a film) because as soon as i said that his whole demeanor changed. He said "is there anything else i can do for you? Anything ? ". After I said no because i was fine with waiting, I saw Parker in the back of the kitchen area tending to the cornstalks. He waved his hand and magically the corn shucked itself and flew into the popcorn machine. Within seconds a fresh batch of popcorn was in front of me. My jaw dropped and all i could say was thank you what a man. read more

Every time my family goes to see a movie here, it's been an enjoyable experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, the bathrooms are relatively clean, and the theaters are well kept up for being a bit old. read more

There are better moviegoing experiences than this place can offer. What it has going for it: - has latest movies - plenty of parking - 1 free refill on a large soda What it going against it: - expensive concessions - seats don't recline at all - not as much room in seats as other movie theaters - place needs to renovated $6.99 for a large soda? Come on.... I know we are all conditioned to be use to high concession prices, but it is getting a little out of hand....and they wonder why people try sneaking food & drinks in. There are better choices for movies. Riverstone in CDA has much better seating, concessions are slightly lower & doesn't need to e renovated as much as this place does. read more

I wanted to come to this place but couldn't afford it, but Parker gave me the keys to his lambo and 100 stacks of cash and was like "this enough for you?". I love Regal but the gestapo employee checking in mid movie has always bugged me. I was sitting in the theatre texting with my sound off and the gal doing the check was just sitting there staring. It is important to note that my wife and I were the only people in the theatre. After about 5 minutes of staring the gal made me turn off my phone because texting is not allowed, apparently because the glow bothers other patrons. When I pointed out there wasn't anybody else she pointed out that it was against the rules. Cmon... really? There needs to be logic behind enforcement of rules not just a power trip. read more

I don't go to the movies that much, but I like this one the most. The AMC is nicer, but I would rather not pay close to $20 for a ticket plus there's also the hassle of paying/finding parking because that theater is located downtown. No, Regal is located in the Spokane Valley mall with lots of (free) parking. Staff are generally nice and helpful. Once I saw a movie where another movie goer was yelling out during the movie. The manager confirmed the situation and rectified it. I'm taking off a star because sometimes the staff has the "I hate being here" attitude. The theater is relatively clean, but sometimes I have stepped on popcorn or sticky soda where I'm sitting. This part is more about Regal versus the theater itself, but they have a free rewards program you can sign up for. I've gotten free tickets and popcorn from it. Also, a little while back, I saw a movie on Tuesday evening for $5. Not sure if they still do that. read more

If you're looking for concession during your movie after 9:30 don't come here because apparently they close their registers while they still have customers. I hate this theater and wouldn't have come here if my go to had M3GAN at a 9:30 playtime. Not worth the price. read more

Tonight was crowded but we used the kiosk to buy tickets for Black Panther. They were only $6.65 each. Then I was in line for popcorn but needed to use the bathroom so my hubby switched places with me. When he ordered our popcorn the cinema employee asked if he was a regal crown club members. Jeff replied yes but my wife has the card and just left the line for the rest room. The very considerate employee had his manager come over and give us the discount. That is excellent customer service. read more

I hadn't been back here in over 2 years, and now I remember why! Tiny seats squished together, the guy who got our drinks cracked my lid and didn't replace it, so I wound up with soda all over me. There was trash in the floor, and the floors were all sticky! When we got to our seats, we couldn't hear any of the commercials, which didn't bother me much, but might have bothered the companies who were paying to sell us stuff! There are so many other options in the Spokane area, this cinema needs to either update or close! read more

Employees polite. Asked to pick seats. Funny given only five people watched the movie. Floor so sticky I couldn't move my feet. 50 tv type commercials before our movie. I hate this!!! Very cold auditorium-I am assuming they couldn't afford the heat. Prices for popcorn astronomical. Way high. Way ridiculous. Bathrooms ok. Cost of matinee senior ticket high. I do not recommend this theater. We will not be returning. My guess is they will be out of business within a year. read more

People were nice enough, I guess. The facility is trash. It's old, smells funky, and the seats were far too worn out and uncomfortable. Not sure if the other regal is any better, but this one is a hard pass for me. read more

Seriously though. Movie theaters have somewhat brainwashed us into thinking that it is acceptable to be charged $5.75 for 32 ounces of Coke Zero. It's crazy to watch people who won't buy a 2 liter at the gas station (because it's twice as much as at Safeway) fork over $45 for their family to suck down beverages whilst stuffing their faces with popcorn at a movie. My calculation goes like this: If "A" is the cost of admission. And "B" is the cost of popcorn, soda and licorice. Then A + B = YOU ARE DAMN RIGHT I'M SNEAKING INTO THE SECOND MOVIE! Don't get me wrong. I love movies. I fully support the academy of motion pictures. I buy all my DVDs and have never downloaded a pirated version of a flick. And I also realize that I have a choice to NOT purchase concessions. But I am asserting my power as the 99% of movie-goers who know for a fact that movie theaters would make more money if they lowered their food prices. So, share the wealth Regal! We are here. Typical theater - high priced concessions and tickets. Really nice seats though, so that was nice. The armrests are moveable, so you can have them up or down and they have cupholders. The building itself seems a little outdated, its kind of dark and dreary looking with a bunch of neon lights. The employees were average, except the gal that sold me $12 of soda/popcorn, she was outgoing and talkative and seemed happy to be there. read more

Seats are tiny, super hard, and the cup holders aren't even close to being deep enough to hold the ginormous cup they call a large. I shifted to let someone out of their seat, and with the slightest touch, knocked my son's half gallon of Coke onto the floor, splashing several shoes. Paying full 3-D price for the small screen is so frustrating. We will not be going back. read more

Run down theater that is in desperate need of updates. Don't expect to be comfortable while watching a movie here. Their seats don't recline so it feels like you are sitting straight up and the rows are so narrow you have zero leg room. I would recommend going to the AMC theater downtown. read more

Went to the movies with my husband... we had enough time before his Dr. appointment. The movie started late with no picture. By the time we informed them, they restarted the movie, re-showing all the previews, we realized we wouldn't have enough time. We asked the manager if we could come back later so we wouldn't miss the ending. They said yes but charged us extra since we originally paid for the first showing... We had already bought pop and popcorn so that was no good by the next showing. Just not good customer service as far as I'm concerned. read more

Went to a matinee and even with our winter coats ON, we nearly froze to death! On top of that, paid $6.19 for a SMALL diet coke. After my last review, I was contacted by Regal Cinemas. I have hesitated to return from my previous experience, but decided to return tonight. I was pleasantly surprised that they listened and the facility was clean. This time we were in Theater 6. The seating still wasn't comfortable, but at least it was clean. Nice theatre, Very comfortable seating, Good food, the popcorn was buttered just right, the screen was nice and big and sitting too far back is almost impossible, the sound was amazing, staff was friendly, wasn't very dirty, I had a great time. read more

I do like this theater due to convenience of location, however they don't have the reclining/reserved seats like the other theaters do. As soon as they do, this theater will bump to my favorite. read more
