The team at Regal provided me with truly exceptional service in my hunt for the perfect engagement ring. I have since made several purchases from them and would not so much as consider any other jeweler going forward. I spent several months looking for a ring. I was in and out of jewelers throughout Atlanta; some big box, some small referrals, some direct diamond dealers and the results were consistent. I was unimpressed and underwhelmed and still didn't have that "gut feeling" that told me THIS is the ring and THIS is the place. (Granted, my expectations were extremely high. I mean, this isn't some birthday present or Valentine's Day gift. This a big deal, the biggest!) Mack is the owner and Charles is the actual jeweler who hand crafts any and everything you describe to him from scratch with his own hands. Their business is solely word of mouth and in this day and age, in that industry, that should be testament enough. Mack was the 15th jeweler that I went to in my search for the perfect diamond. I am very picky and wanted to design my own ring. During my search I had seen many diamonds that were close to what I wanted but none perfect. Mack simply said: Show me what you've seen and I can create what you want. I was skeptical. After taking the time to actually listen to me, not push his ideas, we went through many diamonds that were close. Finally, he leaned back in his chair and smiled. Then he took a center stone from a beautiful ring he had in stock and we both knew it was exactly what I had been looking for. But that was only the first step as I wanted a ring that my fiance would love and be the ONLY one to ever have. Once we had the stone, then Regal showed where they are a level above anyone else. They wrote down exactly what I wanted and even sketched my ideas right there. A few days later I was sent a CAD drawing of the ring with exact proportions so I could visualize what I wanted. We made some minor changes and then had it crafted. Mack and his staff spent the next 10 days finding the exact color and size halo and band stones that matched the color and clarity of my perfect center stone. I had given up hope until I walked into Regal Collection. I not only left with a better ring, but the price point was also better than I had gotten at the other 14 top level Atlanta Jewelers. As a side note: My fiance is a physician and at out engagement party her girlfriends, all married and also physicians, only had one things to say: DAMN... look at that ring! I wanted to upgrade my ring, but couldn't find a mount I loved anywhere (online or in store). Not finding a setting I loved made me anxious about purchasing a stone. What if I purchased my dream stone but couldn't find a mount to put it in?!? My diamond broker took me to Regal, suggesting I have a custom mount designed and made by Regal, which I finally agreed to do after shopping online and in stores for WEEKS and not finding one thing I loved. Regal's collection was STUNNING and like no other I had seen! I found the EXACT mount I had envisioned for my stone in Regal! It was a custom-designed mount by Mack. I was FLOORED! And EXCITED!! The mount was not the right size for my stone, so Krissy and Mack designed a replica that fit my stone LIKE A GLOVE with the perfect colored side-stones to enhance my center stone. I AM STILL IN AWE of my dream ring by Mack and Krissy!! Their professionalism, patience and kindness was unmatched...because...well, I wasn't the easiest customer. My perfectionist-OCD personality coupled with my overwhelming need for instant gratification didn't exactly make me a dream to work with, but Mack and Krissy were consistently kind, reassuring me during the entire process, answering all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns along the way. LOVE my new emerald cut diamond purchased at Regal Collection Corp! Can't stop admiring it and can't get enough of the compliments on it. My husband and I have been married for 25 years, and I was seriously overdue for an 'upgrade' on my ring. My 'starter ring' was nice, but it was time to replace it. I've had the privilege of working with Mack and his team for more than ten years. He desgined our engagement ring and has done several custom pieces over the years. I HIGHLY recommend Regal Studio Jewelers. I brought my great-grandmother's engagement ring setting from the 1800's to them to have them reset the original diamonds that had been taken out of the setting back in the 1970's. I had been told by other jewelers that this would be extremely difficult because the prongs had been broken when the stones were removed. Shervin, the gentleman I worked with, was wonderful! He was so knowledgeable and incredibly caring about the history of the ring that he made me feel like this was just as important to him as it was to me. He explained exactly what they would do to bring the ring back to its original beauty. When I picked up the ring, I was truly stunned at how beautiful it looked. I was afraid this process was going to be overwhelming and stressful, but Alana was incredibly patient and informative and turned engagement ring shopping into a fun, memorable experience. I had some idea in my head of the ring I was looking for going in, but never could I have imagined getting down on one knee with such a perfect ring. My fiance was blown away. Alana showed off her creativity in the customization of the setting as she took a yellow gold wedding that I loved and attached prongs and the diamond to it. The result was amazing. My favorite ring (a family heirloom) needed some TLC. Two of the prongs holding the primary stone were broken and one of the surrounding diamonds was missing. My mom took me to Mack because he has been our family jeweler for more than two decades (our relationship with him started with my grandparents) and does outstanding work. It was my first time meeting him and he made me feel like a member of his family. He said that when he returned my ring it would be like new. Mack and Fatima are incredible. I took my wedding bands, one which was a family heirloom, to be engraved. They took immaculate care of me and my jewelry. It came out perfectly. They listen to what you want and make sure they understand every detail. You can tell they are skilled in their craft. It was such a good experience (with such a fair price), that I went back a couple days later to bring a family watch to be engraved and two family rings to be repaired and cleaned. I even tried to bring some of those pieces to the original jewelers, but for various reasons including price, poor attitude from other places, and the newfound trust in Regal, I found myself coming back to Mack. So my birthday was on April 27th and my husband upgraded my wedding ring which is absolutely beautiful but the problem was the ring size. I called around Atlanta trying to find a jeweler who can do same day ring sizing and couldn't find anyone until I came across REGAL STUDIO. I called and spoke with Fatima on the phone who is very caring as well as a people person. She told me about same day sizing and I drove an hour out. When I got here I met Mack who is another caring individual and long story short they hooked me up.
