Highly disappointed. Went for the premiere of wakanda forever having bought 5 tickets. Go to our sits to find out 2 people took our seats. Management refused to remove them and we had to take a refund. Which is unfair when there's people that shouldn't even be in there and the ones who pay get screwed over. I have been coming to this location for years and never had an issue before today. I'm a regal unlimited member and I was going to see black Adam (amazing movie btw) and I was the only one in the theater. I always stay for the entire movie including the end credits because I know sometime they like to tease stuff there. About 6 min. Into the credits the person who cleans the theater came in and was like "there's nothing at the end I need you to leave so I could clean." If I purchase a ticket to a movie I'm going to watch the whole movie but he made me leave. I have been coming here for so long I know a few of the people who work there including the manager and this was unbelievable. I now know to just drive the extra 5 min to go to the regal at point Orlando. Truly disappointed that this happened. read more

Who doesn't like the movies? I do! Although today my wait in the line to get tickets was ridiculous. There were only 3 people ahead of us but the one lady decided to buy gift cards which took soooooooo long and in the 10 minutes of her standing there a line formed. After watching 2 other people come into the ticket booth and not bothering to get logged on to sell tickets to the long line, I jumped over to the kiosk to buy tickets, actually getting into the theater before the people that were in line behind me finished with their order. Not sure if it was just the lady buying gift cards that was slow, probably the lady selling the gift cards was slow. Very happy that the theatre was well kept; I hate dirty theatres. The seats were very comfortable and slighty rockable and if the movie wasn't so good I may have taken a nap. :) The only beef I have with the theatre is the upsale price of tickets! Large popcorn was mostly kernels so needed to come back to long lines and missed most of beginning of movie.

I usually come here during the day on the weekends. It's almost never crowded during that time, which is nice because it can get really busy at night. Ticket prices aren't bad; lobby, bathrooms, and theaters are always clean, and the staff are very nice. Seats are comfy, but not super fancy. The only problem I really have is that they never have enough staff at concession. If your movie starts in 15 mins or less, forget about getting anything without missing some of the previews/movie. The people there work as quickly as possible, but whoever is managing just really needs to get a couple extra people over there to help. That's where a theater makes its money, so why not staff it more? read more

Opening night {Thursday} for Godzilla and others. I was so surprised that there was two lines going out the door. I was about 24 minutes before the movie started and it took over 30 minutes to get my food. Ridiculous! You guys need to hire more people, no food runner helping the people taking the orders? How about you update your app and allow food orders to be placed on the app. Make another lane for online pick ups! I counted 12 registers and you only have two people working them? Come on man. Finally when will Regal come out with a movie club like AMC? Falling behind the times here guys. You can do much better. read more

Management at this theater is not working at all. The restrooms and floors had trash everywhere. All lines were ridiculous and one person at front ticket stand with a line all the way to the street. We purchased tickets online only to have to get back in line to check in at front desk. Will not recommend this theater to anyone. Never going back to this theater again. Two girls behind us had flash lights on their phone throughout movie. People talking throughout movie a few people complained a police officer had to come in tell everyone in the movie next person being loud he would escort them out and trespass them. I really enjoy coming to this theater. I feel like they do a great job of managing crowds, and treating people well. Management has improved over the years, and staff members are very friendly and helpful. Some of them we've been able to get quite close to, and develop great relationships with. Just a wonderful trip, every time! UPDATE: My experiences here, continue to be decent. Some movies draw really big crowds, and those aren't always the easiest to deal with, but overall all, I'd still recommend this place! read more

Poor customer service, alot of people talking during the movies even in the presence of a male usher who was acting zelously like a security guard. Needs improvement, definitely not a family place. Seen under age kids watching a rated R movie unaccompanied. I can go on and on. read more

One thing is certain, this theater strongly discourages you from buying tickets at the window. Twice I observed lines with ~30 people and only one window was open. This theater seemed to be popular because it was full for a movie in the middle of the day...granted it was the Avengers. The seats tilt but don't recline, unfortunately my seat was dirty and I had to clean it (good luck finding napkins anywhere outside of where you order food), and they offer your standard movie theater food of popcorn, drinks, and candy. Honestly the best part about going to this theater was hearing the kids oh and ah during the movie and clap whenever they saw something they liked on screen. read more

I am 100% a regal movie theater fan. However, regal at the loop in Kissimmee is the worst regal cinema I've ever been too. Food and trash all over the floors. Garbage cans overflowing every where. There was two staff members ar the box office for the opening weekend of avengers end game. This theater was quite apparantly not staffed correctly for the volume of people and it showed in it's lack of cleanliness and order. I will never come back to this theater again. read more

Came here on a Monday in the middle of the day. The place was absolutely empty. The place is clean with comfortable seats. Not much to say.

This theater is located at the Loop mall at Osceola Pkwy and John Young Pkwy. Let me first start by saying that I love the Loop and I hate the Loop. It is super convenient and has a lot of great stores, but I am guessing a blind man designed the entrance and exit ways by throwing darts at a blueprint. The driving pattern makes no sense. There are stop signs where there shouldn't be and no stop signs where there obviously should. Everyone sits in there cars and tries to make eye contact with other drivers to try and figure out what they should do, or what the other driver may do. Expect 10 to fifteen minutes to get in or out of this mall at any given time. That said, lets move on to the review. The Regal at the loop is usually top notch. Comfortable seats that semi recline. Clean theaters and bathrooms. Great sound system. The concessions are on par for theater pricing, but they move the lines quickly and run decent specials from time to time. The box office sometimes moves slow, but you can circumvent this by using Fandango. My only complaint about the theater itself is that on nights and weekends it is over run by teenage mall rats. Hordes of them. My visits here have been enjoyable, but more enjoyable on week days when school is in session. read more

Went to see End Game. The lines were pretty long but I decided to wait to get some popcorn. I waited for 30 mins in line and got to the front where I found out they were out of popcorn, pizza, and nachos. I asked why all these people in the line weren't told about this, and they said their manager Damian wouldn't let them tell the customers in line that they were basically completely out of all the food they were advertising. Very disappointing and the manager took no ownership and did not respond well when confronted. Poor management and it's sad that the nice employees had no leadership. Very sad. I have been to this theatre a couple of times. I don't go often to this location because although I love going to the movies and this is my closest location, I find it to be pretty messy. The last time I went was on Friday night. The bathrooms were filthy, floors had popcorn and water, since it had rained that night. Even the outside floors had garbage. So I went back inside and inform the manager. He made up allot of excuses why the place was dirty. Hopefully they will realize that appearance and how you treat customers matters. read more

Having worked at a cinema multiplex early in my life, I am a big critic of theaters that don't do things right. But I have almost nothing bad to say about the Regal 16 at The Loop. It's my closest theater and with 16 theaters what I want to see is almost always playing there. Most movie theaters make all their profit from concessions. So yes the prices are absurd compared to what you pay just down the road at 7-11. But the service is usually quick and efficient, so at least you're not waiting forever to shell out the $20 bucks for a couple sodas and some popcorn. I always have found the restrooms to be well looked after. But they are part of the reason I gave the location 4 stars - no paper towels and air dryers that aren't powerful enough to actually remove the water from your hands. Inside each theater you'll find stadium seating. The chairs are in great condition and the floors clean. The staff actually cleans each theater between shows, which isn't a guarantee at other local theaters these days. A few seats in each theater and sometimes located behind wheelchair accessible seats, and you'll want to avoid sitting in those. Finally, none of the theaters are what I would term a coffin theater. Each features a decent sized screen and the two big theaters feature very large screens. Definitely a place you can go to escape from the heat or rain and enjoy your favorite film. read more

As others have mentioned, with this theater being located in the Loop, it is frequented on the weekends by a lot of teenagers, so I try to avoid coming during that time. I usually come during the day, early in the week. It's quiet and usually pretty empty, so I have my choice of good seats and won't be interrupted much by obnoxious talking teenagers. This theater currently DOES support MoviePass. Unlike AMC theaters you CAN use your rewards card with MoviePass ticket purchases, so take advantage of that to earn bonus credits to redeem for concessions. The theaters themselves are kept pretty clean. The seats could stand to be replaced but I have definitely been to worse theaters. Just be strategic in picking the right time and movie and you'll have a good experience. read more

After making several visits to the AMC Downtown Disney 24, this theater no longer does it for me. They recently opened a premium theater with enhanced screen, sound, etc - just like AMC's ETX theater, but there is no comparison. The Regal premium theater isn't nearly as nice, and the seats in the theater are SMALL!!! God forbid the movie be sold out - you'll have a stranger sitting on top of you! One star only because I can't post with no stars. Purchased tickets in advance, got there, got in the concession line. Multiple staff walked past the line we were waiting in, we were even nice enough to wait approximately 7-10 minutes as they were busy and helping others, which is more than understandable. We finally asked to be helped and they said the line wasn't open. So all 4-6 employees saw us and not one bothered to inform us it was closed even after 3 customers in front of us were helped. I love my kids, but I'll definitely be sure to fly them to me instead of coming to Florida a third time. read more

We went last night to see Rush which is a great movie BTW. It was a Sunday evening 7:30 showing and there was plenty of parking close to the theatre. The ticket counter line wasn't bad, but if it had been I would have used the automatic machines (4, 2 outside and 2 inside) that spit out tickets and for which there was no line. When I looked up the movies I saw that they also do Fandango so that is another option if you don't like lines. The theatre had nice seats with plenty of leg room. The temperature was comfortable. The video and sound quality were great even though I am not sure if this was a digital showing as it didn't have the RPX logo. It was clean too which is always a big turn off for me. I try to be healthy and avoid the junk food that all cinemas serve so I can't comment on that, but there are lots of bars and restaurants in The Loop so we went to one of those afterwards. All in all a great evening and we will be going back again soon. read more

Eh. I happened to see quite a few movies while on vacation and this was my go-to theater, mostly because it was the closest. My advice? If you have someone with you, drop them off to get tickets. If you're going shopping or to eat, get tickets early. I was always happy I did this, especially when there were two ticket people chatting in between each customer. Don't they know Floridians are crazy and apparently have very little patience? The theater itself is fine. Nothing special. I don't see why everyone is complaining about the parking lot. The facilities are always clean and comfortable, and the service is generally fast and efficient, but there are a few things that make me hesitate to go here all the time. 1. The bathrooms are clean, but definitely not designed for anyone over 5'4" to use comfortably. The water out of the taps may be warm, but the hand dryers always blow cold air-- lately, this has been an issue because it's been much colder outside than it usually is, and it's tough to warm up already cold hands with this situation. 2. The management makes no effort whatsoever to discourage rowdy customers from ruining other people's movie experiences. One a few occasions, we've complained to management after failed attempts at shushing constant movie talkers during a show, and the managers on duty just shrug and say they can't do anything about it. Really? You can't have a staff member go up to the people, give them a polite but curt warning, and then ask them to leave if the bad behavior continues? This seems to be the policy at every other movie theater I've ever attended, but apparently is too much work for management here to execute. #2 is really only a problem when dealing with more popular showtimes-- it seems like the local population has a lot of people who'll bring really small children to age inappropriate movies (there's been more than one occasion where a toddler has screamed through a rated R movie at 10pm or later when I've been there), and have no concept of the "limited whispering or no talking" rule that I thought was fairly universal. read more

I go to this theater all the time because it is the closest to my house, but I can pretty much guarantee that you will share the room with some rowdy people that will annoy the crap out of you. I went to see Hateful Eight and there was a guy next to me who was chewing what sounded like 3 pieces of gum at once with the salivating capacity of a cow. At one point the guy on the other side of me proceeded to pound his fist against the wall to see what kind of rise he could get out of others. This is not the first time I have experienced something like this at this location, and I expect it will not be the last. I have complained several times to management, but there's really nobody going by checking on the individual theaters. If you must go, pick a time that you don't expect to be very populated. read more

Very expensive , crowded concessions, theater itself is alright ( though person in front kept on reclining his chair and knocking into my crossed legs. I cant believe I paid $10 for each ticket as a matinee discounted price ( omg what is a non-discount? ) for 3 people , spent $50 including soft drinks and popcorn.Saw the Jurassic movie. Movie was alright but I will stick to watching movies in my pajamas for less than $2, in the comfy of my bed. Ps. Unlimited drinks and popcorn for $20 combo will have you ignored at the counter. They lean back very easily and comfortably and offer plenty of leg and elbow room. We were in one of the "upgraded/premium" theaters (or whatever they call them). It was well worth the extra cost. She couldn't do simple math with 50% off of a large popcorn and then got mad and wouldn't help so we had to return a large popcorn. But before she came to help she had to make sure let everyone know that she was mad and to help my family and I. Mikayla shows very poor people skills and the skills to be a leader. If Regal is ready to keep losing loyal customers then they might want to do something with Mikayla. read more

Come on the right day to Regal at the Loop and it won't be so bad. This is my honest review... On the weekdays this is one of my favorite movies spots since they have available parking, and handy ticket machine to pick up movie stubs. Bravo to the convience factor the theater is also very spacious inside and provide comfortable chairs. On the weekends I just tend to stay away. The roads are jammed packed and crowds of people swarm the place. read more

I've decided they get an added star. They are now cheaper than the AMC at Downtown Disney, and have made major strides in my book, just by putting in a single queue for the concession stand. No more multiple lines just begging for you to join the slowest possible option. They've also upgraded one auditorium to "RPX" -- Regal Premium eXperience, their answer to AMC's "ETX" -- though we have yet to eXperience it. I'm often not inclined to pay the upcharge, and they seem to have enhanced the projection across the other auditoriums. With the parking at Downtown Disney under construction for the next year or two, we're more than willing to come here more often. It's a choice between struggling for parking for thirty minutes before your movie, or struggling to leave the lot for a few minutes after. read more

This Place Sounds Great! No really, the sound quality is awesome. The Loop is the infamous Kissimmee outdoor mall that has lots of stores, but sadly no shade. So if you're looking for a nice way to get out of the heat, The Loop 16 is a great theater. They've got nice seats (with lots of elbow room) and some seriously awesome speakers! The Good: No Theater crab-walking!: I think everyone can identify with the awkward crab walk that occurs when you are trying to walk down the aisle without totally molesting complete strangers. Fortunately, the aisles here are fairly big, and you can walk just fine straight down the aisle with little trouble. Of course, provided your nickname isn't bigfoot or anything. Nice speakers: The digital sound here is very crisp, and I can guarantee that you'll never miss a line due to poor sound. I guess you can never really appreciate this until you've been somewhere with poor sound. But trust me, we saw Hellboy II here, and we heard every explosion in crystal clear sound! Awesomeness! The Bad: Expensive: Unfortunately, this place is one of the more expensive theaters in town, and as such is not worth going out of your way for. The only reason why I frequent this place is because it is within walking distance of my home, which means I don't have to fire up the car (JOY) The Loop 16 is a very nice theatre with big comfy seats and nice wide aisles. Oh, and stadium seating too! So if you're in the mood for a movie (and close by) go ahead and hit it up! Overall 8.8/10= Like the Loop read more

Girls day out! We were excited to see the new Cinderella movie in this theater. It is very large with plenty of seating and good surround sound. The concessions offered a variety of choices but I stuck with my favorite--kids meal popcorn and a diet soda. It was a long concession line so we sent most of our friends in to reserve seats. That is the only downfall to this Theater, it needs to have assigned seating! We thought we were getting the matinee price, but it $9.50 a ticket, it must not work on a Saturday afternoon :( The restrooms were well-maintained and large enough to accommodate this theater. Tips and tricks - be sure to get there early as parking is very limited. There is a wide variety of shopping and other places to eat connected to this strip mall. This has literally got to be the best overall movie theater I've ever attended. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have a variety of food and beverage options to choose from. My husband and I have attended several different theaters in the Orlando and Kissimmee area but this one beats the rest hands down.
