In the United States, this gives some extra peace of mind when going to the movies. AMC may be pricier than other less-major theater chains, but their A-List pass is a decent value if you plan to see more than one movie per month. This is especially useful during summer blockbuster season, and it includes "premium formats" like Dolby and 3D. There's no IMAX at this location, but they regularly have special screening and events that are worth checking out. The "dine-in" food options are expensive and can be hit-or-miss in terms of quality, but portions are big and shareable depending on your appetite. Finally, ample and secure, covered parking is available. Only downside is that sometimes the bathrooms can get chaotically messy on busy days.

Also in the dine-in theater, the seats are HEATED! My one critique: AMC popcorn across the board is way too salty for me. Wish they'd tone it down a notch. That said, the variety of viewing options and the level of comfort here still make it one of my favorite theaters to go to. Worth the trip to Disney Springs just for the theater alone.

Kind words and professionalism. The only concern was something we believe is well, not profession or sanitary. We don't believe you should use your hands to open up the popcorn bag! We believe well- that's nasty. You can pop the bag to open the bag, or use the scoop to open but not your hands! Would you do this when you serve a soda- stick your finger or hand inside a cup to dry or clear debris? Look, we asked our cashier not to put their hand inside the popcorn bag and pop it like one of his employees did and we got a weird look- we asked in the most kind, super Disney kind voice- PLEASE DONT STICK YOUR HAND IN THE BAG. PLEASE POP IT OPEN JUST NOT USING YOUR HAND (that's caps here- not yelling). When the employee went to get the popcorn it looked- we believe- he told the manager this (we could be wrong) but even if he didn't , the manager looked to brush off what the employee said and OPENED UP USING HER HANDS THE INSIDE of the POPCORN BAG (yes here I'm escalating emotion). It's just not professional or sanitary. If napkins fall on the ground- throw them away! It's simple. Other than a manager setting bad example the movie was great, the theater was clean (old) but clean, cold ac nice- and nice loud show! (Forgot to add- you can't call and speak to anyone ever. The system is a what I call a Covid system. You know, you can no longer reach the business by phone or email... you have to go to corporate website and fill out a form. Companies like Best Buy, banks, etc if you were to misplace a personal item like a wallet- good luck reaching anyone.)

Presenting the ticket, on the phone...quick and easy. Finding the theater, quick and easy. The cleanliness of the theater was terrible. The was something sticky on my cup holder and side of the seat. I prayed and hoped it was a food or beverage spill, smh. There was food and trash on the floor. Ultimately, I still watched the movie and had a good time. The woman checking the tickets was the best part, she was sweet and took my picture. Overall, I gave them a four. Maybe they were short and didn't have enough staff to clean up.

It is really a great option when seeing a movie. We always stop here before a movie. The drinks are great, they have a pretty full bar selection and always has a friendly bartender. There are two entrances to AMC and both sides have a MacGuffins. There are no seats at the bar since most people grab a drink to take into the movie. They offer beer and wine and then have a pretty decent selection of liquor. They do offer a small menu with a few specialty drinks such as margaritas, bold cocktails, and sweet cocktails. They also always have a specialty cocktail to correspond with a current movie that is out. Recently we saw Ghostbusters which featured one of the stars in the movie, Dan Aykroyd's vodka. It was actually a really great drink, and we didn't even know he made a vodka. I definitely recommend checking it out. I looked through some of the other reviews and I think that people are misunderstanding MacGuffins with the movie theatre. MacGuffins is the bar located inside the theatre. AMC also offers dine in at some of the theatres, but this is just the bar. We really like the bar, it's nice to have something different when watching a movie and their drinks are good. The sizes are really a great value as well and the pour is always great. They also will take your AMC points for the drinks. If you are watching a movie, I would highly recommend grabbing a cocktail and heading into your movie. You won't be disappointed.

While, as a server myself, I realize that waits can be long. The wait for my meal took a ridiculous amount of time. Even the refill I had asked for took a little longer than expected. So, in theory, sounds great... but does it actually work that way? No, it doesn't. Not the way you want it to. We get to our seats to find that there was a menu on the side table for us. However, upon picking up the menu, the odor of beer hit us. There was unwiped beer on the side table and the menu was just placed on top of it. So we put the menu back down, and just used the QR code to order. Our movie just began, we ordered the soda, pretzels and chocolate chip cookies. The soda took about 12 minutes to be delivered. The pretzels and cookies were delivered 30 minutes after we ordered them... way too long in my opinion. The chocolate chip cookies were pretty good. They were warm, which makes cookies even better. When it came time for the check, our check was wrong. There was a beer on our table that the seat next to us ordered. We did not drink beer during the movie. We had to flag down a server to have them fix it. When the checks were delivered towards the end of the movie, everyone is turning their flashlights on to read the checks. Completely distracts from the movie going on. That was very annoying. I would assume that there would be a better system for having people pay their checks then having to turn their flashlights on during a movie.... Overall, I don't think we will be back to this theater. Regal, in my opinion, has comfier seats than this "luxury" theater has.
