First time visiting and I was truly impressed. Booked my reserved seats online the morning of the show and still had great seats to choose from. Our movie was showing on screen #4 and our seats were in row G, great place to sit. Lots of extra leg room, even when you have your seats reclined on one of their new seats. We ordered a large bucket of popcorn that came with a free refill, a hot dog deal with a drink where you save $2.00. Also another drink. Unfortunately we didn't realize their large drinks were so large. Otherwise we would have just ordered one to share. The popcorn was buttered perfectly with lots of flavor and tasted really fresh. I didn't even really need to add extra salt. The place wasn't packed, but had enough people to make it feel like we had a decent crowd. I really enjoyed our movie, and since I didn't need a refill on my popcorn during the movie. I decided to get it when we left so I could take it home. If you haven't tried this theatre yet. We have been going to this movie theater for over 20 years as it was the location of my wife and I's first date! It had undergone many renovations and the latest one has brought excellent seats with it. I will always miss the front desk attendant handling tickets sales but in this new world of technology that is gone. The people there are always friendly and not too crowded of a theater. This theater used to be my go to spot because it was one of the few that was updated and had reclining seats. Recently went here and felt like a ghost town. Had to ask at the concession stand where the movie was located because there were no screens of showings. Upon getting to the theater it was clean but seats were all peeled and a recliner did not work so had move seats. Not sure if i would return here again. Looks like it really needs some updating to attract more people. read more

I don't go here very much, but when I have gone, it's pretty empty. They have great reclining chairs and a good choice of movies. Like any other movie theater, they play too many ads and previews, and their snacks are ridiculously expensive. That being said, if they are showing a movie you want to see, Regal is just as good as any other theater. read more

They had 4 people - only 1 working and it was the only point of check in. The cashier seemed like he did not want to be there at all. The seats in the theater are horribly maintained. This theater was one of my go to spots when I was a teenager. Not much aesthetically has changed since the theater opened however gone are the days of the box office. You buy your tickets at the concession stand and get to choose your seats. During peak times I would recommend buying the tickets in advance on your phone to avoid being disappointed by a theater selling out. We went for a matinee this afternoon and were delighted that we were in an almost empty theater. The seats electronically recline and are pretty comfortable, however, the "leather" is peeling on almost every single one. Other than that the facilities are super clean. The weekday matinee price for two people was a little over $20. Not bad! It felt good to be back in the theater after being away for so long. Looking forward to coming more often. read more

We stood in line which was out the door to get popcorn- there were 5 staff members behind the counter but it took about 15 minutes for them to open up a second line. The interior needs some updating- brings you back to the 90s. The bathroom was missing locks on the door. After the movie, my husband had little flecks of the seat all over his back because the leather seats were peeling apart. Regal Westfork has had such a decline. The seats have become shredded, there is usually a weird smell probably from the old carpets, and the concession stands always have long lines. I didn't mind them before when everything was neat and tidy, but now it's just not as great as it used to be. No one checks your tickets or helps you with where to go unless you can flag someone down. It feels like you can just walk in to whatever movie and no one will notice or care. Cinemark is usually our "go to" for movies but we had a gift card that we wanted to use. We tried to reserve seats online but when we got to the part about email address, it kept saying that it was an invalid address. We tried 2 different emails and then got timed out. As we were walking up to the theater, we noticed that there was no one at the ticket window. You have to get your tickets from the concession area. There was 1 employee in the lobby who either checked to make sure that you had tickets or told you that you needed to go to the concession area to get your tickets, and 2 employees behind the counter. One line was longer than the other with about 3 parties ahead of us and the other line only had 1 party. We each got in a different line because we weren't sure which line would be faster. You would think that the line with 1 person would have been really quick. Nope... it was about tied. My husband who was in line with the 1 person got to the register a few seconds before me. They have a "deal" which I assumed was a large popcorn and large drink combo but we were told that it wasn't a combo. It just allows you to get free refills. The popcorn tasted stale and a little funny. Not sure if the type of oil had something to do with it but the 2nd batch that we got "to go" was better. Lol, you better believe for the price that we paid, that we took advantage of the free refill. They have stadium seating with recliners which makes it very comfy as if you were in your living room. I didn't like that the previews were about 30 min before our movie actually started. I don't remember previews being THAT long. The restroom was clean but neither of the 2 soap dispensers had any soap. I was really disgusted especially after having touched both looking for soap. Luckily I had hand sanitizer. When I told my husband about the bathrooms not having soap, he said that the mens' restroom didn't have it either. Lol, now that I'm thinking about it, that's really gross because now I'm wondering if the employees who handle your food are able to properly wash their hands! read more

Came to this theatre to watch Scream on a Saturday evening. Wow this location needs help. Recliners are peeling from the faux leather and some seats are no longer operational. Parking is a nightmare as it's inside the mall across from Costco and sandwiched between other businesses. Employees weren't rude but weren't incredibly friendly either. Plenty of candy and beverage options here though, they also sell alcohol! 24oz Truly's, Heinekens, and other alcoholic choices. The only positive experience about this location was the interaction with the female manager Ravanna who helped me find my phone that got caught between the recliner--incredibly friendly, cheerful, and helpful! Definitely not my favorite place to see a movie. We went there because they were the only theater in the nearby area that had decent seats available at the time we wanted to go. Like all other theaters they also have over priced concessions, but its not the concessions, it the theater itself. The seats, first the arm rests between the seats don't rise up. That sucks because my wife and a usual lift up the arm rest and snuggle a bit. And second the seats are so worn out. I went to the Regal for the first time after two years of choosing AMC for the much anticipated release of Dr. Strange 2. The comparison between the two theaters is as vast as the Atlantic Ocean. The AMC Pavilion was full of comfy lounge seats and an amazing audio/visual presentation. The Regal Westfork... was pitiful at best. The loungers had black flecks of fake leather sticking to my clothing as the loungers were beyond worn out.. and the fake leather coating had worn off. My son's lounger didn't even recline. The theater is being run by children who had a hard time running the concession stand... I spent 20 minutes in line while they had fun with friends who worked there... and those that didn't. Terrible professionalism. And lastly the the audio/visual component of the show was average at best.. and I feel like I would have rather watched the movie at home. Two stars because the movie actually played... but nothing beyond that. read more

This is the movie theatre we meet at when getting together with my south-of-the-county family. I thought I wrote a review a long time ago when 12 of us met for the premier of Star Wars The Force Awakens, but can't find it. Nevertheless, here's my recent review. The theatre itself was in disarray, including the Ladies Room. This is a very frequented theatre because it's conveniently located for both Broward and Miami-Dade patrons who live out west, however, there's no excuse for the poor upkeep. Besides that, the employees are courteous and concession service ran swiftly and accurately on this visit. There was not one, but two managers assisting throughout, and they were able to bang all the orders out within the previews. We also felt safe with the police officer guarding the entrance ways. On this particular visit, I took mami to see a Spanish comedy with English subtitles. Our auditorium was full, but in having the opportunity to pre-select our seats, we were able to eat, drink, and relax issue-free! The sound and picture quality was just what I expected from Regal--no more, no less. Therefore, taking it all in, we had a good movie-going experience and will not hesitate to return. read more

This is essentially a 2.5 rating: First off, we walked in and there isn't any staff to great and or even check tickets. Secondly, all the seats in the theater are in horrible shape ( leather cracked, peeling, flaking, Ect) /and just plain grungy looking. Definitely not a sanitary look. The sound quality was good, but screen seemed a bit off with picture Quality. All In all not worth the $33.16 online purchase price for 2 tickets including convenance charges. It has been years since I've been to the movie theatre. While the exterior of Regal cinemas look just as I remember from 10 years ago, the interior of the building definitely looks worn down. It was incredibly dirty from the moment we walked in. The seat in the theatre looks like it hasn't been replaced in 10 years. The entire seat "leather" is peeling and there we're good snacks all over. It wasn't cleaned up before the next movie. For most part this is a nice and clean theatre. I joined the Regal Unlimited 22 bucks unlimited movies) and try to get at least 3 movies in a month. They have nice reclining chairs and clean bathrooms. Consession prices as in most other movie houses are over the top! Yes I realize that is where they make their money as ticket money mostly goes to the big movie companies. But come on 15 bucks for a large popcorn and small drink.... yikes!!!! With the Regal Unlimited you do get 10% off but it's still steep. Service is adequate, I have had no complaints about the staff. It's the movie going public that often irritates me. People just do not respect others and think they can do as they please, answer phone calls, type text messages and even carry on conversations with the person next to them. For that reason I do not go on weekends as weekend crowds seem to be the worse. I prefer this over the other (Cinamark) chain as it's smaller and parking is plentiful even on weekends. read more

I was a little disappointed to come here last night to watch Barbie, the movie theater is clean but it really needs to be revamped! The seats give you the creeps to sit on especially if you're wearing shorts or a skirt, they're in terrible conditions. The leather is coming off the chairs, they're pretty much grey of all the leather that's come off. The concession stand also needs a little updating. Yes they are open! This movie theater is back open since August 21st, 2020. Before the COVID this theater has upgraded there seats beautifully reclining seats rummy, IMAX and DBox all around they did a great job. What I do wonder during the closing of the virus what improvements have been done to the theater? My husband and visited recently to watch a movie. Finding the good seats in the center row of section F in theater 4 worn out seats 4,5,6 and 7. We are concerned what was done cleaning wise for this theater. Although we do enjoy this theater without the prices of a dining and viewing a movie way to pricey. We hope management will take care of the worn chairs they are in very sad shape. I am sure funds are not easy do to the closing of the theater there was funding for business closed. Please make the improvements management this is one of our favorite theaters. We dive from Miami to this theater manny of time before the COVID. I would love to update this theater a 5 star once the updates are done. Enjoy! read more

I love this theatre because the staff members are always friendly including management. They also have really good deals. Trust me I thought all Regal theaters were the same however I go to Regal on South Beach, regal in North Miami, regal in Tamarac West Palm Beach, Vegas... Basically I've been to quite a few Regal theaters and I've noticed that not all of them give special deals on certain days to their clients. This Regal does which is why I came back for a visit. I will drive well out of the way for a good theater experience especially if it includes a good deal. I decided to give them a go post Covid lockdown. The first thing I noticed that happened during Covid is that they made one line for ticket purchases at the concession counter but no one is in line for only ticket purchases. That line is also used for concessions at the concession counter which makes anyone waiting to purchase tickets for their movie very anxious and possibly late. They should've left the ticket purchase at the front desk especially post Covid if that's something that they are worried about. If it isn't and they decide to continue leaving the ticket line at counter for movie theater processes they should probably hang a sign so that customers are aware that the line is only for ticket purchases and people purchasing concessions with their tickets. They should direct other customers to the other lines to avoid anyone being late for their movie. If there is an indecisive concession customer then the person that's trying to get in can possibly be waiting for 15-20 minutes. The actual movie experience was good the theater itself still needs some tidying up. Also I implore you guys, management, can you please get your employees to pay attention to the restrooms? And hire someone to reupholster the seats. I know the seating bit is hard but the bathroom thing, well I was afraid to allow my children to use the restroom but they absolutely had to go, we had quite a drive. If the restrooms look like that then it'll make customers wonder what the inside of the theater looks like with the lights are on. I feel that photos of this would damage the theaters reputation because I believe that they can do a better job. I hope on my next visit things would be taken care of her. I would rate this theater 5 stars simply for the seats alone. I love their seats and how cozy they are, how comfortable they make me feel as I sink in to watch my film. There's nothing like comfort, a bag of popcorn, and fries (yes, I like theater fries lol), and a blue ice slush medium sized drink. Yep, that's heaven to me. I also love how spacious this theater is. It adds a bit of privacy and space between seats so you don't feel like you're on top of each other. It helps when you have a food tray full of food that you don't want to accidentally get tipped over by someone's elbow or a child' little knee, that sends your nacho cheese spilling down your legs. (Yep, that happened to me at one of those tiny theaters). Space matters and they have lots of it. They have a pretty good sized menu to choose from. I like theaters that serve more than just popcorn, hot dogs, and nachos. I've tasted their spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries, which I enjoyed. The sandwich was okay, but the fries were good. The only thing I have an issue with is how untidy I've noticed the trash area to be where you pick up your food. The last thing I want to see if trash overflowing from the same area I have to pick up my food. This includes the counter and the floor. It's unsanitary and in my opinion it should be the cleanest area in the theater. read more

I decided to try this theater for the first time since moving to the area. It's the only movie theater in the area still showing the movie I want to watch ("The Snowman) and in all reality, based on the fact that the movie has been out for three weeks and hasn't gotten much promotion it might be the last theatrical showing of the film. I feel lucky they are still showing it. The theater itself is really hard to find. Not even the GPS will send you to the right location, instead it drops you off in a shopping plaza and you have to start driving around to find the theater. It is hidden all he way in the back, behind many shops, restaurants, and even an adjacent Costco. There's enough parking space which it shares with the other business. The theater itself is well lit and easily recognizable once you find it. The anterior looks way bigger than the theater actually seems to be. The lobby is small and a bit dark and even though there were not a lot of people this late on a Thursday night the line in front of concession area made the lobby seem even more claustrophobic. The hallways could be cleaner, even though this is the latest showing of the night, and knowing how theaters work and the irresponsibility of most guests I won't hold it against them. The theater itself was pretty clean. There was enough space and the screen and size of the theater we perfect to feel comfortable. I will definitely visit this location again specially if they keep showing films other theaters don't focus too much on! read more
