This place is great! The service is amazing and incredibly accommodating! While more expensive, I prefer to get custom work and there is no other jeweler i'd rather go and get something done! Dan and his team have come up with some amazing designs my wife absolutely loves (not to mention the stuff he's working on now that my wife doesn't even know about yet - lol). I have a lot of loose stones and Dan has always patiently taken the time to work with me on the design and especially, ensuring i'm satisfied with what i'm going to give my wife...truly refreshing, especially having walked into large chain jewelry stores - the customer service and attention to detail are second to none! The other day I brought one of my friends down (i'll keep this neutral to not tip anyone off) to look at a ring for his girlfriend. My friend was so nervous - however, Dan and his team worked patiently (even more so than i would have put up with) until my friend was satisfied. We even spent several hours over two trips to Regard to pick the perfect stone, ring design, etc..... I really appreciated it and it's great to know they offer military discounts too - Thanks a lot guys, really appreciate that! So, if you're still reading this, please be assured you won't go wrong! As my 20th wedding anniversary approached, I was looking to get something custom made and very personal for my wife. I described what I had in mind, and in just a very few minutes I had a hand drawn picture of what I was looking for. We then had a long discussion about the different types of rings (gold, white gold, platinum), and the pros and cons of each. We then selected the diamonds (3 of them, 1 for each of our children), and voila, we had a design and a quote. Dan had the piece ready in less than a week, and it is stunning! My wife was very surprised and absolutely loves it. I could not be happier with the results. PS. My wedding ring (50 years old) became to large for my finger. I took it to Regard Jewelry based on positive reviews. My ring was resized and polished in about 30 minutes. When asked for service cost, was told NO CHARGE. I was not asked to review this business, but their way of doing business with a new customer will have me returning. This place is amazing. I'm a very sentimental person, so when my boyfriend proposed with a ring that was PERFECT for me but was too big, I was pretty stressed out - I wanted to be able to keep the exact ring he proposed with, but it had a design around the band and I thought it would be hard to size down and we'd have to return it. I went to Regard Jewelry to find out what my real size was with the hopes that maybe it would be a small enough difference that they could add sizing balls so I could keep this ring without worrying it would fall off. It ended up being a whole size difference, and I mentioned that I had been hoping I wouldn't have to exchange it. This got a very confused, "Why would you have to exchange it??" I explained how I thought it would be too hard to resize a ring with so much detail around the band. Now, the ring is an ouroboros - a snake eating its own tail - and he told me they could detach it at the mouth, take a tiny bit of the tail off and reattach it. This had just... never occurred to me. I left the ring with them, and in about TWO HOURS it was done. Now it fits perfectly, and you truly can't tell it was adjusted at all. I'm so happy with the service I received at Regard Jewelry, and I'm excited to have a regular, trusted jeweler I can come back to whenever I need them. read more

The gentlemen at Regard are all very personable, helpful and patient with every request I have brought to them over the years. They have never pressured me into buying anything, and have always been kind and courteous with their approach to salesmanship. The owner is a master of his trade and between him and the other men at the store, they can make any piece you create in your mind come to life, only it becomes more beautiful in life once they put their touch on it.
