Not what I expected. I brought in my Tourneau watch to have the band taken in by one link. A dark-haired lady said "It's no problem" and started working on the band almost immediately. I guess she had no familiarity with nicer jewelry and she damaged four links. I'm going to have to go to a real jeweler and purchase a whole new watchband. The counter lady took no responsibility for the damage she did to my watchband. I grabbed my watch and left. Do NOT trust these people. read more

I didn't see this business listed in Yelp! so I added it. This Jewelry store used to be Harrison's Jewelers. I've been a customer for years. Robert and Sandra took great care of me and my jewelry for years before he retired and sold the business to Nikolas Alan. After the smooth transition, Sandra is still there and they are still just as personable, friendly, helpful, and most importantly trustworthy. I recently knocked the diamond loose in my ring. I walked in, end of day, on a Friday. They checked my ring, cleaned it, and tightened it in less than a minute! It's exactly what I was looking for! I didn't realize until I got home that they didn't even charge me for it! Robert Harrison was great, but Nikolas Alan has brought a new freshness to the business that I appreciate. I went in for a watch battery and had no issues until the next day when my watch stopped. Took it back and they sent it out to their watch repair expert. Waited a couple of weeks and no word. Stopped by the store and was told that I was sent a text regarding the repair including the cost. Turns out I needed a new movement in my Raymond Weil. The watch had minimal years of use so I was skeptical to say the least.This and the fact that I never received a text raised a flag, so I said would you please return my watch. They said that the repair man still had it and that it would have to be brought back to the store. I waited 10 days and no text; more importantly NO PHONE CALL. I stopped by the store again and they had the watch so I picked it up. I took it to another jeweler and they repaired the watch without replacing movement. I don't trust this jeweler and you should be extremely careful if you go in for a repair. read more

After reading the 5-star reviews here on yelp, I took my bracelet in to have a soldering job done on a broken link. They quoted me $50. and 2 wks time. Fine. Well, not so fine. I get a call after the 2 wks telling me there's a huge problem with my bracelet...it seems after they've looked at it, there are 17 links that need rebuilding- so that will be $1,800++ to fix it. WHAT? I said no, just fix the original place its broken. The clerk didnt like that answer one bit, she was actually ANGRY that I wasnt going to spend almost 2K on the repair. Obviously, she's on commission. So, the next day I get another phone call. They have some more bad news- it seems somehow my bracelet is now broken in 2 more places and they want $220+ the original $50. to fix it now. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Absolutely no apology, no explanation- its broken- so I need to pay more $$. I dont think so. I picked it up and looked at the links- its obviously been pulled apart with force to break it. I have never in my life had a business mistreat me or my jewelry like this. Highly recommend you go elsewhere!!! read more

the best service I have ever had at an establishment of this kind. they took my watch in, thinking it needed a battery, they then said the movement seemed like it was off and referred me to bulova. they replaced battery and worked on it for hours, no charge. upon getting home i realized they actually did get it working. ill be there monday to pay my bill. great people. read more

I took a number of items in for repair. I requested an estimate and was told (by the owner) that the cost for several of the items would be around $70. Three weeks later I was told that my items were finally ready. I went in to pick them up and was told that the total would be $140.00. I was not called and informed of the greatly increased charge. If I wanted my jewelry back I would have to pay double the estimated amount. Now one of those items is broken again, in the same place, and there is no way I will return to Harrison. I would not trust them with any gold repairs. read more
