I brought in my car and they did the rest for me I didn't have to deal with anything, this part was the best because I have a very busy schedule and I didn't have time to deal with all this. When I came back to pick up my car they buffed it and waxed it, I haven't seen my car this clean since the day I had the car delivered when I signed my lease. I won't go into too much detail about what was done to my car: it was overall excellent work. The parts that I wanted them to focus on looked pretty much brand new and true to his word, they delivered. I want to highlight that Eddie is a straight shooter. When you pull up to his shop, he'll come out and shake your hand and ask you to show him what you want done. He'll take his time and explain to you what can be done (usually 1 or 2 options) and how much it will cost at the end (no tricks or markups) and what kind of results you can expect. He's not here to overpromise. And he certainly doesn't under deliver. If he says it'll cost this much and it will look like this, that's how it will go. I'm positive that Regency isn't the cheapest place around. But for the little bit extra you pay to have quality work done, you're also getting an honest guy with integrity who says what he'll do, and does what he says. For that, I'm more than happy to leave a 5 star review and send my family and friends here. Went here and got an estimate, with a price I thought was fair, with the caveat that when the bumper is removed, it may reveal more damage, thus raising the total cost. Well, there was additional damage revealed, but the additional cost seemed fair to me. I was more than happy with the work done. A little more than a month after the repairs, I turned my AC for the first time and noticed that AC was not blowing cold air. I have heard stories about other shops causing customers aggravation with additional repairs. I needed to get it fixed and I went back to Regency. I told them what my issue was, they took my car in the back for no more than 30 min and fixed it all. No hassle, no questions asked. No back and forth and no aggravation. The best place I've ever taken my car. First let's start off by saying they are so clean! I am a girl so that's important to me. I don't want someone with greasy black hands approaching me. This isn't even the best thing about them... I lease cars so the work has to be perfect! A couple of years ago I brought my Honda to them and you couldn't even tell there was damage to begin with. Of course that's what you hope for when bringing your car to be fixed. So now I have a Benz and when someone defaced my baby, I kindly called Eddie! Both, he and my insurance company both said it would be ready in 6 days but he was able to get the work done in 5! (I missed my car so much so yes this was amazing to me). the work IS amazing AND they cleaned my car from top to bottom.
