By far the best auto body/mechanic shop experience I've ever had. I was referred to Regency by a friend of mine when I needed to fix a sizable dent on the drivers door on my car. Eddie was the guy who appraised my car and gave me a very honest, up front run down of the damage and how much it will cost to fix it. He dealt with my insurance and the adjuster, he was even able to get the adjuster to come out within 2 days of my dropping off the car. Communication was great and I was always informed on the progress of the repair as well as an estimated time of repair. The car was finished a day sooner than Eddie originally estimated and they even brought it in for a car wash. When I went to pick the car up I thought they replaced the car with a new one! Owner Eddie patiently explained everything & was very thorough. I'm a jadded native new yorker and is suspicious by nature. However, Eddie's sincerity shined through his baby blues. During, the repair they discovered another issue hidden by gray's bra. However, they fixed for no additional cost. Eddie, informed me it could extend the repair. Yet, they still had it ready on time. I have had a very good experience in this shop. They have fixed my brand new car after collision and it looked like BRAND NEW all over again. The work was immaculate! They even went an extra mile to detail my car. The car showed no traces of it ever being in a collision. They are also pretty honest with things that need to be replaced and things that don't need to just to save you some money. Which is important for me because I am a girl and they can easily fool me! They also noticed my inspection has expired and inspected the car right there and then. Saved me so much time And money!
