Several complaints about this branch…read more 1- I scheduled a 10 am phone meeting with Client Banking a week before the "phone meeting". All week long I received confirmation emails & texts confirming my upcoming call. Well lo & behold it's now 10:38am and no call for my confirmed 10am appt. This is the second time in a couple of years that this has happened. One of the confirmations I received had the name & number of the banker who would be calling so I called, twice. Surprise, surprise, got their voicemail. So I called the main number and read below for that great customer service. 2 - Whenever you call that branches main number, a recording answers telling you they can't take your call and to call back. You call back and the same thing over & over. Horrible, customer service Chase! But I guess that's what they can do when they are a conglomerate. Sad!

USAA complete disaster. I can not log on about every third time I try. The wait time on the…read morephone is more than an hour, their call back system does not work, the chat process sends you in circles, they do not respond to messages, and if you are ever lucky enough to actually speak to a USAA representative, that person will have absolutely no idea what they are doing. On top of all of the above, USAA makes unsupported service charges knowing that their customers will not be able to dispute them. Get out of this bank before it crashes. Good luck with getting money from the federal insurance when they do go belly up. Maybe your grandchildren will get it.
