Solid local bagel spot. I always ask my husband pick some up from me when he's in the area and it always hits the spot. I like my bagels very toasted and love that they have a flat bagel option that maxes out on toasted surface area.

These guys literally had my review removed. Here I am posting it again (taken from my Google review where they've undermined people who have left legitimate negative reviews): For the past few years, this place has been great. But having just bought this breakfast burrito, I am appalled by how expensive it was. I understand that the economy has gotten very expensive but this is far above what this burrito is worth. Eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese and barely 6 inches (as shown in my photo). Spent a total of $15 after tax and tip. $15 for something that just slightly grazes six inches. Do better. EDIT: I admit your bagels are great but that doesn't make you a fine-dining establishment. I stated exactly what I bought and what I paid -- that's not "measuring happiness," that's being an informed customer. Imagine responding to low reviews with the following: "We'll keep making food we're proud of, and let others keep shopping with their tape measures" This one in particular is a response to a guest complaining about a hair in their overpriced burrito: "We'll continue focusing on the guests who enjoy what we do, and let others take their appetites -- and attitudes -- elsewhere." You're not clever and saying your restaurant uses premium ingredients isn't an excuse to undermine people's very legitimate complaints.

It was lunch time. Had the craving for something not fried or greasy. Was in the Rego Park vicinity. Debated about Popeye's Chicken, Taco Bell or Starbucks. Noticed Rego Bagels- have not been here in a long time. Walked in staff friendly asked what I like. There is so much here from juices, gluten free bagels, cooked items too. I decided to get a toasted everything bagel with a smear of cream cheese and a large cup of coffee. Found another spot for bagels on the R/W Line. The toasted everything bagel was soft and chewy. Lots of chairs and tables to sit down and enjoy your meal. Very conveniently located near the subway station and right across from shopping area on Queens Blvd for you see Marshalls. Will definitely, be back again to try out their other items.

I do not recommend this place! The food smells and tastes weird, I actually didn't eat this because it didn't feel good. Food: I got the omelet, veggie burger, and the bagel. The bagel was the only thing I ate. The egg smelled so weird. The veggie burger felt under cooked. The everything bagel is not that great either especially compared to other bagel shops in nyc Ambience: the inside is so stuffy. It's small, and dingy Service: they are slow and don't give enough ketchup or anything.

Yum! Bagels are delish. Spreads make 'em even better! Onion with regular cream cheese is the best though. Also try the breakfast barrel: two scrambled eggs, American cheese, and bacon. Best on a plain bagel, IMO.

Where do I begin??! First of all i must thank my Yelp buddy…read moreSuper K for recommending Sals!! Absolutely delicious subs!! Better than Katz and Carnegie!! Sandwiches are huge!! Its possible to share a sandwich with a friend. My favorite is the da bomb or pastrami. I love dipping mine in Italian dressing.... Service is great! Located in the Astoria part of NYC. You might have to wait but its worth it!! They don't take plastic!!! You need cash!! Oh yeah no place to sit ..so take it the park.. so after you eat you can take a stroll and not feel guilty!

Cut in 4 Here's the deal. The service is very professional. Takes a minute because they're extremely busy if you visit during the lunch hours. If you're a foodie and enjoy the view of fresh meats, cheeses, salads, breads, and sandwiches being made fresh..... then the ambiance was bliss. The fact it was in a common neighborhood made it even more enjoyable of a visit! Now to the sandwich..This sandwich itself DEFINITELY lives up to the hype! It really is the REAL DEAL!! Maybe they should change the name to "Da Bomb", because it's that's good! However, through no fault of anyone, this is the learning experience I take back for my next visit: 1) Extra lettuce, tomatoes, onions, hot peppers. Potato Salad IF extra hot peppers! 2) Bring reusable containers for your sandwich, especially if you're not going home/ hotel right away. Next visit, which will be my next visit to NYC, I intend to try the roast beef and turkey hero, extra lettuce, tomatoes, onions, hot peppers. Overall, I still rate 5/5. They do a fantastic job here. Service is awesome, food is fresh, and the amount of food they offer for the price is well worth it. Definitely worth visiting again and again!!

I did a delivery of 2 sandwiches recently, and both arrived fresh and packed well. I got the "Aged…read moreto perfection" which was prosciutto, and the "US open fan favorite" which was roasted chicken breast. Both came with generous amounts of meat, not too saucy either which sometimes makes sandwiches soggy. I got the regular sub size which I ate half of. It can easier feed 2 people! I could have done without sundried tomatoes in the prosciutto sandwich but overall it was very delicious. I would get it again, or try a hot sandwich variant next time.

At one time this place was a force...now it's left somewhat of a lackluster feeling all the way…read moredown Austin St. I was in the area for an event and I needed food stat! I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to get a sandwich from Stacked since I haven't had one in a while. I I walked in and waited to be greeted while the staff chatted and gazed at me for about 5ish minutes or so. Finally, I'm acknowledged and asked "what can I get for you". I saw they had a Thanksgiving sandwich called the "Gobbler". I asked how long they would have it as even though it's the November special, sometimes places might make it last through the holidays. When asked I was told "it will be available until whenever November ends". This whole interaction made me feel so unwelcome. It didn't look like there was much going on there in the relm of orders, but it still took them a while to make my sandwich. Finally they bring it to the front counter. Pack it in paper and a paper bag and I'm off. I didn't have much time to eat so I scarfed it down in my car before heading down Queens Blvd. It was very good. Not my favorite, but def has potential. I also feel like, though this is a nice sized sandwich, they were a bit stingy this time around. I would say the star was the stuffing. It just tied everything together. As you all know, I love a good sandwich shop. I wish this was as good as it once was to me. Not sure if I'll give it one more shot just yet.
