In the time it took to wait to speak to someone and have that conversation they could have been well into the appointment seeing her. But more importantly it is disgusting and disgraceful they would turn away an 86 year old in terrible pain and struggling to walk over a few minutes and a meeting. And maybe Michael the manager was constrained by policies enforced by his superiors, I am not necessarily blaming him, thoughI was told it was up to him. The pain disappears right after the session!
