Had another HVAC come out and give their opinion and they said nothing was wrong with the unit and whatever issues KirbnJays was telling my unit was having was not true. Freon was not leaking and unit was working fine for the age it is.

A new HVAC system was installed in our home in late March this year and everything was done professionally and neatly with no messes left for us to clean up. The system worked great until the incredibly damp and cool spring when the AC was having real trouble dealing with the humidity in the house. But Faszold--and its mother ship, Classic Aire Care--kept sending out a couple of stellar technicians to check and adjust the system until they got it right. And this was warranty work--we did not pay for anything as they tweaked settings and made the system work in our home. Anthony and Steve are true problem solvers as they continued to address individual parts like the thermostat and fans and they finally got it all worked out so that the system is able to keep our house below 50% humidity. It was a frustrating time but the company has been responsive and supportive. Mike Faszold was also amazing and continually answered my calls and texts during both pre-sale and after install time. This company stands behind its installs and comes through on its promise of good customer service. Check around but believe what they tell you.

I appreciated the honesty! He had to leave to get a new circuit breaker and came right back to replace it. I'm happy with the service - prompt and courteous - but I am not thrilled with the high cost. The service call was $89 and a new circuit breaker should cost only $20-$30. I was charged $331.50 total, which I've been told by neighbors is very, very high for such a simple fix...Oh well. At least my furnace turns on now.

I showed him the furnace, and he went to work. Now, I've used a few different companies to service my HVAC, never really happy, only coasting by, until now. Tyler and Tom were thorough, checking out the furnace. Tyler informed me of a part that was aging out. I was skeptical at first, because I don't understand HVAC all that well, and I've heard of more than one story of technicians who are less than honest. That said, the price Tyler quoted me for the repair was quite reasonable and they've earned my trust. Overall, a good company and I look forward to seeing them in the Spring for my annual AC check.

I've used No Problem Heating and Cooling for well over a decade and seriously, I swear by them. I had a problem a decade ago and they took care of it quickly so I got the club membership that gets them to come out twice a year to clean the system and see if it looks like we are headed for trouble. And if I have a problem I get ahead of folks who it's unclear whether they do maintenance. Until this year, they only recommended small things be replaced so yeah in January we did the whole system replacement. They gave me options and let me make a truly informed decision with real numbers, etc. I have rarely had to call between check ups, but yesterday something was off and the cooling just wasn't doing it's part so I called & left a message on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. Within an hour or so, I had a text from Mindy (she keeps things moving I tell you!) saying they see there is a problem and they will be in touch first thing in the morning. Here I am less than 24 hours later with a fuse replaced and no worries. Mindy is great about working with me to schedule something that fits my calendar. I get reminders on appointment times and a text that tells me the tech is on the way -- heck you even get a photo, name, etc so you can talk to them by name and know whether this is the same tech as last time, etc. Pics are from past visits cause Mike was here, had it taken care of and gone so quick I never even thought about it.

The furnace was not working properly - something caused by a utility company - Bruce came out several times as the furnace worked on a hit and miss basis and got to the bottom of the issue. The utility company fixed their mistake and shortly thereafter, Bruce came back to make sure all was working as it should. Good customer service is hard to find these days.
