The workmanship is disappointing: exposed nails, messy mastic work that looks like a patch job rather than a new roof, and a mix of old and new flashing. The leaks have caused damage to walls and ceilings in several parts of the house. I even had to hire other roofers to identify problems so this company could explain to their own crew what needed to be done -- they couldn't find the issues themselves. For a brand-new roof, there should have been no issues at all. If I could give negative stars, I would. What an ordeal and an unnecessary headache.
