I will get multiple calls back to back from them trying to sell me more services. Will book my appointments wrong (wrong time, wrong location, etc.) and I'll have to go in myself and try to fix it on the app. Haven't seen results for any of the services I've gotten so I don't plan on returning after my packages are done. Kaitlyn is incredibly rude and will call me the wrong name every time. The whole team seems unorganized and will walk into my room and call me by another patients name. They redeemed services on my account despite not getting treated for it. When I told them the nurses were going into other rooms and treating people in the middle of my treatment I was asked, "what's wrong with that?" Don't buy into the "specials" they have. It's not worth it to go to this location.

Never recommending LaserAway to anyone .Regretting my decision that I chose them .

So I booked my first appointment with Maggie and walked in to the appointment slightly nervous. I've had a bunch of Brazilian waxes over the last couple years but for some reason still was feeling nervous! The first impression of the place was a smallish hole in the wall place but it opened up to a much larger set of rooms with many waxers. The front desk girl greeted me and I was seen quickly by Maggie. Maggie is an absolute gem! Very very nice and welcoming lady who truly seems to enjoy her work. She chatted with me and got to know more about my life which made me feel a lot better about getting waxed again. It had been awhile. I let her know and she was patient with me through the whole process. Now be forewarned! Maggie's technique was different than the other esthetician I went to before. But her technique is was makes the hair stay away for even longer! So just trust that she knows what she's doing. She treats her clients like family and works really hard at this skill. So definitely go and check her out!

Finally getting rid of fat that for YEARS no matter what I did would not go away was SO worth it. It gave me back myself confidence and I finally feel good in my clothes. PLUS I saw real results in the first two weeks and at one month a big difference. Patricia is so dedicated to her patients results, she gave me 110% to make sure the results I was looking for were realized. After only one treatment too! Highly recommend working with Patricia, if you follow her lead on what treatment is needed and do the maintenance work at home you will see the fat melt away like nothing else. Cool Sculpting REALLY works, but not all Cool Sculpting Masters are the same. You need to ask for Patricia. And as a plus; she is such a sweet person.

My mother is an existing patient and has never had an issue with insurance coverage as she has both Medicare and TriCare as a military spouse. When McGuinnes's system was showing incorrect information of my mother's military benefits coverage, Nadine and Serena were unwilling to look into the issue. I even called TriCare immediately myself and they confirmed that my mother is active and the benefits had not changed. When I went back into the office to explain that, Nadine was unwilling to look into it and just said "well this is what I show in the system." I even offered to get TriCare back on the phone to speak to her but she didn't want to help at all, so we were unable to be seen. Not to mention, they wanted to charge a 20% coinsurance on Medicare which was not ok since my mother has secondary coverage through TriCare. Illegal. I then called McGuinnes billing department immediately and Cara was able to verify in less than a minute that my mother was active. I also spoke to Rachel, the front desk manager who was very kind and understanding, and she apologized which I appreciated. But I will be filing a formal complaint. My mother is a military veteran spouse and how she was treated was unacceptable. Nadine, you owe my mother an apology for embarrassing her and not willing to help so she can be seen for her appointment. My entire family goes to this practice, but we will be reconsidering after this ordeal.

Pricing is average its not cheap nor expensive. Customer service is good until you complain about their service. Going into complaining about injection that I got. I normally get my botox on my masseter every 6-7months so i know how it works and where the injector normally targets. I want to get into how the injector was performing my masseter botox. I dont remember her name but when we got into the procedure room her fingers had some kind of sticky residue but i just waited for her to wash her hands and she didnt. Still didnt say anything there. As we was marking my jaws for the injection it was normal routine but when she was about to do the injection she didnt ask me to bite down so i said, "Arn't you going to ask me to bite down to locate the muscle?" She said, " Yes, can you bite.". At this point, i was kind of skeptical but i just let it happen (completely my mistake to let it happen. I should have just gotten up and left) still at this point I am not aware that the injection is done on the wrong muscle. I came home and a 6 days later my husband told me my lip line is different when i smile. I said why would it be different i just got my jaw botox like i normally do. He said i smile only with one side (creepy). I looked at the mirror and like he said i was only able to move one side of my lip. Realized she probably did the injection on the wrong muscle. I immediately contacted the office and at first they (Natalie) said they would look into it (that was march 17) i sent a picture and told them what was going on. No response was given to me after the pictures were sent. I messaged them again 2 weeks later asking for an update and Nate messaged me back saying they are not responsible/liable and allergan also denied liability. That was his response and would need to get it reviewed with the injector and himself present in the same room. I said why would i want to get it reviewed by the same injector when that injector made the mistake from the start? No resolution at this point other than the clinic of course denying responsibility. I hope everyone does their research before going to any office especially to get anything injected on them. I personally would highly not recommend going to this office.

As…read morea guy, going to the dermatologist wasn't exactly something I was excited about or used to doing. That said, I've been going to Rodgers Dermatology for a few years now and I've had a good experience. I recently had a few procedures done, and everything went smooth from start to finish. The staff was friendly, the providers explained what was going on, and they made the whole process easier than I expected. I felt comfortable during the visits, never felt rushed, and appreciated that they answered my questions without making it a big deal. Overall, I'm glad I went and would recommend them, especially to anyone who may be putting off going to a dermatologist.

I scheduled an appointment for my almost 17-year-old son through Zocdoc, a scheduling platform this…read morepractice has chosen to utilize. During those two weeks, not a single person from the office contacted me to explain that a parent or legal guardian must be physically present for a minor's initial visit. I intentionally scheduled this appointment before school started so my son would not have to miss class. Instead, he took time off work, drove to the office, checked in, and was then informed he would not be seen because I was not there in person. My son is nearly 17 years old and less than two years away from leaving for college. He is more than capable of attending a routine dermatology appointment on his own. If the practice requires a parent to be physically present despite a patient being mature enough to drive himself, hold a job, and manage his own appointment, that is certainly their prerogative--but it is also their responsibility to communicate that requirement before the appointment, not after the patient has already arrived. To be clear, I have absolutely no issue with that policy. I have every issue with a practice that fails to communicate it. When I spoke with the office manager, I expected a simple acknowledgment that the situation could have been prevented with a phone call, text, or email. Instead, I was told I should have known, that I should have called the office rather than using Zocdoc, and that there was essentially nothing to be done. If this office chooses to accept appointments through a third-party scheduling platform, then the responsibility to communicate office-specific requirements belongs to the office--not the patient. Suggesting otherwise is simply an attempt to shift responsibility for an entirely preventable mistake. I offered to FaceTime during the appointment or complete any required paperwork electronically so my son could still be seen. There was no willingness to accommodate, no effort to problem-solve, and no recognition that their lack of communication had now caused him to miss work unnecessarily and will require him to miss school for a rescheduled appointment. Policies are understandable. Poor communication is not. A complete lack of accountability is even less so.
