So I typically don't write a lot of reviews, but I've come to the realization hat I depend on other's reviews so much that I should probably say something myself. Lol Especially with small businesses. So here we go... I went to NY over the holiday to visit family and friends and decided to pass on the crazy airport traffic flying back home on Monday and just spend that day to say my goodbyes and hang with friends. I was supposed to do a girl's spa day, but of course last minute things didn't work out so I just did it on my own. My girl told me about Jenny at Rejuvenate Spa. I was a little weary only because it was so small, but hey.. when in NY Long story short, I met Jenny and she was friendly. I was happy that I could get in right after Christmas and we did a consultation. My skin has been really dry lately so she recommended the signature facial with the hydration mask. I'm big on understanding ingredients so my consultation may have been a little longer than she's used to, but she was patient. (Thanks girl!) When I left she recommended products to me. I only got one because I always overpack and didn't want to add to my luggage. She even broke down which would make the most sense with me only buying one and for what I wanted. Today, my face feels great and when my boyfriend picked me up from the airport he noticed my skin (although technically he asked if I got my eyebrows done or something because I looked different). Either way, that's a win in my book. I'm excited to see how this product helps my skin! If you're looking to support a kickass small business, call rejuvenate and ask for Jenny! I've had the most disappointing experience with this spa. The treatments do not deliver results, and the customer service is very poor. Even after being a loyal client for a long time, I was still charged a late fee during an emergency situation. That shows a complete lack of care for their customers. If you're looking for real results, I recommend trying 1934 Williamsbridge Rd, Bronx, NY 10461. The difference is night and day--you'll notice improvements the same day. Unfortunately, Rejuvenate Spa feels more like a place that takes your money than a place that helps clients. As I sit here and see other people's experience with this spot and the lack of accountability that they take is actually disgusting if you ask me, this place should be shut down immediately This place is full of nothing but fraud and negligence people. Please do not go there. I am begging you. It's a waste of your money. These people have total disregard to anyone this place needs to be shut down immediately Guys if you go to the place that I recommend you would know the difference between real registered nurses that actually give you results The people that give you facials at this clinic at the rejuvenate spa are not even registered nurses I don't even believe they have any type of certifications. This review isn't worthy of a star at all. I will never recommend this spa. The disrespect I had to experience was unnecessary. The esthetician could not communicate well as she did not speak English. She didn't explain to me the the consultation fee wasn't waived if I didn't do same day service. After walking into this spa with an appointment & a consultation done the day before, the woman at the reception the first time mentioned that I would get the 25 dollars deducted from my facial or treatment. After I did my consultation she said she doesn't have time to do it the same day so I'd have to come back. I wait til today (Wednesday) & the receptionist 'thought' I signed a waiver which seemed very disorganized. Natalie mentions my consultation fee I paid for now isn't deducted from my treatment. The esthetician denies me service & doesn't give an explanation after I asked why wasn't this communicated to me? So much time wasted & on top f this no refund? I was told Jen the owner would give me a call but I have yet to receive any apology. Im writing this review to say this was a huge waste of time & poor quality of service. I booked an appointment for my daughter 2 weeks ago. I gave accurate information to the receptionist. I live in Stratford CT. They are almost 2 hours away She drove 3 hours in traffic so they can tell her her appointment was canceled. They were not able to confirm appointment prior because the receptionist did not type the correct number. My daughter was on time. The proper thing to do was wait till the client arrived if they could not confirm appointment. I am highly disappointed because i recommended my daughter there. I asked for owners number and they were not able to provide that information to do a formal complaint. read more

A few times the girls didn't know what they were doing except for one. While I was still paying they called every week faithfully once I made my last payment, not one call or follow up for my last visit. It's like u paid so we don't care if u get your last session or not. I would think they would have kept that energy for the last session and compared the photo they originally took to see the difference, and keep me as a customer. Not at all!!!!!! Went for a colonic and of course I am nervous. First time at this place first time getting this done. Thought oh my I'm going to be embarrassed BUT from the minute u walk in to the minute you leave you feel so welcomed. Everyone is very pleasant. Went here to do my first colon cleanse which I felt was very much well needed. I hear great things about it. I used to go to the bathroom a half hr after I ate but, now all 2 & 3 days will pass & nothing. I was definitely nervous. The establishment was calm and soothing. Wasn't a bad experience at all. I have PERMANENT scaring from getting their scar removal last summer and I'm still so upset about it. And she has done nothing about it. She is so lucky I didn't sue her, in retrospect I wish I did. But I will be making a complaint to the BBB. I'm pretty sure the woman who did the service was unlicensed. I went into this spa with plans on getting myself pampered every couple of months(becoming a longterm customer). I had schedule an appointment for two services to be done, a facial , and remove about 5 tags form my face) The day of the appointment I arrived about 6 minutes late. Due to this I was denied the second service(tags). Mind you there is a construction on the same street ,that blocks off the whole corner.The first service that was done ,was rushed through and not finished. these people are not professionals , and I feel sorry for myself for spending my money here. they also pay customers (applies to their bill) for a good google review , I saw the sign . also NOTICE how all the customers only have "good things say about this place , in what world!? please. Finally, while I was laying on the bed with my eyes closed a couple of employees kept coming in the room to look for stuff. I contacted the owner and she didn't seem concerned about my complaint. I told her I was denied a service. she said it was basically because I got there a couple of minutes late. She instead asked me to schedule a second visit, she did not apologize at all. read more

Probably the worst spa I've ever been to. I called a week or more and in advance and made an appointment for a consultation and facial/ IPL . When I got there there were 2 ladies and young girl who was working the front. They spoke Spanish with each other the whole time I was there waiting, not that big of a deal. I waited and Jenny called me in and I told her that I wanted the IPL Laser treatment. She went on and on how I should buy a package of micro needling for my face , how it was so great and so much more. I just wasn't feeling it ,I told her since I am in my mid 30s and I feel like my skin wouldn't recover from it like someone younger. Well she kept insisting and I gave in and told her ok. She told me to lay down and she will be right back to begin the treatment. Well I heard someone come in and she went to the room next door to do some type of treatment for that person. I laid there for over an hour and a half waiting on that uncomfortable table with the air conditioning blasting right on my head. I told them it's too cold abut they did nothing. Jenny came back almost 2 hours later , and only because I was almost about to leave, but she came in and did the treatment. IT WAS HORRIBLE! It hurt so bad, and I asked her before I started if I'll be ale to go to work the next day she said yes of course! I trusted her , but I regret it to this day. My skin was bleeding . I had to miss 3 days of work cause I was so swollen and red and just in pain and looked horrible! THIS TREATMENT SHE DID RUINED MY WHOLE FACE AND NECK ! First it took me 2 weeks to recover and I missed so many days of work. My skin looks horrible and I feel like it will never go back to normal. It lost elasticity and its dry I got sunspots and many of them all over even though I didn't go in the sun and wore a hat and used 75 SPF. I really wish I never went there ! It costed me my skin, time, money and pain and suffering! Jenny you don't know wtf you're doing !!!! Shame on you! The manager makes up her own fees without advising the client before hand. Very expensive and no results. Definitely a waste of money. I do not recommend this place. read more

Wow. This was such a great experience for me!!! Jenny is such an angel. She performed a chemical peel for me since I have been struggling with acne and hyper pigmentation from acne marks and within one day I am noticing a difference. My face looks so much smoother and healthier and I have my confidence back. Not only that, but it was affordable and the spa is beautiful and relaxing. I found them on Instagram, called and the receptionist was so helpful. I scheduled a free consultation for face and body (ive always suffered from acne scars and a little heavier then im used to). I met with Stephanie, she didn't sell me, she EDUCATED ME. she didnt just tell me what facial to get but told my why my skin looked that way and what each service did.
