Nathan was a pleasure to work with. He responded very quickly when I inquired about a carpet cleaning quote on my 2 bed condo. He arrived during his promised window and made a quick offer of $100. I accepted and he began unloading his equipment. I preemptively had moved the majority of my furniture the day before so he had access to almost all of the carpeted area in my condo. During the cleaning process he coordinated well with me on shuffling furniture between rooms to reach as much carpet as possible. I directed him to specific spots that I felt needed the most attention. He made a strong effort to remedy these spots and I am happy with the outcome. In entirety it took 2.5 hours out of my day. I called Nathan in a pinch, and made an appointment within the same week. He sent me a reminder text which I greatly appreciated as I often forget things, and was extremely prompt the day of. My house was a huge mess. The carpets were awful in some rooms. After Nathan was done with them though, there was absolutely no evidence of any stains. Not to mention the fact that there were several crews working on my house at the same time, which could not have made Nathan's job easy. Nonetheless, he did fabulous, efficient work. Nathan came out to our apartment to clean our couch and love seat. Light fabric with a toddler just looked TERRIBLE after 3 years. He spent so much time and great care on our furniture. THEY LOOK BRAND NEW! It was really amazing. I have gotten so many compliments too. What was really nice is that he gave us the scotch-guard for free on the love seat. I would definitely use this service again. Nathan communicated all times clearly by text and arrived as agreed upon. My large sectional had a lot of stains and an area with heavy pet odor. It took quite a bit of time to finish but the results were worth it. Only the discoloration caused by a prior cleaner could not be removed, and the odor was completely gone. The cleaner he used did not have a strong chemical smell, which was one of my initial concerns. A great value for the service. read more

I had been looking into getting my carpets cleaned and accidentally bought his (Nathan's groupon ) one night. I spent $20 that was worth $50 of his cleaning services. I mainly wanted my front room/bathroom area of my one bedroom apartment cleaned and it was only going to be another $20 bucks outside of the groupon. So I said why not just do the rest of the apartment. In the end it was $40 dollar extra from what I spent on my groupon. I got my whole one bedroom apartment cleaned for $60! Awesome! That was way better than what I was seeing other carpet cleaning companies advertise for their services. And like others said, the stains in the walkway that I didn't think would get out were gone! He's just getting his business off the ground and I definitely recommend it. ***as a tip for people on a budget, his groupon is valid for some time if you want to spend only $20 from one paycheck and the rest from your next paycheck so it doesn't seem like your pockets are getting hit hard at one time.
