We purchased a wood bed from Rejuvenation. We really like the design from the website and were equally impressed when we saw it in person. Solid wood, hand made in the USA. Very high quality furniture. We love the bed! What makes this rating less than 5 star is the disorganized delivery process. We were told it would cost about $200-300 for "white glove" delivery which would include set up. It took 5 separate calls from 3 different people from the store to schedule and confirm the delivery. They seemed completely disorganized. In the end, the delivery was on the day we requested and the delivery people were very pleasant and efficient but the charge ended up costing $380 - almost double the estimate! The delivery men told me that normally they like to take apart furniture and pack it themselves so they can see how it all fits together. In our case, the store had packaged it up for them so they had no clue how it assembled. I had to help them figure out how to puzzle it together. They were also told by the store personnel that there were no screws or bolts. Sure enough, once they started assembling it, there were 3 nuts required to secure the headboard. Luckily, we were able to find 3 that fit from some contractors doing work at our house. The delivery men were very good and easy to deal with so there is no issue with them. The bed is wonderful so their product is great. The only negative comment is the way the store coordinated the delivery and the excessive delivery cost. read more

Rejuvenation does not stand by their products. We bought a $700 lock set from them for our front door. After a few months of normal family use, it failed. It turns out that you need a proprietary castle wrench to fix it. Rejuvenation does not sell the wrench, nor do they sell the spare parts needed for repair. The only way to fix it is to buy a new $700 lock set. I can't even remove it without cutting it with a metal saw. Customer service is a disaster. After 80 minutes on hold, the customer service supervisor hung up on me when I politely told her that I would not accept that they could not sell me a wrench and a spindle. We purchased several outdoor furniture items, including 4 Adirondack chairs and the Polson Teak Outdoor collection, which consisted of a sofa and 2 lounge chairs. The delivery included the 4 Adirondack chairs and the sofa, but instead of the two lounge chairs, we received two chaise lounges. We inmmediately contacted CS, informed them the mistake and the incorrect items were returned. They assured that the next delivery within 3 weeks would included our two lounge chairs. Unfortunately, the same mistake was made the second time and the situation became extremely frustrating. We were told that a SKU issue was causing the confusion, and the correct items were on their way. However, there has been no delivery day provided, no confirmation that the second delivery was processed as return, and we have found ourselves in constant communication with CS without any resolution. This furniture was purchased in part for our Airbnb and the ongoing delay has limited to use the space as intended. Rejuvenation has handled this issue very poorly. Repeated mistakes, lack of follow-through and not a clear response. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND. read more

This company's customer service is horrific. They promised delivery twice and failed. I called customer service and was hung up on 4 times. The customer service agent can't see the delivery information. They said the delivery date which they committed to us on the phone was a request not a confirmation. I waited a 1/2 hr on the phone for them to speak to delivery hub & another 15 minutes to speak with their "escalation " team. I asked for a call back and they couldn't even commit to that. read more

Bought the Shaw 6-Drawer Dresser and less than one year after it was delivered, the wood veneer began bubbling and cracking. Rejuvenation opened an investigation since it has been less than one year but they refused to do anything to replace or fix the item. The dresser was used normally in a temperature controlled apartment and cleaned only with a duster. The quality is garbage. read more

Rejuvenation used to be a good store but fallen in standard due to a manager/staff of the store whose billing ID is G Costa, he wears a mask and did not wear a badge. He from the beginning was impatient in answering our questions about items and was showing attitude for no good reason. We had a terrible experience in their store when we tried to order goods worth more than $3000. He made a mistake in the order. When we asked him to cancel, rather than cancelling the order, he made a duplicate order without notifying us. Our card was charged twice without our approval for the duplicate order. He, after making the duplicate order, told us that we should come back and return the duplicate item when it arrives to get back our money. We were surprised that our card was charged twice without our approval although we were standing in front of him when he was putting in the order. We asked him to cancel both orders as we did not want to come back to return the duplicate item. At that point he became even more rude and was extremely unhelpful. He said the store manager was not around to resolve this dispute, although it seemed he was the store manager. He didn't seem to care that he lost a customer who was ready to buy goods above $3000. This staff should be held responsible for not only losing a customer forever for Rejuvenation but also because he was non-transparent to the customer and charged their card for a duplicate item without their approval. Be very very careful when you order anything in the Rejuvenation store and double check what they are charging on your card. We still haven't got back our refund that was charged on our card without our consent. read more

I would not recommend this company. They charged $1200 for 4 door knobs that are made in China and spray painted in USA. Also charged me $120 for expedited shipping. I wish I had read these horrible reviews before ordering cabinet hardware for a kitchen renovation. My $600 order was supposed to have arrived several weeks ago. I've called 3 separate times and was told it's not their problem because the package was sent and is now with Purolator. They've given me a tracking number (which isn't valid) and it's become my problem to search for items I've paid for. I have never encountered incompetence like this. Wow, I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with this company. I purchased three of the same light fixture from them back in April, which were all supposed to be in stock. it is now July and I dont have the compete fixtures. First the shades were missing from the fixture. when I notified them, it took an astonishing 6 weeks for them to provide the missing components, they were clearly not in stock. when I finally got the components, they are certainly all "handmade". because they don't all fit together. The other reviews here confirm my experience: this is a company with supply chain issues and a basic inability to provide the products that are advertised. I keep getting the feeling that they have never actually made the light fixture they sold me, despite having seen it on a showroom floor. most frustrating is the countless hours spent with customer service. Bought a ceiling light fixture. Base was mismatched with shade. Wouldn't correct the problem because the purchase was past the 30 day limit. Seems they have a company policy of: if they make a mistake (selling you the wrong size ceramic shade for the base is a pretty dumb mistake) they won't make good on it. I would say many people will not install a hard-wired lighting fixture within 30 days of buying a fixture, so buyer beware. Install or check immediately. Terrible customer service. Lots of statements on their website about sustainability, community partners, etc., but none of that matters if they won't stand by their products and correct their mistakes. read more

* We have been very happy until recently, with the many items we have purchased from Rejuvenation (lighting fixtures, switch plates, drawer pulls, lamps, chairs) because of the usually high quality product. Yes, their items are quite expensive, possibly because they are made in the U.S. About a year and a half ago we purchased and installed four dining room & kitchen lights. A month and a half ago, one of the two smallest (6.5") Blair pendants which we purchased came crashing down onto the counter below - and luckily did not break. Imagine the sound of a gunshot going off in your house. I contacted a customer rep, providing info about the situation, including photos. He passed us on to a Williams Sonoma customer rep who asked for information, pictures etc., which we had already provided. However we cooperated fully with her requests, even going so far as determining that the design of the one globe was defective, causing it to not screw in fully. (In the meantime, it fell down twice more.) She regretted that they were unable to help us, as the warranty time had passed - even on a defective product. A simple solution would have been for them to provide us with a new globe, but we were told that "we do not sell parts." We shaved down the glass rim of the globe ourselves, and have reinstalled it, positioning a large cardboard box full of towels directly underneath the fixture. I have hope, rather than faith that it will stay on. If it does not stay up, our options are to either buy a completely new fixture for about $600, or buy two new different fixtures, as the finish needs to match the other lights in the kitchen and dining room. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Rejuvenation and Williams Sonoma over the years, but will not be spending any more. read more

It is managed unprofessionally to the point that it's funny!! I ordered these nice looking and expensive lounge chairs and received no update on delivery for weeks. Finally I received a call and that was it. No communication after that. Anyway, I realised I will have to keep calling them to ensure delivery. Finally it got delivered and they took pictures and left. Moments later I realised the cushions are missing. It's been about a month now but rejuvenation doesn't care. Followed up several times and they would just say 'sorry' and it will be delivered soon. And now this process is on a loop!! read more

I should've read these reviews before I spent thousands of dollars on merchandise from this company. I ordered 2 vanities and a chandelier from this company, back in July. I received only part of the order 3 months later, delivered by 3 guys who were supposedly in a "white glove" service that did not bother bringing the boxes up the stoop when I asked them to because one of they guys said "this is like 400 pounds ma'am". Not only did I not get a heads-up they were going to be delivering that time of the day. They just showed up and called me so I head to drop work and rushed home. Then we realized not everything was in that delivery. There was no email or acknowledgement from anyone at Rejuvenation to let me know that the delivery was only a partial delivery. I had to find out myself and call them and they didn't even seem to know what was going on. It has been over 5 months since I placed the order, and I am still waiting for one of the vanities. I called Rejuvenation a number of times and finally one of the associates there gave me a phone number and asked me to schedule the delivery myself. To be continued on this. Meanwhile, apparently the hardware the comes with the vanity is shipped separately via UPS, and to-date I have not received them nor could they provide me with a tracking number. I spoke to a woman at the 20th St. NYC location last week who could not help me and said they will call me back. And just now I spoke to a Gregory there who also did not help me and said someone will call me back with a tracking number. read more

I hate to leave a bad review here but in light of the lack of organization, miscommunication on their part, and the unsavory experience I can perhaps help other people not go through the same we have gone so far. This is a terrible and unorganized company to work with. Their showroom and nice website might tell you otherwise but BEWARE. Stay away if you can. A complete nightmare to say the least. We spent THOUSANDS of dollars on two simple vanities. An easy project, you might think. The first delivery wasn't complete and one of the items wasn't the one that it was supposed to be, so they couldn't be installed. Our old vanities had already been uninstalled so we had to pay a crew to reinstall them again. In the second delivery, there was only 1 vanity and we had to wait several weeks for the delivery of the other one. We went with it. One of the parts was also broken and we have emialed several times with images included and still not a word. When the other vanity arrived (after long phone calls and after being assured everything was coming as it should) surprise! The wrong vanity was delivered. We had a contractor ready to come and installNow we are sitting in our apartment with a massive crate and boxes for God knows how long. Not to mentioned this was delivered on the wrong day it was supposed to be here but we mnged to get someone in the apartment to received the items. You would expect this kind of situation with IKEA or some other cheap brand but this is a more expensive brand. This is a project that has being going on since June. It is now October. William Sonoma got their hands full with this company and really hurting their brand. I guess we have to jump onto another call after writing this review. Unprofessional, unethical, incompetent, and a total waste of time and money. My first experience with Rejuvenation left me frequently asking, "Is this the most elaborate scam of all time? Does Williams Sonoma have any idea the kind of dumpster fire they've attached their brand to with Rejuvenation?" This story is longer than this post, but I feel an obligation to at least summarize and warn others about this company and its employees. I ordered hardware from the Rejuvenation store in Manhattan in May, and received it about 6 weeks later. The hardware was in stock at the store, and I was told that the store would get a commission if I ordered it through an employee rather than online. I wish I had ordered online. Instead, I called and an employee, Michael Holmes, while initially friendly, placed me on hold intermittently for over an hour while he located 18 pieces of hardware. He said many of the packages were ripped open but it wasn't a big deal and that the order would arrive in 2 days. I never received an email confirmation, receipt, or tracking number. Days passed, and I reached out to Michael Holmes to inquire about the package and to get the receipt. Numerous requests were made for this and eventually in response, Michael Holmes personally texted my cell with a grainy photo of a print out on a desk inside the store, and a picture of the computer screen with my tracking number. I again asked for an email invoice, which he insisted he provided with those photos. When the package didn't arrive, I was concerned it was stolen (which is common in NYC). I, once again, reached out to Michael and was told another package would be sent, but was not given an invoice or tracking number. After a week went by without hearing from Rejuvenation, I contacted UPS to report the possible stolen package. UPS informed me that Rejuvenation did not put my name on the package even though the package was sent to a business, not my personal address, which Michael Holmes knew. I immediately informed him that I reported the missing package to UPS, and he indicated it was not a problem and that the replacement would be to me within 2-3 days. After a few more days went by without hearing anything and not receiving a package, I again asked for a receipt, a tracking number, and whether the package was coming when promised. In response Michael Holmes texted me after 10 pm the text I attached in the photo. I realize this is just hardware, but after three weeks of getting the runaround, texted on my personal phone late at night, and being repeatedly dismissed after requesting something so basic as a receipt and tracking number for a purchase from a major company, for this employee to then say that I am to blame for not receiving my package because I filed a claim, when he never even put my name on the package, is ridiculous. He never told me not to report this to UPS, and even if he did, I have an obligation to report a potential crime, regardless of what Rejuvenation says. I did eventually get the hardware after getting the main company's management team involved, but it never should have come to that. I don't think anyone was held accountable for this, and the company just keeps on jerking people around it seems based on other store reviews. Do not use them, no matter how shiny the objects appear. A few days later, I checked on the outstanding order and learned that they had actually been backordered despite the inventory listed on the website and wouldn't be delivered for several months. They told me I could cancel my order, however, I need them as half of the switch plates and outlet covers have already been installed. Rejuvenaton didn't care. Worst customer service. read more

I purchased an expensive standing mirror from this company. I was never contacted to schedule delivery. After following up with them for a week I have been unable to obtain an answer from the company as to where the mirror is. Their customer service department is abysmal and just makes lots of excuses. Please do not work with this vendor. They might have good sales but customer service is horrendous, they are dishonest on returns, and don't reimburse returns in full. I visited the store to research lighting options for my home. I found the person I dealt with very helpful and the store was stunning.

Rejuvenation is now selling product they don't even have in stock. During the beginning of the pandemic supply chain issues, this might have been an excuse. But after over a year now it's reasonable to expect that items not in stock or low in stock would be listed. This isn't the case. Three tries to customer service and Rejuvenation / Williams-Sonoma have completely ignored me - by phone, social, and email. This brand used to be one of my favorites - now they've completely erased what the brand used to stand for, one of Portland's most famous. Shame. read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. We spent thousands of dollars with Rejuvenation while renovating our home, including almost $1,000 on a brass faucet. Just months after it was installed, it started to discolor. My emails were ignored and my the customer service reps just punted when I called. After emailing and calling several times, they finally responded by telling me to send the faucet back. I told them I would if they would pay the plumber to uninstall their defective product. I never heard back. They are overpriced, the quality of their product is poor, and their customer service is terrible. Spend your money somewhere else. read more

This review is for the customer service demonstrated in the NYC based Rejuvenation flagship store. For me, customer service is just as important as the quality and design of the products I'm purchasing. Jordan at the NYC Rejuvenation store was amazing to deal with. He was knowledgable about the products, friendly, competent, and displayed a genuine interest in the needs and best interest of the customer. It's pretty difficult to get that kind of service anywhere these days (including the sister store Westelm). If you have any concerns or want more information about a product before pulling the trigger I'd definitely recommend going to the NYC flagship Rejuvenation store and ask for Jordan. If it's Rejuvenation's custom and policy to treat its customers the way Jordan does, I will be a lifelong customer. The store in general doesn't stock every item online but it has a good selection. read more

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Unprofessional, unethical, incompetent is not enough to describe. This is the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. First I got a set of shelves and got charged the wrong value on my card - U$ 350 dollars above what I was supposed to pay. One my first call to customer service they said it would be corrected before the item shipped, once the charge was removed from my card I've never got a new, correct charge so I decided to call again. On this second call that I've made they told me that they could not charge my card because the bank was blocking the new charge...well why they never got in touch with me?? I only found this out because I called, so I got in touch with the bank and they told me that there was nothing blocking the use of my card...so I called again... The person on the phone told me I needed to go into the website and buy the product again, but I still had an open trackable order, so... I called again... and the second person I talked on the phone just did a new charge on my card for the correct value that she told me would be just a hold since my product would only ship in March...Ok so yesterday I see a charge from REVUJENATION on my card, but not the total value of the item I ordered...and also got an email saying the shelve was delayed and would only ship in April with the wrong description of the item on the email..so I called again... The person on the other side of the line told me that the shipping on the shelves was delayed to April but my order is correct so I should disregard the wrong description on the email...to my surprise I just received 9 boxes from rejuvenation...JUST THE WOOD OF THE SHELVE..no metal work or anything else...so I guess I'm supposed to stay with those 9 boxes sitting on my apartment for two months before I get the rest of the item I ordered???? Very interesting that this company gets showcased on all design blogs but doesn't allow them on their website. I purchased the hardware for my kitchen renovation from them and it was by far the worst, most difficult part of the entire process. Ming-bogglingly bad communication, double charging, half of the order not shipped, they don't send any notifications after you call them, just an overall messy nightmare. We are dealing with $70 shipping fees on a small package and $40-each drawer pulls so it's extra sad. Avoid at all costs and get your product somewhere else. read more
