The experience at this nail salon was amazing. Its located in downtown Santa Barbara. It was a pleasant place to visit while walking the downtown area. The music was very relaxing and they serve a complimentary drinks (champagne, wine or coffee) Helen did the best manicure on me and I appreciate her explaining the different options I could do. She really qent above and beyond to ensure my nails looked good. Kent and Tammy did a great job on the pedicures. The massage chairs were a nice feature while getting a pedicure. The staff were very friendly and took there time to make sure the nails looked nice. I would definitely recommend getting your nails done here and enjoy. read more

Their reward program is a total scam. They'll send you a text for a free mani or pedi then wait till after your service to say you don't have enough points. I've been back 3 more times since that text and each time am told oh next time you'll get a free pedicure. Like I said, a scam. They also rush through services when they have a wait. Updating because they've peeled and chipped one day after the manicure. This is because they used gel polish without the UV light. This was such a terrible experience - I would actually like a refund. I feel bad posting this because the nail techs were nice but wow... this was the worst manicure I've ever had. My cuticles were butchered, polish globbed on and left on my skin, and cotton stuck in the paint. I'm not sure what more to say other than thank god it was only $25. No hand massage or lotion, just bare bones. I don't feel it was very clean either. They left my husband's cuticles all bloody during his simple manicure. read more

My friend and I stopped in here on a Thursday afternoon for a walk-in gel manicure. Though the staff were friendly, the facility was cluttered and dirty. Hand towels were stained and I wasn't certain the towels and tools used on me were clean/sanitized. I should have walked out. Though my manicurist was friendly, my manicure was rushed (15 minutes tops) and there was no sense of relaxing or being pampered. I wasn't planning to write a review but it's Saturday and the polish has already chipped off my pinky. It was only $40 before tip, so not bad price wise but bummed about the experience overall. I've visited Rejuvenation Spa and Nails three times now. Each time the staff have been friendly, fast, and have done a great job. Most recently I wanted a gel manicure and after doing a walk-in a few weeks before (and waiting a bit) I wanted to be proactive and made an appointment for a Friday. I know it's hard to plan ahead sometimes but I def recommend making an appointment as it will significantly cut down on your wait time. Amy did my gel manicure and she was so nice and did an excellent job on my nails. I picked a color and then when she opened the bottle I wasn't as confident and she offered to paint one nail and then decide if I wanted a different color. Glad she did that bc it was a cute color and my worries went away. You can't beat the price ($40 for gel mani) so I will def be making more appointments with Amy. Ps they prefer cash but take cards but you'll be charged a service fee. I'd recommend paying in cash and don't forget to tip them! read more

Definitely the worst gel mani/pedi I've ever had. I came here because I needed a last-minute gel mani/pedi before vacation and the two higher-rated placed I called didn't have any openings. It should have been a red flag that I was able to walk in here no problem as there was only one other customer. Anyway, this is by far the worst gel mani/pedi I've ever had. Even when the mani had just been finished, there were dust/dirt pieces and/or air bubbles in several nails. Within two days, two toenails of polish have fallen off and every single fingernail is peeling on the side like vinyl. I had to trim the polish on the edges with nail clippers to try to save it from peeling off completely. It's so so bad. Worst $90 plus tip I've ever spent. Such a waste! read more

I have been to many many nail salons! This one has amazing costumer service! They took extra time making sure I was beautiful before I walked out of the shop. Need convenience!? You can BOOK online!!! It makes it so much easier than calling!!! They do take walk ins. However, if you work for many hours it is nice to reserve a spot so you aren't left waiting for your turn. I went in the morning right when they opened. They let me in right away and started preparing immediately. It's nice to go to a place that is respectful of your time but also won't let you walk out without satisfaction. I will be back with friends next time!! I usually go to ocean nails which is great but my friend and I wanted gel pedicures and happened to be in the area so we just walked in this place, there weren't many people and now I know why. We got seated at the same time but after the woman who was working on me finished my cuticles & massage she just walked away and told me someone else would be doing the gel. I was confused, why is she doing pedicures if she can't do gel? I then sat there for about 35 minutes and by the time another woman came & did my gel, my friends pedicure had already been done for about 10 minutes. I called last minute to see what it would cost to do a acrylic nail removal and simple manicure, and if they took walk ins today. I was told they were closing for today, but could come tomorrow. I told them that unfortunately I needed it done today. I was told if I could there in 10-15 mins they could do it. So I busted my ass to get over there....and let me tell you it was worth my rushing! Tracy was an absolute nail saver!! It was so unbelievably kind for her to stay late for me and she wasn't pushy or rushing like many other nail salons. She took her time to carefully remove every nail so that it preserved as much of my natural nail as possible! She was so pleasant to speak with while she worked on my nails, I enjoyed our conversation very much! She helped me pick out festive colors (for Christmastime) and made my nails look so great that you'd never think that I just had acrylics removed!! I could not believe the way I was treated. I was finally refunded the money when I agreed to take my YELP post off. The whole experience was SO negative. DO NOT GO HERE - This is literally the worst nail salon I have ever been too. Multiple times during my appointment the nail tech got up and left to work on someone else leaving me waiting for almost 15 minutes each time. I asked for a french tip and the woman who shaped my nails barely added any acrylic causing my acrylics to FALL OFF IN UNDER A WEEK! they were also shaped horrible and crooked. When they moved me to another woman to finish my nails because my original nail lady left me to start another appointment ... the new lady doing my nails was extremely aggressive - when she asked me to move my hand a certain way she would hit my hand!! When i asked if she could fix the parts of my nails that she missed when she was painting them she got annoyed and rolled her eyes at me multiple times - telling me they were "fine" and that she would " fix them later" even though she never did - also not to mention they have a NO REFUND policy that they hide on a small sign inside. I paid $80 dollars for nails that fell off , were painted horribly they were crooked and bumpy and over all I was treated so rudely and with terrible customer service - both women also kept answering their phones loudly during the appointment - I would give 0 stars if I could!!! Also to add to how terrible this place is all of the tools were DIRTY and being stored in old food containers!!!! the entire floor is dirty and they picked a USED tissue out of the trash to wipe polish off my friend's hand. This place is completely unsanitary and all of the walls were covered in a thick layer of dust. I felt unsafe at this nail salon and I wish I could have gotten a refund!!!! read more

Presented the picture and was told they can do that. When they were ready to apply nail polish they did not have gold chrome. So they said they can make work another way to get gold. I was at the salon for over 2 hours and had two different nail techs work on me just to end up with something so different then the picture and sloppy. They applied orange dip and then green chrome on top! All I wanted was gold. And I told them they don't have to finish since I will most likely will end up paying someone else to change the color to the gold I wanted. Their nail techs lack experience. They need more training on the new dip and color techniques. They ended up charging me full price on gel nails I am going to have to remove. What a disappointment and waste of money. Came here for a simple gel removal & there was no wait, which was great! However, the lady who sanded down my gel quickly became preoccupied by another customer because she had to help another technician with a mistake made on a pedicure. I sat for nearly 35 minutes with my fingers inside a bowl of acetone. She took my hands out and began to e-file them down, and sticky gel flew everywhere at me. She then buffed my nails and I mentioned there was still gel left and she just told me to wash my hands. I mentioned again there was still gel, so she hastily e-filed again and told me to wash my hands. I left with a thick layer of gel still on my nails, and sticky gel coating my fingers (despite having washed with hot water twice at the salon). read more
