We were sent here by the owner of CJ Nails (on Milpas next to Little Cesars) because I guess she bought this nail place too. There were 2 people working and my mom, sister and I were seating in the spa pedicure seats to wait. It took OVER 2 HOURS to get our pedicures done!!! The manicurists working were very sweet and did a good job but it was Sooooooo slow! And my gel pedicure was SOO EXPENSIVE! $49!!!!!!!!!!!! We will NOT be going back here again. read more

I went here due to the pictures and the good reviews. I had a slightly older lady work on my nails and I'm not sure if she was just clumsy (she kept dropping things) or not paying attention but when she was removing my previous gel manicure, she used the buffer tool and it got tiny skin above my cuticle and cut me. I had to point it to to her. 3 days later, that's still very sore and red, although healing. I didn't like how she filed my nails and kept asking her to make them rounded, but she didn't seem to notice they were still square. She applied the coats haphazardly and some nails she put the polish up to and slightly over the cuticle, and some she didn't get near the cuticle so it looks as if my nails have already grown out a lot from the polish. I had to file a lot of sticky edges off when I got home. Hopefully they'll last a while, bur I'm really displeased with my experience. On the plus side, everyone was very nice. On the down side, it seemed that they didn't have very good hygienic rules and the file she used on me we obviously used. read more

I've been going to these guys for years and during my trip to SB I learned they opened up this new establishment. I came in to get a shellac spa mani and pedi and was extremely satisfied. The salon is beautiful and spacious with state of the art spa chairs, private facial room, and waxing room. They use the best products like CND shellac, Essie, and OPI. They also use CND Stickey for base coat. This make the polish last for at least 8-10 days for me. Kelly is extremely talented and super sweet. I love her! I seriously refuse to see anyone else - he shapes, fills and paints my nails like no other person on Earth. He really is the best at it. He always has new colors coming in and stays with nail trends like patterns, matte finishes and stuff like that. I always trust him to choose my nail color every time I change it too and he always picks the best color every time! Just go in relax and let Jimmy work his nail magic!! Love this salon! The girl who did my nails was fantastic and so artistic. I showed her a picture of the nail art I wanted and she recreated it. My gel manicure stayed on for 3 1/2 weeks and my toes even longer. If you are looking for good nail art this is the place to go. They have so many designs to choose from and as I said, they can recreate just about any picture you bring in. I am headed there again. Second time there and my gel nail polish started to chip and peel by the second day. They made my nails so thin they ripped all the way down and cut my cuticle on my hand. The other girl who did my toes clipped the corner of my nails at an angle causing my toe to hurt very badly and I had to tell her to stop trying to clip my cuticle and what she was doing causes ingrown nails. I had a bad experience in this place today. I kept telling the person doing my pedicure I did not like what he was doing. The poor thing kept smiling and did not understand anything and kept doing the same. He messed up himself few times and it took 1 hour and half to be done. Did not even message my feet and the charged me a ridiculous amount . The person in charge kept sleeping at all time in the waxing room and only came out to take my credit card. This place is the best. They can do any bit of art you want, just make sure you have a picture and text it to them first, because I came 10 minutes late to my appointment and made them stay late, over 30 minutes, and had their whole family there, even their little 5 year old kid. They did the full works; it was their first time ever doing a peacock feather, they never made me feel bad about it for a second, also really funny, yet a bit of a language gap. I wanted to support a small business in Santa Barbara, I guess it's been slow lately for them, so decided to do this Yelp review because they totally deserve a bunch of new clients!! I was hesitant to come here after some of the negative reviews but I have all good things to say! I called in to schedule 3 mani-pedis and they told us to come in right away! We waited about 5 minutes before they sat each of us in the massage chairs and let our feet soak. It was about 5 minutes more and they began our nails. They all did a great job and I left feeling very relaxed and very satisfied with the work they did as well as please with the Monday-Tuesday discount! Second time here & my nails look amazing. $35 for a gel manicure, took about 50 minutes. A young woman did my manicure, who really went out of her way to make sure they were even & well shaped. Jimmy painted & when the first sparkles at the bottom didnt look right, he suggested a different one to try without batting an eye. My first visit I got both a gel manicure & regular spa pedicure, costing about $90 incl. tip. Jimmy was chatty & funny. NEVER chipped in 3 weeks! Only took it off because my nails were too grown out. I was there for about 2 hours that time. Longer than I expected but undoubtedly great service. They have Monday & Tuesday combo specials. I think it was $23 for a regular mani & pedi and $32 for a spa version, but don't quote me on that. read more

If perfect means not perfect at all, then this place is really perfect! I got a full set and a pedicure and the salon was under staffed for the day, which made my nail lady speed through my services and give me the most ugliest full set I've ever gotten. They looked to thick and uneven and when I told her she was just like "Oh!" And did nothing. After painting then with a gel brand I've never even heard of... You could see through parts of the nail! It looked really blotchy and like there wasn't enough coats even though she did 3! My pedicure was the worst! 29$ for what? To soak my feet in water and cut my cuticles!? All together it was 88$ for my services and it was the worst 88$ I've ever spent. Basically throwing money down the drain. Don't get me wrong I'll pay that much to get my nails done but it better be a god damn good job. You would think with how much they charge they would buy better product! Not even 4 days later and my pedicure is super chipped and my nails are chipping as well! I work retail, it's not like I'm using my hands a ton! I'm so disappointed! I hate writing bad reviews but I feel I ha e to because this place is misrepresented as 4-5 stars. Im not sure what I paid $62 for. I received a "pedicure" and a gel manicure. The pedicure consisted of soaking my feet in water, cutting my toe nails and painting them. There was no filing or callus buffing. I could have done a better job painting them as well. My heels were literally still dirty when I left. The manicure was painful-so much that I had to make noises and she continued to dig into my cuticles-again they look pretty messy. He girl was also sick and sniffling, Nose running-I'm about to go on vacation, too much hand contact for that. I would never return here. Came in to get an acrylic fill. Got my nails done by Linda. I get mine short and boxed on the edges. Pretty simple. My nails were short but completely rounded edges. Every time I asked her to fix it she rolled her eyes & look at the other worker in the store & say something. I have paint on my hands from her painting them. She cut me about 4 times on both hands. I visited Perfect 10 Nails & Span twice in April. The first time it was fine (although it did take longer than an hour and a half for a regular manicure and pedicure). The second, time? I am disappointed. This time I got a gel manicure and there was so much glue left over on my skin. It hasn't even been a week and most of the gel has peeled off of my nails. I am extremely upset, especially since the price was so much more expensive than my first visit. Verdict: Go if you just want a regular manicure...but avoid gel at all costs! read more

Came here for mani-pedis with my sister. They did an OK job, but they need to invest in some better quality topcoat, and their choice of polishes is severely lacking. Not much color variety and many of the bottles looked dried out. My manicurist also cut me while she was clipping my cuticles. read more

I came here because my usual salon was all booked up today, but I wanted to get my nails done before leaving town tomorrow. I will not come here again. Though well-intentioned, the guy who did my pedicure did a terrible job. I actually think that he had a hard time seeing, to be honest. While clipping the sides, he made BOTH big toes bleed and caused a lot of pain while clipping and cleaning them. He did not have a sensitive touch at all. I almost wanted to ask him to stop right in the middle of it and leave, but felt that it would be rude so I stuck it out through the pedicure. The callous removal was no more than a gentle sponging, and my callouses are still there. He kept messing up the painting and having to redo areas. I came to get a regular pedicure and a dip manicure, but after the pedicure I let them know that I would not be getting my manicure done there. read more
