I ordered a latte with normal sweetness (they also ask you to pick the level of sweetness). Which was well made and tasted great. They have ice cream too but I haven't tried the cream yet, but it appears to be the good quality kind. I may skip the crepes and get ice cream next time to see. The service is GREAT. They are always kind and their costumer service was wonderful at each visit I've had so far. The lighting is great. Their main window gives a lot of natural light. Seating is plentiful, but if you have a big party, you'll need to make arrangements and probably call ahead. The parking is decent, but slightly awkward when coming from the back of the building. It shares a parking lot with Little Caesar's pizza. Easy access to get back onto 77 from front of building and close to Publix and Aldi so you can get some shopping done too. I would've posted a pic of my crepes... but those were the first to go... like it was my last meal. No time for pictures. Try them you'll see what I'm talking about. I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to come back with friends and family.

Looking at other reviews, I see it seems to be a pattern. We're local and won't be back. We walked in and they were busy and she shouted close the door you're letting in hot air. OK, I understood, and let that go. There was a large party of 8 in front of us waiting to be seated. We asked for a table for 4. She yelled it would be awhile and to "get outside and wait" and she'd get to us when she could. Absolutely no reason to speak to customers like that. We left. I thought maybe it was someone who had not taken their medications or an overworked employee that could use the opportunity for service recovery remediation, so I called and asked to speak to the owner. I would want to know if one of my employees had spoken to my customers in that manner. When I asked to speak to the owner, to my surprise, the rude female hostess said she was the owner and she didn't have time to speak to me and hung up. We went right down the street to Flour Power and got seated within 10 min. Service was great and the food was delicious. In these difficult times we live in today, kindness and politeness goes a long way. Skip Fatty Patty's...go to one of the other breakfast establishments in the area. I won't support those in the community that don't have any respect for their paying customers. Do better or perhaps find some other industry where interacting with people or just fellow human beings is required.

The bubble tea was refreshing and flavorful, and I could choose from many options of tea, milk, and toppings. I tried the strawberry milk tea with tapioca pearls and it was delicious. The lumpia was crispy and savory, and it came with a sweet and sour sauce. It was a perfect combination of textures and flavors. The service was also quick and courteous. The young server was friendly and helpful, and he explained the menu and the ingredients to me. They made my order in less than 15 minutes and served it with a smile. They even mentioned my name. The ambience was cozy and inviting. The market was clean and organized, and the decor was simple and elegant. There were pictures of local landmarks and culture on the walls with soothing music playing in the background. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Ocean Oriental Market to anyone looking for a yummy and affordable snacks. I was pleasantly surprised to see they serve soft serve fresh ice cream as well. We tried the lumpia they were pretty affordable... if you've never had them they look like taquitos and are kind of like the asian version. They have meat shredded veggies and onions and came with a sauce. They had traditional desert Halo Halo which was ube icecream, coconut I think taro, green, red and white beans, noodle, coconut, maybe condensed milk..delicious.. Super colorful happy time desert in a cup. Try it if you haven't. So ya you can get ube icecream by itself here. I think there were some other asian flavors too. They have dumplings, some stir fry dishes and some more stuff. The cool thing about the bubble tea here is they let you mix flavors. I got a matcha taro! Not many places you can do that. If you in Panama City and have never tried Pilipino food come by here.

From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, colorful, and welcoming--think beachy charm with a touch of artsy personality. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which sets the tone for a relaxed, enjoyable meal. The food is where this place really shines. Breakfast and brunch are standouts, with creative twists on classics. The French toast is thick, fluffy, and perfectly sweet, while the omelets are loaded with fresh ingredients and cooked just right. Their baked goods--especially the muffins and pastries--taste homemade in the best possible way. If you stop by for lunch, the sandwiches and wraps are equally impressive, packed with flavor and generously portioned. Coffee lovers won't be disappointed either--their brews are rich and smooth, pairing perfectly with the menu. Everything feels thoughtfully prepared, not rushed or mass-produced. Food came out quickly. I had the biscuits and gravy and a side of home fries. The biscuit was dry, but the gravy had a nice taste. I would have appreciated more gravy for the size of biscuits. The home fries had a nice flavor to them as well. What I was really impressed with and don't see often is the manager (owner?) going around to EVERY table asking how things were and if anyone needed anything. In this day and age, I'm impressed by this level of involvement with patrons.
