Best to wear a tank top and shorts and pull your hair into a tight ponytail as no part of your body will be left untouched. You are fully covered with a towel, you stay clothed, but you will have your arms, tush, hips, legs pressure massaged and stretched. Nothing inappropriate, just full, deep body work. Is it relaxing? no. It is rejuvenating? yes. Is it painful? a bit. Is it therapeutic? yes. Will it put you out of your comfort zone? yes but get over it. I was trying to keep my brain from focusing on the sore, tender state of all my muscles, top to bottom as Lucy was working on me, so I focused on being grateful that this older woman was putting so much care and attention into my tired body and helping my body heal itself. The session room is a cool, dark, common space with 6 open beds. Nothing special but pleasant. This is not a spa. You are there for body work. Always be generous and tip 20%+. They charge $60 for 75minutrs which is great, $70 for 90 minutes, so bring some extra $10 and $20 bills with you. They work so hard and it shows, and I am grateful.

They were able to squeeze me in today after I pinched something wicked in my neck, but I don't think I realized how tense the rest of me was in general. No" she doesn't know how to work it, "sorry, sorry". I'm not getting up nude, again, although I considered it after a few more minutes of road noise. Massage was good, her phone buzzes and she answers it and has a several minute conversation while massaging me with one hand... Really! She finished at 10:55 so almost 30 minutes. I got dressed and my husband was waiting, smiling and tired, in the waiting room. Main gal, "$45 for hour, pointing to my husband, $35 for half hour pointing to me." I started with "well... half of the time, when I was supposed to get a full hour, should be half of the price." I could tell it was futile when she just kept saying $35 and saying $80 total. I said "fine, but that will include your tip." She processed the $80 credit card [I wish I had cash so she couldn't add a tip later] and I signed it for $80. She looked at it and then me and said "No Tip?" I looked at her in disbelief and said "next time, when I get my full hour." She jabbered with the other gal, and they both shot frustrated views my way - leaving my husband and I both feeling a little uncomfortable. So, my recommendation - this place is clean, the 2 gals we met were nice and gave pretty good massages, but best to stay within more normal business hours.
