Girl at the front desk was as quiet as a mouse, acted like she didn't want to be there and now I know why, and essentially was a mute. I booked a king bed room. Walk into room? And felt like i was inside a cigarette. Smoking room. I DID NOT ORDER THIS!! I DONT SMOKE OR DO I LIKE SMELLING LIKE IT!!!! So I go back downstairs and ask to be moved- they say they only have a two queen bed room. So I tell the manager she's a moron and go back up to my room. Should have walked to the local convenience store and got a carton of Parliaments. The vending machines are empty, the pool is "closed for maintenance," and the whole place is underwhelming. The next morning I waddled down to the lobby for the free breakfast - which looked good. Real scrambled eggs, an option for ones with cheese, brown n' serve sausage links which we grew up on, and home fries. Got a little of each - but the problem??? IT WAS ALL COLD!!!! I made two mini waffles and they were good enough - even though the waffle mix was incorrect. I pride myself on a day after coffee at these places - put in the creamer and Splenda, and then added what looked like a very light roast. IT WAS COLD!!! And the coffee had more water than roast grounds. Man what a joke of a hotel top to bottom.

We had to come to the area for a family tragedy, and it tests you in so many ways, but without even knowing the circumstances of our visit, the warmth and competency of the front staff (and support staff of the breakfast buffet as well) removed any potential issues that could of added to our stress at the time. It was greatly appreciated and I can't thank them enough. Highly recommended.

There is no in room coffee. This has been a thing with IHG and typically I ask when booking. If they don't have in room coffee I'll book elsewhere. I didn't with this one so shame on me. I get up early with my morning coffee and begin working from the hotel room. So today I had to get dressed and go down to the lobby to get coffee bringing it back to my room so I can begin working. For that reason this is a hotel I won't use again

Wife had bites on her arms, neck, face by the morning. I had a bad delayed reaction and broke out with bed bug bites on my face, neck, arms, hands, back, legs, and feet. We have plenty of pictures as well. Our child was in a full zip up onesie and was luckily spared, otherwise I would have lost it. Got out of this hotel quickly, as we saw streaks of blood (from the bed bugs) on the sheets after we woke up and checked. Usually the best you're gonna find. Wasn't worth trying to find a bug just to prove a point. No surprise and we don't even care about a refund honestly. It's more important that people know what they're paying for.

I choose this location because it seemed interesting--I had never stayed in a hotel overlooking a baseball field! Even though no games were going on while I was there, it was a nice (and beautiful) change of scenery. When I checked in, I was impressed by the gentleman at the front desk; he was very cheerful and friendly! Without me asking, he stated that he gave me a room with a great view and far from the elevator so I wouldn't hear much foot traffic (always a win!). My room was, clean, comfortable and overlooked Ripken Stadium (I attached a picture of the view from my room). There was a nice indoor pool and even an arcade! Breakfast was great; had the standard bacon/eggs but a few extras like Brie cheese (which I always appreciate!) Overall, I enjoyed my short stay and would definitely come back if in the area--I wouldn't mind getting a room with that same view during a game!

On the weekends, Ron serves a gourmet breakfast to die for, much better than any restaurant in the area or restaurant/hotel in the world. My husband fished every morning and every night right along with the locals at various venues, and Ron knows them all. La Cle D'or is one, two, three blocks walking distance to everything in town. It's a great place for antique shopping, and Ron has some pieces available throughout your room for sale and at extremely reasonable prices. So shopping for the women and fishing for the men. In the evenings, there are a couple of restaurants that feature good food and good live music. This is a wondeful place to get away for a romantic weekend!

This was my first time visiting, and I quickly realized how fast things can add up. From the moment we arrived, it felt like it was going to be an overwhelming day. There were a lot of people in the lobby, and when we got downstairs to the waterpark, there was only one person handling check in with a long line waiting. I did like that they give you towels and life jackets, two less things to bring. Pros: * Reasonable entry price ($60 per person for a Sunday compared to similar parks) * 18 month old gets in free * Parking paid upfront (convenient, one less thing to worry about) * They give you towels and life jackets * Dedicated toddler/baby area (great for little ones) * Kid-friendly spaces, my 5 year old had a blast * Overall fun experience for kids Cons: * Very crowded and a bit chaotic, especially on a weekend * Long wait to check in (only one staff member handling it) * Extra costs add up quickly (lockers were over $50 for two large ones) * Locker need is higher in winter with bulky coats *Food is limited and expensive * Space feels small for the number of people * Lazy river is very small Overall: Great for kids and worth trying, but I'd recommend going on a weekday and packing light to avoid some of the hassle.

As always…read morein any Great Wolf Lodge you are allowed to go to the water park and enjoy the attractions outside of your room being ready so we did have a couple hours to wait. And I just love how everything was centralized and safe being that they gear things toward young children there really was only one way out and that would have been the front door so it might be a little chaotic but the safety is there. I saw multiple times people vacuuming and cleaning throughout my stay, around the eating area same thing, everybody was kind. This was one of the best days we've had at a great wolf. I would highly recommend this particular location in Perryville maryland. We didn't really have a lot to do outside of it without having to travel a solid half an hour so we spent most of the time at the resort. Can't wait to go back in the summer when the pool is opened outside as well. For food we were able to easily order through the app at Timber which is there quick hamburger chicken spot. We did one pizza and a sit down at Barnwood I would recommend all three of them. My only tip would be bring your own towels that line for towels is absolutely insane and unnecessary. Just bring your own and things will be much easier. We didn't necessarily rush to get to the pool for opening and we were still able to find an area with a little table for three people with no problem. Highly recommend. The magi quest activity! We didn't do this when we were there only one night and I wouldn't recommend that but for the two nights I definitely would specially if you have a child that wakes up early and the attractions don't open till later.
