we came here late at night in search of a last minute and much needed relaxation. when we entered we weren't sure what to expect because it was dark and we couldn't see the whole room. we were greeted by a friendly guy who gave us the list of what packages they offer. it turned out we had one to many people for them to be able to accommodate at one time. we had come a bit later in the night so we couldn't do separate times. two of us were open to not having massages so the others could, instead they offered to do half sessions for each of us. they are open to how soft or hard you pref your massages and use a perfect amount of lotion. they perform the massages on very comfortable recliner type massage couches. much more comfortable than the pads/ mats most other foot massage places offer. the first room is so neat and has several of these couches. according to their website they offer private rooms. the prices are perfectly reasonable starting at about $20ish. just be sure to top nicely :) i have family right around the corner so definitely coming back here often. read more

When we got to the counter to pay, we were overcharged $10.00. I gave the lady a$5.00 tip and was told it was too small and they waited for a $10.00 tip. First and last visit!!!! I'm hooked to this place. I've been to several foot spas in the area but this place definitely takes the prize for the best in la Mirada. I hope their business lasts. I plan to be here weekly. 20 dollars for a one hour massage? Yes please!!! There's a bit of a communication barrier and no one speaks English, that part sucks. Pure relaxation that $20 can get you for a full head to toe massage! I don't mind being clothed during a massage..it was not too hard either which I usually can't tolerate hard pressure massages. Took my friend tonight for her bday, I called yesterday to schedule out appointments for 6pm. When we showed up they had our private area ready with two beds, enclosed by curtains. I liked it because it wasn't open like a lot of foot massage parlors are. It was dark outside so it was also dark inside with very dim lights, and low music which created a nice relaxing environment. I've read reviews about the karate place next door but I didn't hear anything. We got the $20 foot massage , but they rub your entire body. Honestly, this was the BEST foot massage I've had by far. This was my first time here. I got the combo massage and they were a little unorganized, I was asked to remove my clothes and lay on the table then I was told to keep my clothes on and sit on a hard chair. In the end I was 1/2 clothed and on the table. The guy put the bucket of hot water on top of the table and had my legs bent and soaking while me massaged my head. I got the hot stones but gave me no warning before placing the hot stones and oil on my back. I normally can handle a male masseuse but he was a bit rough and I'm in more pain now than before I got there. I wouldn't recommend coming here, save your money. read more

Today was my first time going to relax massage. I initially wanted only a neck and shoulder massage, but signed up for the $20/hour head and foot massage. I had the BEST experience. Jenny did my massage and was great. I had to ask her to be a little softer cuz I don't like deep tissue. she started with an awesome face and scalp massage. I felt like my stress was melting away as she massaged my neck and shoulders. Then she did my arms and hands. Then my feet and legs with hot stones. It felt great. Lastly, I turned over and she massaged my back. It was unlike any massage I have had before. She basically put all of her weight on me when she massaged my lower back, hips and upper back. It felt like I got a lot of massage in one hour. Needless to say I felt very relaxed after. I will definitely be going back. All for only $20. read more

I've been here quite a few times now over a 3 year period. I kept coming because of how close they are to my house. I also like that the prices are pretty cheap and they are always able to take me in right away. The massages are decent-I tell them when it's too hard or too soft. What I HATE is how short they keep cutting my time. It's happened multiple times. More recently, the guy left twice for a little over 5 minutes each time (not including when they dump the bucket of warm water). It doesn't bother me that he kept leaving, it's the fact that he didn't even bother to make up the time. On top of that, the massage was cut almost 10 minutes early. I don't ever watch my massage times but I started to because I felt like the time was short; I was obviously right. I think I'll try other local places instead. read more

This place was great! Very nice, simple and clean. My only complaint would be that the next door gym is a little loud. Maybe some sound proofing is in order? But other than that it was great. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT PAY WITH A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD! I have been coming to this place for over a year because the massages are great and it's inexpensive. I recently went and did the combo massage which was good...but when it came time to pay the lady charged my debit card $50 when it was only $15 because I had a coupon. All of the people there speak minimal english and when I asked her to credit the $50 back onto my card she played stupid and charged my card another $15. I was so upset because it caused my account to overdraft. I will never go back to this place again because of the idiots that work there. read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star but here's my review. I went in and got the half an hour back and foot massage not knowing I was going to leave this place almost in tears. The man who began to massage my feet looked like he was feeling extremely ill and was just dragged out of bed. He began by smacking my feet, then he went to do some type of circular motion for about ten minutes. Meanwhile I was watching my friend next to me receive the most wonderful foot massage by a lady. I gave the guy a break and asked him to do it a little harder thinking the man would get the point and try something different. I was wrong. After about twenty minutes I told him to stop so he told me lay face down so he could start on my back. Big mistake! He karate chopped my back and that when I had enough. I made him stop and went to the waiting chairs to wait for my friend. I refused to pay full price and he began to yell at me and that's about the time I walked away. Horrible service and customer service. Never coming here again. Id recommend you do the same. read more

Hello. Just came back from a massage with Charlie at this location. I went in for a 40 minute massage since I had to go work I cut my $20 dollar foot massage short. However, I will never return to this establishment. The massage was not only bad, didn't really feel like a foot massage more like a gentle rub. I thought it was bad but thought maybe it will get better but it didnt. My 40 mins was up and had to pay, he asked for tip I said add 4 dollars to my card please. He said No.. 5 only.. I said excuse me..He mention all his clients give him 10... I said well im giving you 4, he continued to say No. So he wanted a 50% tip on top of this not being a complete hour massage and was not a good one at that, and to add he's creepy. At the end, he continued to talk to in his language with the ladies and charged me 4 but by then i was upset and said no tip.. but wasnt going to argue any further.. I am just never going back to this establishment nor will I recommend anyone! read more

My boyfriend and I showed up on a Monday morning with no appointment. They were able to take us right away which was great. We chose to do a $30 massage that included oil, hot stones, and a private room. What a deal! I will say, you get what you pay for. The women working here clearly don't know how to massage and also do not know proper draping/massage techniques. They just rub a ton of oil all over your back and never truly get to the areas that need attention. It is hopeless to try and explain it to them because there is a language barrier. They left the room several times to warm up the hot stones and towels and the women also had my butt fully exposed at one point! I actually felt worse after leaving this place. The woman used knuckles and even straddled my back at one point. I may come back to try the other massage that is done on the chairs and you keep your clothes on. I think it might be something the "massage therapists" can handle. read more

These type of places are always a hit or miss. This was definitely a miss! I decided to do the combo massage that was 35$. The lady who was giving me my massage was obviously sick. Throughout my massage she was sniffling and sneezing. She even blew her nose twice without washing her hands! Gross right!! I couldn't even get comfortable during my service because I was so disgusted thinking about how this lady was touching me after she blew her nose. Nothing about this massage was relaxing. You could tell she was just rushing the entire service. It really just felt like someone was just rubbing lotion over my back. Super disappointed that I waisted 40 on this experience! I had just gotten done at the gym & have been needing a massage. This place was available to take clients at the time I had called to check, plus they were only 5 min away. I checked in to redeem the free hot stone addition to my massage (which felt good). The massage felt good, however the guy that did the massage did the same thing he may have done to another person on here with the underwear, I didn't appreciate it. Ladies- if you go here do not wear a thong. The room is private, however it is only a curtain that serves as a door. The place is clean, and you can set the lighting. It is fairly quiet, however towards the last half hour of my massage there was a machine I assume coming from next door making a banging sound, and I could hear another guy moaning down the hall. I would suggest upping the music volume in the building to drown out other client noise. I paid $35 for a 1 hour full body massage, but seriously I think the guy gave me an hour and a half. Sh could have been better especially for the legs and arms but the back one was good. The down part is they did not take the free hot stone massage offer from yelp for checking in. Total disappointment. Came here with my wife Sunday night hoping for a relaxing massage after a long week of madness. Called ahead to make sure it wasn't to late and they said it was ok. We both picked the $35 combo for 1 hour. The person who massaged my wife was not good at all. He answered the phone 3 time that I was able to hear in the next room. I was also able to hear others walking, running and talking up and down the hall. The lady I got was very loud. Don't know what she was doing but made all kinds of noise opening dropping stuff in a basket. Had a keychain with what sounded like 20keys she would drop on counter every time she would come in and out of the room. The massage itself was not much. It was more of rubbing lotion on my back in the same spot. Just when she started to massage she moved on to the next spot. Everything felt rushed. Nothing relaxing about it. So after reading everyone's reviews I decided to take a chance and try them out. Boy, some people were right on. I got a full body one hour massage. Looked at the clock after undressing and it was 5 min. after the hour. waited and waited and waited til she finally came in glanced at the digital clock and it was 9 min after the hour. In between waiting one of the ladies went to the rest room which was right across from my room. Yes she peed, flushed and waked out just like someone else posted. Finally got my massage going when the lady decides to walk out and talk to her co-worker in the next booth. I could here the lady giving the guy next to me as massage. anyway my Masseuse comes back and now she is talking to the lady loudly while giving me a massage. Then ten minutes later her phone goes off and it's a series of texts. She stops and I know she is looking at them. She continues to massage me but I can feel the pressure she is placing on me is weak. She is reading the text while massaging me. She finally got into it and things were going great. Good fingers and deep massage. I'm finally relaxed. Then she tells me she is done walks out and I look at the clock and its 5 minutes til the hour. Yup I got stroked but in the wrong way. I believe they clock you from the minute you walk into the place. The massage was great when she finally got into it. No privacy room cause I could hear the guy next to me grunting. you are divided by a curtain. Don't think I'll return. read more
