I received a 90 minute massage with hot stone on 3/24/2021. The prices are reasonable. They do require you to wear a mask during the whole time due to COVID. The masseuse also took precautions and wore a mask as well as gloves (the gloves were not bad at all and hardly even noticed a difference). Prior to my massage, I contacted them via Yelp and they were quick to respond, professional, and very personable. This was my second time going here and I will definitely be back and I am happy to have found a regular spot to go to because a lot of the other massage places in the are a hit or miss. Wow! Finally a legitimate and amazing foot reflexology shop in the Temecula area! Any time I'm nearby, I make an appointment. Having been to over 500+ reflexology massage places, this is a gem. I tried several others in the area and left disappointed. One of the great things I like about this place is the amount of different massages they offer. I usually go with the 1 Hour Foot Reflexology because this is the standard massage worldwide as it comes to massages. It's a good gauge on what the other massages may entail. I've tried some of the table massages too, which have been great. Best to call ahead and make an appointment. They always have room and even on short notice. The gentlemen who works the front speaks wonderful English and is very kind. Angel, the owner, is amazing as well. She really caters to your wants and needs and will pair you with the best masseuse. But they do not ask you to takeoff your clothes and nor are you supposed to takeoff your clothes this is a reflexology if you want a full body massage go somewhere else and keep your negative comments to your self. Every Sunday my boyfriend and I am make it a ritual to come here and get a massage. we always have a male or female or two females or whoever because every single massage therapist here is absolutely wonderful. We always call ahead of time to book an appointment yeah some days are booked and I cant except us. which is totally understandable. Because this place is the best and are always booked!! They do not make you pay upfront, they simply if you would like to pay up front. or you can pay after your services and when any of these massage therapist are done they definitely earn a good 15 to 20$ tip or however you see fit. yes they have different massages but we always get the $25 foot and we were at reflexology massage. Carrie , and every single worker here is definitely reputable and absolutely wonderful!! Can't say enough good things about this place but for the price the time and the experience at some of these massage therapist will give you I hate to see any of these bad reviews because it's truly just because of one bad experience of them make it always a bad experience we have always had a great experience!! My wife and I did a couples massage and I am so sore from this lady who thought she knew what she was doing, we paid $160 with the tip that was a demand tips aren't demanded their earned and I'm very disappointed ,she was so rough and so unprofessional coughed all over me grinding in my bones in my back and I am in so much pain I can barely even move my neck ,This is our 10 year anniversary thought we would have a nice couples day ,even my wife said the same thing I don't know where they went to school but they really hurt us I'm not one to complain but I would do your homework before I would go here and get another massage be where I am in so much pain from her drilling on my back so hard it hurts to breathe ,climbing on me coughing on me with no mask I am in more pain i think I have ever been in awhile be very aware of them AWFUL!!! read more

I booked this place for my fiancé & I 6 year anniversary, so I chose a couples massage. Definitely a great price - $120/1 hour. Over the phone Angel had mentioned hot stones at no extra charge & I said yes. Unfortunately, we weren't given the hot stones & our masseuse had left too quick, I didn't get the chance to ask until after we had gotten dressed & to the front desk. I mentioned it up front, but didn't really get a response & we weren't going to go back in just for that. From the moment we parked to the moment we got back in the car, it was the pinnacle of relaxation. The ambiance and facilities overall are lovely. The oil diffusers are subtle and pleasant, the smell of the oils calms the senses and relaxes the muscles. Immediately walked up and were helped to our room and the massage with a friendly smile. We did a couples massage for $89 with the hot stones and it was very relaxing from start to finish, but it really hit another gear when the hot stones came out about half way through and put it over the top. The extra blanket to keep the heat of hot stones insulated is a much appreciated addition that makes all the difference. The staff was exceptionally courteous and consciously made sure they were not applying too much pressure. This massage cannot be beat at this price point!! Wow! My husband and I wanted to do a couples massage for our anniversary and we found this location through yelp! WE WERE NOT disappointed! We made an appointment ahead of time and when we got there, we were put right into a room. The staff was so friendly and professional and they really gave us an amazing experience. This was my first massage and I had a lot of apprehensions going into the massage, but I can confidently say that they convinced me that massages are something I should be getting in the future! I'll start by saying the massages themselves were 10/10, easily 5 stars!!!! Best massage both myself and my husband have ever had. And we've had quite a few. Our only complaint is that the walls are VERY thin, so you can hear people talking/laughing/coughing/etc in the surrounding rooms. I have come to Relax Zone three times in the last three months for a deep tissue massage and they have all been very pleasant experiences. The place itself it really clean and the rooms themselves are clean, dimly lit, have relaxing spa music playing , very comfortable setting. They are always able to get me in same day if needed and they make sure to ask if there are any specific problem areas. The massage has always been amazing- never disappointed, and reasonably priced.
