I was drawn in by the BEAUTIFUL photos of the talented nail art and the even better prices, so I decided before vacation I should try and support a local nail artist! I tried to contact the business every way I could. 2 different cell numbers: 1 just rings and goes to voicemail (several days in a row) and the second one rings and goes to silence. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The nail technician was very pushy about what she thought would look best on me instead of listening to what I requested. I normally get a short-to-medium coffin shape because of my job, but she repeatedly insisted that a coffin shape couldn't be done at that length. I've had that shape and length many times before, so this was confusing. I also asked for an ombré design, but the final result looked completely different from what I requested. In hindsight, I should have spoken up, but I was on my way to a wedding and didn't have time to have them redone. The most concerning part was that I developed an infection on my right middle finger afterward. That was extremely disappointing and raises concerns about sanitation practices. Also my nails broke within a few days... Based on my experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon.

I usually get a gel manicure and pedicure with them and they always meet the mark! The vibes are very calm as well, good r&b or pop music is often playing, and I realize I'm not really hit with those toxic nail polish fumes when I'm in there as they usually keep the A/C running or have a good airflow in their place. Overall, I come here when I know I need my nails done by people who care. Also, I love that Sophie is easy to reach when it comes to making an appointment. She is so responsive & sweet!
