I want to start off by saying I did not even receive a service. I noticed this place was new and wanted to give it a try, so I used the Yelp message feature and asked if they had availability for a pedicure & gave them the time they said yes. I got there about 10 minutes early as soon as I walked in I was asked if I had an appointment. I said yes and let them know I had messaged with someone from the salon on Yelp. They told me to take a seat so I did. A few minutes later they said they were ready for me and sat me down got the water started. There was two other people getting pedicures and a 3rd getting a manicure. So really not busy. After I have my feet in water no one says a word to me. I'm looking over and I see none of the workers are even close to done with the other people. After 15 minutes just having my feet soaking in water, I tell the worker near me that I will be leaving because I set an appointment for a certain time and wanted it to be honored or at least explained that they could have pushed it til later. She told me to give her 5 minutes, I look over the person she is working on she does not even have polish on yet ( the five minutes are just a stall for them) I let her know I wouldn't want her rushing on someone else. I asked for a towel as they were still trying to tell me we are short staffed today and any other excuse. They finally hand me a towel and I get to leave after getting nothing done & having me wait. read more

My daughter and I were able to make a last minute appointment at this new nail salon. I had a mani/pedi and my daughter had a mani. Vanessa did my daughter's nails and she really loved the way they turned out. I had Amy for my pedi and Jenny for my manicure. Both turned out great. It was my first time getting an ombré color and Jenny suggested a change in one of the colors. She made a great suggestion because the nails turned out so pretty. I give 4 1/2 stars even though I can only give 4. The 1/2 off is because their credit card machine wasn't working and I had to use my credit card with Venmo which charges me 3% to use a credit card. They are a new salon so I'll give them time to fix that little issue. Otherwise the quality of their work is great and and salon itself is clean! read more

Superior service finally after living in this area for almost 10 years. I'll be back. I've tried other nail salons in Pittsburg and Antioch but overcharge for poor quality and service. So I decided to go to Vallejo and Fairfield for over 3 years to receive these services but stopped because of the overbooking and crowds. This place is not relaxing at all. I probably had the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon and had anxiety the entire time. I went in to get a gel x full set (and removal of an old manicure). The nail tech proceeded to remove the old nails by ripping them off my nail with one of the acrylic extensions. I asked him if he could soak them off instead and he used a nipper to try to pry them off my nail which resulted in him cutting my pinky finger and splitting the nail on top. I was already bleeding and then he decided to soak the nail with acetone. Why?? It was painful and a horrible experience. I told him to just please finish the removal he already started so I could leave because I no longer wanted them done. The tech was definitely rough, impatient, saw that his technique was not working and was making me anxious but he just kept going with it. Instead of asking anyone else to help him he made the situation worse and worse. I had to leave and find a different place to fix my torn up nails. I will not be returning. read more

This review is a bit delayed. I visited this salon on June 17th for the first time. I made an appointment for a regular manicure and the deluxe pedicure. It had been over 20 years since my last mani-pedi. The salon was very welcoming and serene upon my arrival. The manicurists were friendly and made this experience great for me. I will be going back! I'm finishing up my pedicure now but I gotta say I've really enjoyed it. Amy was wonderful and took very good care of me. I love how they didn't push more services on you. They called the lady that did my daughter's pedicure auntie and my daughter loved her toes at the end. I'm always hesitant to try new shops but I'm glad I tried them out for my daughter's graduation. This place is a joke. I came in at 930 and asked if they had time for a gel pedicure and regular manicure (no color just manicure) and the woman nearest to the entrance looked at the appointment book and asked if I wanted to come back at 11 and had me write my name and phone number in the book and would give me a call if she finished earlier. I came back at 11am and was told to pick any chair I like so I choice one towards the end. 20 minutes later one of the women begins to fill the soaking tub and immediately stops because the woman who booked the appointment instructed her to take a customer who had just walked in. 45 minutes later the women who took my appointment fills the soaking tub with burning hot water, says "I'll be right back" and walks away for another 10 minutes. I can't even soak my feet because it's so hot. She comes back and begins to work on me and asks if the water is too hot and adds very little cold water. She asks me if I know what color I want and I tell her no (there were no samples for me to look at near the chair or given to me while I waited) finally she hands me to "books" and with very few colors. I ask if these are my only choices and she says yes. (This wasn't true because I saw other customers looking at other samples) I pick a color from the books she offered and finish my service. The woman does not apologize for the wait or try to talk to me or make the experience any better. This is the first time I have ever left a nail salon without leaving tip or feeling good after receiving a service. read more

Amy's work is great. But I called in advance around 3 pm for an appointment time, was told to come at 4:15. I came around 4:11 pm and was told that she was running 50 minutes behind. What is the point of making me wait for an appointment time if you'll just take a walk in and disregard my appointment when I walk in? The girl in the front asked me if I can come another day. As a mom of 2 toddlers, no. I don't have the luxury to come a different day when I made an appointment for a specific day/time. They need to fix this! Otherwise it is a fine establishment and they do great work! Either only take appointments or maybe learn to honor an appointment time when you know someone is coming soon so it'd be best to not take on walk in clients. read more

New to the area and had been looking for a new nail place. The nail salon is fairly new. The salon is about 2.5 months old. I liked that they were able to fit me in an hour before closing. Everything is new chairs are comfy. Quality of nail polish is great. I went with gel for a pedicure and I got regular nail polish for my manicure. I did come an hour before closing so when we got to my manicure it did get a little rush and it took away from the quality of the coats. The second coat isn't blended into the first and you could tell. If given more time I believe I would've gotten better results but it was probably a long day for the nail techs and they just wanted to get home to their families. I will be going again as it is in my area. read more
