    Banged up washer #1 with a door that won't close

    Do not use this place for your appliance needs. I tried to purchase a replacement washer and dryer from them and experienced the following: 1) a used, out of box delivery that looked like it was put through a wood chipper (delivery rejected) 2) a new, out of box delivery that looked like it had been hit with a sledgehammer (delivery rejected) 3) one delivery appointment missed 4) a new, 2 in 1 washer/dryer delivery that was delivered, but had damage to the water entry point threads (delivered, but needed to return AFTER IT FLOODED WATER INTO MY LAUNDRY ROOM) 5) after negotiating with a very kind, helpful sales associate named Spencer, the district manager (Jeff Bock) reneged on the deal I had made and basically told me to go f*#% myself. I've lived in Denver for 31 years and live down the street from this place. I will never use them again and suggest you don't either.

    Buyer beware! I paid for a new washer and dryer on September 6th...was to get delivery on the 13th...nothing. Was to get delivery on the 20th...nothing. Was then told the set I was sold was no longer available. They then said I would get a GE Profile set for the same pricing since I had been through such hassle. Delivery scheduled for the 27th..and guess what...nothing. This time I lost my mind...was told they would make a special delivery for me on the 29th...today. Guys showed and I saw a chip in the paint on the dryer, took a picture. They installed the washer and dryer so when they were done I went to look and they were not even matching washer and dryer!!!! Now I really lost it. THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH, I WAS TOLD IF I WANTED A MATCHING DRYER I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $450!!!

The location is on the east side of Colorado Blvd, just north of a Hampton Suites Hotel. It somewhat shares a parking lot with Whole Foods. The parking lot is really large though. A lot has changed in Denver, and saying so respectfully, not for the better. I would visit frequently the first two years I moved to Denver. However, I don't like being approached by random strangers. I will try to be politically correct as I call them the squeegee people. I wish the management would handle this. It is private property and frankly disrupting customers is bad business. It gives a bad impression to customers. For a while in 2022 and 2023, the parking lot was messy. I think it has improved some this year. I will watch the next time I am in the area or stop by, to confirm. Most of the time I either order online or pay someone I trust to run the errands. This year has been quite busy in my life. Now, to the pricing. It is mostly reasonable. I would watch their return policy though. Not everything can be returned and you should always have your receipt to return an item. Some things can be returned within 90 days, some things with less time frame. Again, check the receipt regarding the return policy. I would suggest confirming what is in stock with a phone call too. From my experience, though the website states something is in stock, it may not be. Calling before making the trip will make things smoother for you. My latest reason for shopping here has been to purchase Husky red bins for organizing. I like that they have different sizes and they are very sturdy. They also have snapping lids. The parking lot is big and most of the employees are helpful when asked. I would give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars, but not sure we can give a half star.

    This review addresses the system for delivery and service…read moreThe system requires THE CUSTOMER to provide a day and date for scheduling service. As has happened not once but multiple times, I have scheduled my work, sitters, etc. around the provided date and time that works for me. I WORK!!! The night before, I receive and e-mail changing the delivery time. When I spend multiple times calling to change back to the original time, I am told basically "too bad" if you're not there. You will need to re-schedule. This system is causing very much aggravation to my life and work. It just happened again today. I now have to wait again with no guarantees or time as to when or even if the service people will show up. I am re-scheduled for Monday and told that Sunday night I will get an e-mail with a window. That certainly does not help my work schedule. I am losing $ by the minute thanks to Home Depot service system and their "we don't care about the customer" attitude. (it all depends on the driver's route). I doubt I will ever purchase an appliance from HD again.
