Cannot say enough nice about these guys.... I took off on a road trip saw scratches all over my new windshield so I called and let them know. They made an appointment for me for when I got back, took my van in, cleaned the windshield really well, on both sides where I only cleaned the outside lol, and teased me just a little bit for being silly. It was pretty funny actually. I am so grateful they accommodated my silly self and I will definitely be back because I know they will go the extra mile to make people happy. Getting my windshield replaced here was a real pleasure. It had a spontaneous creeping crack I had ignored for a few months. Then the quarantine hit. Safer to get it done in grass Valley I decided. Not only were they completely knowledgeable about insurance, which I never even Considered, and it ended up being completely covered. I had a rock hit my windshield near the edge causing a significant crack. AAA gave me a few choices and I chose Reliable auto glass. They were able to schedule the appointment the next day and even came to my office to complete the work! I just wanted to share that we had an excellent service experience with reliable auto glass. They replaced a rear window on my SUV that was broken out by a weed-eater in less than one hour. Such a pleasant group of professionals. Took my Mini Cooper to the shop in Auburn for a look, rubber seal was coming out and flapping around. They couldn't fix the seal alone in good conscience so I decided to have the whole thing replaced. I have had Reliable fix chips in my windshield many times and even do a replacement windshield. Very professional and cost competitive. Recently I broke my driver's side rear view mirror. Searched on internet for replacement. Then called Reliable. The were able to get one the next day for only a little over what I could find it for on the internet. Then he offered to install it for me, no extra charge. Great service and attention to detail and making sure the customer is happy. These guys were great. Curtious and efficient. Came to my house and did a great job fixing my windshield; they even told me the last guys who replaced my glass did an unsafe job, and if I had God forbid been in an accident, my glass would have broken! So it's a good thing I cracked my glass and had these guys come out and do it properly. They even used some epoxy to re-glue the fabric hanging down from my car ceiling. Best of all, they were able to take my deductable down from $200 to $150 and saved me some money. I highly recommend these guys. read more
