    This is the car they use as click bait to get you in the door, what a waist of time. I'll be reporting them to the BBB in the morning

    I called this morning on a car I found on the internet. While test driving today the salesman gets a call and says "I'm with the car now, we'll see who offers more" we get back and Mary( our salesperson) informs us the car has been bought. My wife overheard them pressure selling these poor people who didn't even have a $500 down payment into the sale. They were at to pay window price, not internet price. Then they told us they had out 12k down on an 11.7k car( obviously a lie) and that we would not be able to buy. I'm 50 and in all my time have never seen such a dishonest car dealer in all my life. I would steer clear of this place unless you want to be manipulated and lied too. I wish I had more characters to write the entire story, these folks are the lowest of the low.

    I will tell you this a amazing place to buy a car don't listen to the lies people say here Dave and he manager works with you he is amazing and the sales man Humberto is very amazing as well and the service department is top tier I got my dart here told them I can't drive stick no more they got me in a Camaro and it's amazing please go here and buy a car you will smile and be happy beleave me a NYC guy don't play games or lies take it from a real NYC Brooklyn

    We came to Las Vegas for the holidays. Just prior to us leaving Northern California we found out the rear end of our truck was going out. Just out of curiosity I started looking at trucks online. Came across a 2008 Ford F-250, I called and spoke with Gustavo. He was very informative and didn't use any "strong arm sales tactics." Went in ti Reliable later that afternoon and found Gustavo busy with another customer. He introduced us to a gentleman named Harry who proceeded to us the truck we inquired about earlier with Gustavo. Long story short, Harry and Reliable agreed to our offer and drive off with the truck. If ever in Las Vegas and need a used car or truck, I would highly recommend Reliable. The sales staff along with the support staff were all kind, polite and courteous.     Terrible customer service. Go to Newport Auto Sales right next door. We recieved top dollar and friendly service at their competitor.

I took the Jeep to the DriveTime-authorized SilverRock repair facility during the first 30 days. Unfortunately, the brakes were not repaired completely or correctly. During that service visit, the mechanic also reported: * Noticeable rust underneath the vehicle * The need for all fluids to be flushed * Concerns regarding overall drivability Now, as a fairly new purchase, the vehicle continues to drive improperly and most recently the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAS COME ON. When I attempted to get assistance beyond the warranty process, I was repeatedly told only to take the car back to the same repair shop, with no direct involvement from DriveTime as the dealer. For a vehicle financed directly through DriveTime, I expected a safe and reliable car. Instead, new mechanical issues keep appearing right after purchase. This has been a very concerning experience so far.

After purchasing my 2019 Cadillac CTS, my initial experience with sales was excellent. However, my experience since bringing the vehicle in for service has been extremely frustrating due to poor communication and delays. I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled service appointment on May 23 and waited about 45 minutes before being helped. I also requested a loaner vehicle but was initially denied and told I would receive a call back from management, which I never received. Over the following week, I made multiple attempts to get updates with little to no response. Eventually, I was informed my vehicle had been transferred to another service location, where it still had not been fully diagnosed days later. Throughout this process, communication has been inconsistent, and I have been without my vehicle for over a week with no clear timeline for repair or resolution. In addition, I have not received important paperwork needed to register my vehicle, despite multiple follow-ups, and I am still waiting on resolution regarding financing details provided at the time of purchase. Overall, the lack of communication, delays in service, and lack of accountability have made this a very frustrating experience. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers do not go through the same situation.

The car is a 2014 Toyota Scion xB, and it seemed fine during the test drive. However, on March 28, I noticed that whenever I stopped at a stop sign, the engine made a strange noise. Something didn't feel right. I texted the salesperson, Melanie, but received no response. I then went to the shop and explained the issue. They test-drove the car, and I also mentioned that I had already filled the gas tank twice within a week. They told me to bring the car back the next day. I brought the vehicle in early the following morning. They said a mechanic would fix it, and later they called to say the car was ready. This was on March 29, 2026. However, it was a late call, and I didn't have enough time to pick it up. After two days, the check engine light came on. I texted Henry, and he told me to bring the vehicle back. On March 31, 2026, I dropped it off again. They said they would fix it, but after leaving it there all day, nothing was repaired. Instead, they told me to come back early on April 3. I returned again, having to use Uber, which was very frustrating. It's disappointing to buy a vehicle with engine problems, especially since this dealership was recommended by my cousin. I trusted them, but they have not been helpful at all. I have a 5-year-old child who needs to get to school, and I also need a reliable vehicle for work. I'm worried about my safety--what if the engine fails completely? The check engine light is still on, and it feels like they don't care. I plan to report this to the DMV because of their lack of action and concern for customer safety. I strongly advise others not to buy a vehicle from this place. If you do, make sure to bring an expert mechanic to inspect the engine. They don't even provide a proper service history of the vehicle. I hope they learn to treat customers better, but based on my experience, they do not care. Once you purchase a vehicle, they only seem interested in getting good ratings.
