My experience with Queen Motorcars:…read more I had my car in the shop for repair because it was involved in a hit-and-run. I thought it would be better to buy an old used car instead of renting a car. I didn't think I could afford the $ 500-a-week rental fee. I went to Queen Motorcars, and a Mercedes-Benz was listed for $3,995. I ended up putting a 3k required down payment with a 5K loan at 12% interest for 3 years. I paid it off in 8 months. They also included a $ 1,900.00 Sonsio transferable contract on the invoice that they said I HAD to pay for. They had assured me that I could transfer that contract. If I sold the car, I was walking out of the place until they said that. I test drove the car in daylight, and besides the "as is" trap, I am not a car guru to know how a bad car drives. They told me about the hood latch and the wheel inflation sensor. After I went home and looked over my paperwork, they had also included $1,300 that was nowhere stated in the documents as what it was. I went back to ask about the discrepancy amount, and they told me it was a dealer's fee. After two weeks, an engine light they had turned off came on, and I ended up paying over 5K in repairs, such as an exhaust manifold and oil leak issues. However, those issues are understandable in "as is" vehicles. However, the low-beam headlights are not. I did not drive the car at night, and the two times I did it were on high beams. I did not know it was on high beam. I took the car to PB, and they informed me that the car was in a car accident and that they had put the wrong headlight in the car, which fried the fuse circuit board for the low-beam headlights. Queens Auto Sales did not tell me about the car accident or the light issue, which is illegal to sell a car without working lights. They are guilty of predatory lending. How did I get approved for that loan when I already had a car loan, several credit cards, and a mortgage? They must have lied to the finance company about my income. I went back to try and see if they would buy back the car from me for at least 4k. The market value for this car is 8k. They said they would give me 500.00 for it! I should not have done all the repairs, but I did not want to ruin my car-buying credit by voluntarily surrendering it. If anyone knows an attorney who can help me with this, I would appreciate it.

The car is a 2014 Toyota Scion xB, and it seemed fine during the test drive. However, on March 28, I noticed that whenever I stopped at a stop sign, the engine made a strange noise. Something didn't feel right. I texted the salesperson, Melanie, but received no response. I then went to the shop and explained the issue. They test-drove the car, and I also mentioned that I had already filled the gas tank twice within a week. They told me to bring the car back the next day. I brought the vehicle in early the following morning. They said a mechanic would fix it, and later they called to say the car was ready. This was on March 29, 2026. However, it was a late call, and I didn't have enough time to pick it up. After two days, the check engine light came on. I texted Henry, and he told me to bring the vehicle back. On March 31, 2026, I dropped it off again. They said they would fix it, but after leaving it there all day, nothing was repaired. Instead, they told me to come back early on April 3. I returned again, having to use Uber, which was very frustrating. It's disappointing to buy a vehicle with engine problems, especially since this dealership was recommended by my cousin. I trusted them, but they have not been helpful at all. I have a 5-year-old child who needs to get to school, and I also need a reliable vehicle for work. I'm worried about my safety--what if the engine fails completely? The check engine light is still on, and it feels like they don't care. I plan to report this to the DMV because of their lack of action and concern for customer safety. I strongly advise others not to buy a vehicle from this place. If you do, make sure to bring an expert mechanic to inspect the engine. They don't even provide a proper service history of the vehicle. I hope they learn to treat customers better, but based on my experience, they do not care. Once you purchase a vehicle, they only seem interested in getting good ratings. I have since deleted the positive review I left for my salesperson, Melanie, because they did not help me at all.

RUN! Had the worst experience ever. My daughter bought a…read morecar from this business. It was the day after of purchasing a vechile from them that the check engine light had come on and since that day it was a series of issues, car was over heating, kept reading missfire with the sparkplug and at one point wouldn't go past 45mph, which at that time, my daughter had her babies in the car with her and the car had to be towed from the fteewy.. I'm glad it was under warranty because the whole head gasket needed to be changed. One time, when we took the car in for repairs, after it got fixed, ny daughter was called to pick up the car. When she got it the mechanics had purposely used the car to go and get food and left their garbage in it. It was a tit for tat issue with them as well. They refused to provide what was needed unless we went in to sign paper work that they had overlook and or didn't read properly. Thankful the only plus side was that a warranty was offered for 3 months from purchase which they were then required to fix the car. But it seemed like the car was back with them in the 1st month and a half then it was drivable. Would never never never recommend this place to anyone!! Worst experience ever
