Call ahead in case they are busy. Otherwise, they will tell you to drop off first thing in the morning and pick up by 12noon. Great idea. Don't mind if I do. This is a no frills business. No waiting area. No tv. No popcorn. You get the idea. But they DO an excellent job on vehicle repairs, oil changes. They do the work honestly and at a reasonable price. Every time. The "diagnosis" amounted to briefly checking and SMELLING the gas cap, yet we were charged $150 for that alone. Afterward, we were told we owed an additional $75 that had not been clearly discussed upfront. When we questioned the extra charge, we were told the balance could be sent to collections, which felt unnecessarily aggressive given the situation. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency around pricing and what services were actually being performed. If you do choose to work with them, I highly recommend getting a detailed quote in writing before agreeing to anything. Overall, this was a frustrating experience that left us feeling taken advantage of during an already stressful time. So disappointing. My car ran before I took it here now it can't even drive and they only made it unsafe for the road. They installed a radiator and broke the fan. Disconnected the PCV valve which caused the car not to be able to even run. Make claims about other shops being really bad and dishonest. Update: We got the car back with scratches on the driver door and back end and missing a bolt from the air box. I REPEAT NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!

I have been a loyal customer for 8 years, i had a family member who was a mechanic for years and just recently moved away, and he would always use Cassidy and always recommend the place for me for tire issues. I got a new car about a year ago so it had been some time since I've been to the shop. i took it in last week for a simple tire rotation and balance something that would have costed me just under $100 has turned into a literally nightmare and costing me hundreds. Cassidy tires stripped my lugnut and claimed to me that the car came in that way, well that doesn't make any sense considering we were able to take the tire off by hand the night before and now the next day it's stripped and can't come off? Weird. Took it to another shop which confirmed with us that it seems like Cassidy put the impact gun on too aggressively and it stripped the lugnut... now i wouldn't have an issue if Cassidy would take responsibility for the issue but they refuse to, they want to charge us $175 an hour to fix a lugnut that they messed up... i am really not one to bash a place or leave a negative review but Cassidy tire has made my entire week and last week a living hell considering i had to get a rental car now because im in an out of town wedding this weekend. my car will need well over a hundreds of dollars in repairs to fix Cassidy's mistake, when they easily could have let me know they stripped it and taken responsibility. If you take your car here, enter at your own risk and just know that if they make a mistake they will not fix it. I also wanted to say that this shop is under new management and it's no good. I know for a fact if it was the same old store manager that I've always dealt he would have made it right and fixed the mistake that day. I'm extremely frustrated, upset and stressed from this large financial burden all caused from Cassidy tire.
