More like unreliable Heating and Air. This company is a joke. My apartment complex contracted Reliable AC and my new unit installed in April has failed 3 times so far. Condensation keeps building and will trigger what is known as a float switch and shut off the entire unit. 4 different technicians came by to try and fix it. The last one came Thursday 7/9/2026 and it failed this Saturday! One technician just said I don't have the tools to fix this and left. Whatever you do don't hire these people for any service. Reached out through Yelp and they responded immediately. I set up an appt for that day. My mom is elderly and her thermostat was reading an error and not working. I thought about switching it out myself and thank god I didn't. There was wiring issues that caused the whole unit to go out. He was able to complete some of it that night but had to come back the next morning which he did even after being paid for the job ahead of time due to me being at work. Their pricing was definitely a good value for all they did and Antonio was super professional and also a real nice guy! I will definitely be using them to service my A/C unit annually in my own residence as well as my mom's house. I would definitely recommend them. I hired Reliable to install a number of components to our system (whole house humidifier, UV sanitation, and air filtration). Wally (Oswaldo) did a great job. He was professional, and courteous. The Builder used Reliable to install the HVAC, so when we called in on a couple of warranty issues, they were prompt, and resolved the issues to our satisfaction (Chris on the first, and Antonio and Juan on the second). They may not be the least expensive, but I think they provide a service commensurate with their pricing. We also have a maintenance plan with them and I trust they will provide the same professional service in the future we've come to expect. read more

We hired Reliable because our HVAC unit stopped working and was in need of replacement. They were recommended by our subdivision neighbors that used them as well. They also had had competitive pricing that was lower then some of our other quotes.We had some issues arise with install but Antonio at Reliable has worked with us constantly to make sure all issues were resolved. Antonio and Deigo have really put in a lot of time and effort to make sure all of our concerns and expectations were met. I put in a quote request and received a response the same day to set up a consultation. It was very easy to schedule online and we received ongoing responses. I loved getting texts that showed who are technician was and that he was on his way. Antonio was great. He did a very thorough look upstairs and gave us different options. We needed our HVAC system replaced and while they were not the cheapest quote, all the additions were worth the price. The subcontractors were quick and respectful of our property. Antonio came back a week later to answer some questions and he double checked the work. The returns were not expanded per the contract but they are working to correct that quickly. We have the maintenance contract and I look forward to working with them in the future! read more

Between being up on the roof and working for hours to doing the installation in my unit, these guys were never anything, but professional, friendly and kind.
