    Tried to order boxes. Called on a Thursday and spoke to Terry who was very polite. He did not…read morehave the boxes at his location, but could get them from across town and I would have them by 11 am the next morning. The next day no boxes yet at 1 pm, called to follow-up and see if there was an address issue or whatnot. Spoke to Martin who was snarky. Did not know why Terry would give an ETA, his driver was out on the road and did not have a GPS so he didn't know where he was (I dunno, can't call him on his cell?) and I should have them within the hour. He also shared some personal information about Terry, which was not at all necessary. Needless to say, the boxes never arrived and we received no call. So, we called Terry on Monday morning and he stated that the boxes are on backorder and will be at least a week. Canceled order and will not be calling again.

I've been nothing but pleased with their dependable service. In fact everything has been working so well I really thought I was a valued customer. This should be a 5-star review... Now the bad news. Twice now I've received rude and unprofessional service from the person who answers the phone at Denver Boxes. It was the same person both times. The first time I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe he was having a bad day. However today his attitude was so rude I've decided I can no longer do business with this company. "Customer service" seems to be a foreign word with this individual. Additionally he seems to be the only person that answers the phone and he fiercely controls access to anyone else. My requests to speak with any other person were flat-out denied. I have met the owner of this company and he seemed like a nice and professional person. I hope he knows his floor manager is reactive, short-tempered and actively encouraging customers to do business with other companies. Apparently I'm not a valued customer after all. In summary if you are ok placing orders via email, fax, or voicemail, with little to no contact with a human being, then Denver Boxes should work just fine. However you may want a backup box company ready - just in case you are treated so unprofessionally you have to cut all ties with Denver Boxes.

    I cannot say enough good things about The Other Side Movers. I had never hired movers before and…read moredidn't know what to expect- in addition to this being an incredible program, the team that I worked with was communicative, efficient and gentle with my items. I moved within Denver, and they met at my first location, moved the boxes to the truck quickly- I mean SPRINTING when they weren't carrying my items. They got to the new location and the team split in such a way that two guys were running up to unload items as one guy in the truck was putting items on carts/ handing them down so items were always moving and there was no moment that they weren't keeping everything flowing. In addition to all of these, the cost was within my budget and I cannot say enough how great this team was. Nate, Anthony and Tyler, you guys are AWESOME and (though I hope I don't move any time soon) you can bet that I'll be using The Other Side Moving again for my next move! (My friends are probably annoyed because I won't stop telling everyone I know about this company and that they need to use them for every move they can...)

We just used this organization for the 2nd time, moving across the city. They handled all of our furniture and boxes with care and were fast! Like I mean, running back and forth from the truck inside. Apart from the great work, the mission of this organization is so amazing. The leader of our move spent some time telling us about how TOS has changed his life. He's 21, so articulate, truly turning his life around, he's going to go so far.     They will not honor their quoted prices…read more I was given a quote for my unit of $99/month. Less than 2 months after I began renting I was informed that the price would be raised to $138/month, an increase of 40%. I asked them what could've possibly changed in 6.5 weeks to justify an increase of 40% and they couldn't said that every now a d then they perform a "unit audit" and determined that this is just the price now. Makes me think that $99/month was just a teaser rate to win my business before they jack the price to what they actually want to charge, because how on earth could a $99 rate be fair 2 months ago, but suddenly be so out-of-line that they need a 40% increase. I asked for it to be lowered cause it was in bad taste to refuse to honor their quote in such a short time period. They refused. I left a review here to inform others and suddenly they realized that maybe they shouldn't jack their prices by that much so quickly and returned my rate to $99/month. They asked me to "help them out with some reviews left online." Since they returned my rate I agreed and deleted the review. It's now 5 weeks later and they have once again jacked my rate, this time by a smaller amount, only to $109 (10% increase). A 10% increase is still pretty unreasonable seeing as it's only been just over 3 months since I first became a customer. Given the context they gave me with the "unit audit" to justify their rate increase, the fact that this increase is significantly lower tells me that this time around it wasn't some BS methodology, but a conscious decision to push the price the price closer to what they really want but in a manner someone will grudgingly allow. In other words, their methodology for determining the rate increase isn't actually from a unit audit, but rather is just "whatever this customer will let slide." Poor business practices. Honor your quoted prices. If you want to charge more, quote more. And if you need to increase the rate, think about how reasonable the increase is given the amount of time that has passed.

    This place has security cameras everywhere but they are not recording anything…read more My storage unit was recently broken into and even though the camera points directly to the unit there was mi surveillance video or any recording of any action that had taken place. I lost over $15k worth of tools and the insurance coverage is garbage when it comes to filing a claim Until the new management takes care of updating their security system I would not recommend this place to store any valuables

During the call I asked if it would be possible to do a morning move and he said he would see about accommodating it. Yesterday, I got the phone call confirming my move but they had both addresses (the to and from) incorrect, and then I was told my move was scheduled at 1pm. I asked the man if that was the absolute earliest and he said 10am. I said amazing, let's do the 10am. As we were ending the phone call he said, "great, we'll see you sometime on Saturday" and hung up. Today I called and asked to confirm my move was scheduled for 10am tomorrow and he said no, they're looking at 5, 6, or 7pm for a move time for me. Not only was this time not acceptable, but he was rude over the phone about it. I cancelled my move with them and have rescheduled with Cowboy Moving Denver and they are able to do my move between 8:30am and 9:00am. Not only was this last minute for them, but they were so kind on the phone and helpful. DO NOT book with All My Sons. Unprofessional, rude, liars. 100% book with Cowboy Moving. Thanks (:
