We called and were a bit irritated we had to deal with a chat bot but it understood everything we said and made a same day appointment. We were very happy until 30 minutes before our appointment we got a call saying they had to cancel. Future calls a human answered so the bot is probably just a backup. Danny arrived the next day at 8:30 am. He was very pleasant to work with and was great at communicating the solution to our problems. First was our clogged bathtub. Our other plumber always had to go on the roof but Danny was able to snake the issue from the drain no problem. Cost to snake was honestly pretty shocking compared to my usual plumber and it would have been double from the roof. My usual place doesn't charge extra if they get on the roof. I did appreciate all pricing was up front and clearly explained. Next was my other bathroom's shower. The 63 year old valve has been failing more and more with cartridges being replaced in shorter intervals. Danny mentioned he can retrofit our two handle valve into a new single handle. In no way did he pressure us, just gave the choice due to my existing failing more often. It made sense so I agreed. It was a tedious all day job that he was probably regretting suggesting. He was at our house for 9 hours but got the job done. I am glad I replaced vs fixing the existing valve. It looks great and love the single handle. If we ever remodel we can replace the larger plate with a smaller one which was nice to know. Reason I am not giving 5 stars besides canceling our first appointment is the fit and finish. Our new expensive install was covered in dirty fingerprints. We had to scrub the newly installed handle and plate. The shower head pipe coming out of the wall is crooked now which it wasn't before and the caulking had gaps so I had to recaulk myself. Actually my wife recaulked it. I have zero real world skills. He didn't cover our bathroom in plastic before sawing the wall so every inch is covered in white powder. He tried cleaning up a bit with a shop vac but was ready to get home. I know it was late but for the amount of money I paid it should have been a cleaner job. In the end I am pleased with Graham plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services. Danny had a great personality and I would probably request him again.

Erik was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He also provided us with a quote for additional work, including digging and installing a new cleanout and repiping the kitchen and bathrooms. We really appreciated that he didn't pressure us for payment that day and instead focused on taking care of the immediate problem and helping us plan for the next steps. Erik also included repiping our AC drainage into the main drain and replacing a cracked laundry pipe. We truly appreciate his willingness to help us out. The only option we had was to dig up our side yard and re-reroute everything outside the house, a massive project that had us very apprehensive. Gabriel was fantastic in the planning process, laying out the timing, cuts into the wall and floor ahead of time so we knew what to expect. They stuck to that plan basically to the letter, even after they discovered a bad pipe for our water main, which they also fixed on top of the other work on schedule. The team was also stellar: Marco was here everyday, with help from Eddie, Juan, Leonard and Angelo to finish on time. They all are polite, great communicators and hard workers, and do their very best to clean up before they leave every day. There was no pressure to get it installed. He looked at our set up, provided an analysis of what he'd need to do for the install, and a very fair quote. My new pressure reducer install was completed about 2 hours later. Note, I received multiple quotes and they varied wildly. Robbie's quote was on the lower end of those I received and he didn't try to sell me a bunch of other things or pressure me to pick their company. Our plumbing bills typically run between $20k and $30k per year. we started using Rob and Austin in Nov 2025 with seriously mixed results, ranging from on-time and fair, to complete failure to return calls and/or show up. most recently they charged us $425 to replace a new valve and a couple 3/4" nipples that feed a water heater. when asked why it was my fault that they did not have a standard 3/4" brass ball value on the truck, rather than a constructive dialog the conversation decivilized, ending with him accusing our on-site contractor of 20 year of lying. truly unbelievable. nobody needs that in their life. there are simply too many options to put up with folks that have a chip on their shoulder, and everything is somebody else's fault... nothing to see here. move on.

I called All City Plumbing, Air and Electrical because I had diagnosed that my furnace's blower…read moremotor and capacitor needed to be replaced. Jonathan came out and confirmed that that was indeed true. Everything seemed to be going well. Jonathan was very friendly and polite. When it came time for the estimate, he told me it was going to be just under $3,000. That seemed like quite a lot to me for just changing out a blower motor and a capacitor. He also told me that my Rheem furnace couldn't take just any old blower motor and he had to order one special. He said that his company doesn't deal with Rheem because their parts are hard to get. I reluctantly agreed to the repair, which he said would probably take place the next day. Later, he called and said the part wasn't going to arrive for a whole week. This was during one of the hottest weeks of the year in Southern California and I certainly didn't want to be without air conditioning, which runs through my furnace and needs the blower motor. I asked him what my other options were. He told me the only other option I had was to get a whole new system. He explained that he could install the system in only 2 days time or I could wait a whole week and have him repair the blower motor. He also mentioned a 10 year warranty with 1 or 2 years of service from his company. I asked him about the brand and quality of the Furnace that he intended on selling me, which was going to be almost $8,000. He told me it was better than my current system brand and I asked to get it in writing so I could do some research. After not receiving anything in writing I called his company and requested the same thing from them. Shortly after the conversation with his company I received an email specifying the make and model of the new furnace. I researched online and discovered a few interesting things. Number one, Jonathan had lied to me about Rheem parts. I found out from my online research that Reem takes Universal parts and I would not have had to wait until the next week to receive a blower motor that would fit. I also discovered that blower motors and capacitors cost nowhere near $3,000 to install. And finally, the brand of the new furnace that was recommended by Jonathan was nowhere near the quality of the Rheem furnace that I already owned. I canceled the job immediately with the company and again with Jonathan when he called me to find out what was going on. I am still waiting for my refund on the deposit! My contractor friend and I went to an HVAC store and purchased a universal blower motor and capacitor for $180... and installed it ourselves in a couple hours. The system is working perfectly. I don't recommend this business at all. I'm completely confused on why they have such a good rating on Yelp, which is why I picked them to begin with. This was a clear case of trying to take advantage of an old lady in a wealthy neighborhood. Shame on them!! Update: I received a full refund of my deposit and the service fee was completely waived. I got a nice apology from the owner and a manager.

My dishwasher wasn't getting water--a dishwasher appliance guy and two water softener installers told me I had major issues under my kitchen sink and likely needed valves replaced and angle stops put in. Turns out, Bryan just gently yanked the cold water knob, discovered the dishwasher's water supply had simply been turned off, and fixed it instantly. Then I asked him to look at a slow bathtub leak I've had for years that other plumbers didn't want to touch. He changed out the valve stems one at a time to make sure we weren't replacing anything that wasn't broken and, voila, problem fixed. This guy is timely, efficient, skilled, and honest.
