I had a steel frame build to house stained glass. Contacted RPC for powder on it. However, I called a few times to ask questions, the girl would say, "you need to talk to Kim. I'll have her call you when she gets in." Days later and still no call from Kim. I sent an email requesting the color choices so I can send it to my client. It took 2 days of me calling to get the pdfs. Then I take the frame down and no one mentions that when this is powdered the welding spots will show due to the piece not being sandblasted. This I found out from talking with another powder company the day after I got it home. In addition, I have them the exact dimensions over the phone. They gave a quote. When I get the frame down there the price goes up 50%. I will never use this company again. It's worth a little bit more in cost to not have to chase people for customer service and to be given good information so the piece looks nice for my client. read more

Very easy and straight forward service. First time trying them. I noticed the reviews on yelp so I gave it a shot. I was not disappointed. My wife went in to get a quote first and explained what we wanted. The nice lady in the front gave her the run down of what each item would cost (e.g. Plasti-dip removal, tire dismounting, etc.) When I finally brought the wheels there, the nice lady actually helped me take them out of the car. That was very nice of her. She checked with the team on how long it would take and gave me a price quote for cash. The wheels were done on time and the quality was great and clean. They told us about getting the red to be a "Brembo red" to match the calipers. After taking the wheel home, it looks more like a generic red rather than the deep red that Brembo uses. It was still a great job. I'm not sure if she forgot or if they're were not sure of the specific color for Brembo. Either way, it's still fine. This is a pretty small location, but it's a big warehouse where they do all the work. The office is to the side with a different name on the side of the building. The garage part had the correct name so I started to walk in. Just look to the right, that door there is the office. Parking is a bit limited but fine. They might have a truck or a forklift in the front. Still enough to park a few cars there, so no worries. Overall a great company and very reliable powder coating service. They also powder coated a few small metal prices for me that belonged to the front of my car. Great customer service. Very competitive price for the quality of work that they do. My only tip to those that want to try them out, bring a specific PMS color or sample color of what you want. If you don't you just might get a generic one. I will definitely recommend them and use them again for any powder coating needs. read more

The lady in the office was very nice & she also goes out her way to check up on your order. I dropped off my rims on Monday & she told me to call on Friday morning. I called Friday morning & they said they had them in the oven. I wished she was more specific time wise. I told her what time would they be ready & she said for sure by 3:30pm. I was a bit disappointed cause I had to be at work by 12noon & they are closed Saturday/Sunday so I didn't want to wait till Monday to pick them up. I had to go out my way to find someone to pick them up for me, but over all they did a great job. The lady was very helpful. $300 for all 4rims. Jose and company at Reliable Powder Coating did a great job finishing three sets of wheels for me. Their turn-around time for me was fantastic, it was a drop off on a Friday,and pick up the following Tuesday. I have had 2 compelte sets of Volk Racing wheels powder coated (gloss black, and one in a custom color, which I took the original color in, set a sample, and color matched it nearly identical) and another complete set of Weds Sports in gloss white. All wheels were stripped down from their original coating and the new finish applied. Their prices are very reasonable, and so far the wheels have been holding up great. Very satisfied with all the wheels he has done for me. The only thing is if you bring in your own wheel boxes, make sure you tell them you want them back, else they might disappear.. Although i did get four other mis-match boxes as replacements from them, i'd rather have the original ones i brought in, but that's OK. the Quality on the wheel finishes made up for that!! Had a custom made strut bar powder coated. I chose gun metal. It took a week to get it done. I was told $30 initially because it raw steel on the phone. When I got there Jose told me $45 it needed to be clear coated. Any ways they did a good job and they're friendly there. Jose is the owner so you need to talk to him for prices. The place has a very small parking area and it always seems very busy because they do a good job for reasonable price. I parked in the back of the business since it was so tight driving into the main front parking. They're only open mon thru fri. Closed weekends. read more
