He went the extra mile to make sure I was very well taken care of. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the details of the car shampoo the spray on wax, the clay sponge window cleaner, and a microfiber cloths . it was very helpful and helping me pick out the top-of-the-line products that they carry. I was very impressed of all the foot traffic coming and going specially from auto detailers who are filling up their tanks to a few people coming in to purchase products off the shelf definitely gonna be trying out the new products today. Great customer service when I have question julio tells me in great detail on how to use it and when/where. Great product and the prices are great. The store looks neat and clean. The best part about it is that they have 24 hour water service super helpful when the store is close I don't have to worry about not getting water for my tank. I stopt in to talk to Robert about my truck about two weeks ago to prepare for a car show at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center scheduled for August 30th. I took his advice and purchased some products and different micro fiber cloths, I spent 4 days doing my thing, the engine because of all the aluminum took me a day and a half, then all the chrome, aluminum and stainless steel on the outside took some more time, then I polished her according to what Robert told me, and man she came out beautiful!!! Well, I WON Best of Show in the Truck category, and then a professional photographer started taking pictures and is submitting them to the Ford Website. I had a great time at the Car Show and am now 5 for 8? I have entered a total of 8 car shows and have won 5 trophy's. Robert is outstanding in his knowledge of all the products, he is very helpful. If you are starting in this field of detailing your car, you can't go wrong come here and starting a great friendship and getting outstanding advice on how to care for your car. Everything i was looking for was right there. I found the Meguiars cutting disc i couldnt find anywhere but Amazon, so that was pretty great. Although i wish the items had pricing on them. I had no idea how much everything was until after i paid and got my receipt. Also, the owner was on his phone the whole time and never came to ask if i needed help or was looking for anything in particular. But overall id def come here again. read more

Visited this store for the first time to get supplies for trying to restore the paint on my 2012 Buick Verano. Was the only one in the store and was greeted by the guy at the counter as soon as I walked in. Walked around a little bit looking at the huge selection of products and became a little overwhelmed. Went to him for help and he seemed more than happy to help me. I explained to him the condition of my vehicle and he asked to see the vehicle. Unfortunately after looking at the car he said that he was not sure that the paint would be able to be repaired. We walked back in and he showed me a couple of products that he thought may work, then proceeded to grab a couple of items and we walked back out to my car, where he tried the products on the hood of my car. He was correct, my car was beyond repair and would require a respray. I was really impressed by the fact that he did not try to upsell me anything knowing that it may not work, he just gave me the straight facts. Once my car is re-sprayed I will definitely come back to make sure my new paint job is properly protected! read more
