This morning, I called 4 roofing contractors to get a bid on a new roof...This company was one of two companies that return my phone call that evening. I told him I live in Banning and he immediately said we do not service your area but I would like to help you out and make sure you're familiar with bids, installation and products available with my high winds... he spent the next six minutes going over all of the products that would be good for me from OK good to great and told me about the different installation packages that are available from roofing companies.... he explained everything in Laymans terms because I'm not very familiar with roofing materials. We called Reliable Roofing to get our roof repaired as it's been over 20+ years since we last got it replaced. It's been a nightmare of a service from the get go. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. 1) The project was supposed to start many months before but was delayed for over 1.5 months. 2) Noah had agreed they would demo our pergola and it would be included in the package. When we asked to get it in writing, they said there was no need and that we could trust them. Should have known that was a lie when they said that. We got hit with a $2.5k+ bill for the demo and they removed our entire roof already so we were forced to pay them. 3) We discovered a few leaks after the roof was replaced and it rained. We contacted our project manager, Leo, to come out and repair. He says that it's due to "wet paint" and that the ceiling just needs time to dry. 4) The employees leave the construction materials, dry wall, etc without cleaning up. I was so close to stepping on a nail and getting injured. I seriously don't recommend a company who has 0 customer service. read more

About a year ago, I contacted Todd at Reliable Roofing, after a huge wind storm blew a bunch of tiles off my home. His employee Pedro came out the same day I called and checked out the roof and noticed that there were several other cracked tiles. He took pictures before and after he replaced them all. This past week, I noticed that there was the start of what appeared to be water on the ceiling and some cracking at the seams on the ceiling. Again, I called Todd, and he suggested that I call Pedro for this small job. Pedro came out the same day, removed several tiles and took pictures of the damaged paper under the tiles. He also clearly showed me where there was the start of water leaking on the plywood underneath the paper. It was dry so he was able to replace new paper and the tiles. I am VERY happy with the quick response I have received both times from Reliable roofing and the outstanding work that Pedro has done on my house. My roof leaked on NYE after the big rain and I called them the day after the holiday and they called me right back (even though technically the day I called was still a holiday). They sent Pedro out the very next morning! He was on time, explained everything to me, gave me the amount to repair (which was very reasonable I had feared it was going to cost me an arm and a leg) and fixed the roof right then.
