This is the second roofing project we've had done (separate homes) in the past 2 years. The quality of work and reasonable pricing on the first home is what earned Jaime our business on the second. Jaime and his crew are fabulous! I got a good purchase price on a manufactured home in Desert Hot Springs. The price was good, but the place needed some work, particularly the roof. The roof had leaked into the interior, and the inspection report flagged some other trouble spots where the urethane met asphalt shingles. Jaime met me at my home the day after I called, and gave me an estimate. I got several estimates. Jaime's was the most thorough. He explained the process, and agreed to provide before and after photos. It is now 8 months since he worked on my roof. No leaks! I just had the swamp cooler taken off the roof and the HVAC worker asked for Jaime's contact info because he was so impressed with Jaime and his crew's repair of my roof. It means a lot when a skilled worker is impressed enough to ask for credentials of a roofer for his own place. I was super impressed with the speed of Jaime's response to my request for service, the documentation he provided (13 pages of description and explanation), the prep, the actual work, and the clean up. I hired Jaime and his guys to do a full re-roof on my home in Palm Desert. Don't let the name fool you, in addition to foam roofing, they can also do other types of roofs as well. This was perfect for me as I needed asphalt shingle on my main structure, and foam roofing on my detached garage. Both structures turned out great! I hired Jaime to replace old rotted fascia boards on my home. His team started within a few days of me approving his estimate. They removed a row of comp shingles around the perimeter of the roof. Then they removed the drip rail and old fascia board. New fascia boards, drip rails and a row of comp shingles were replaced. There were a few issues with the completion of the project but Jaime returned and immediately corrected the issues to my 100% satisfaction. His communication was top notch, keeping me updated on dates and time his workers would be at my home. I would recommend his services and would hire him again. read more

He stood behind all of his work and was literally present on every job (that's why we posted a photo of him on our roof). You don't find owners of roofing companies in the desert who do that-they just don't. They might show up in person to bid the job but they send workers and "supervisors" for everything thereafter. Valley Foam without Ray is just another desert roofing company. Nothing against the new company who purchased the business, but just know that if you're selecting the NEW Valley Urethane Foam Roofing based on the OLD reviews, you should do your diligence and probably wait until they have new reviews based on their own performance and have been put to the test. And they should tell people who call that Ray is no longer with the company-PERIOD! As for us, we're following Ray to his new company Foam Roofing Experts of the Desert. I have removed the number for his new company because I believe that posting phone numbers of other companies is not permitted under Yelp guidelines but simply posting the business name is ok. I was met with courtesy and respect. They gave me a fair written estimate immediately. Once I acepted the estimate the crew showed up the next day. They were all very friendly and professional. They actually went beyond the expectations of what they were suppose to do. I pointed out 3 other spots on roof that needed attention, that were elsewhere. The team had a No problem-o attitude. I almost went into shock and had to sit down on the roof for a few minutes, because I did not experience an instant NO WAY JOSE attitude, that usually comes out before my sentence is finished when asking for something to be done! Truly a desert gem!!! Due to a recent rain storm, I discovered a leak in the roof of my home and vacation rental. As there were subsequent storms forecasted, and it was a continued trouble spot, I needed it addressed ASAP. My regular guy was unavailable, so I reached out to a few other roofers; however, Jaime responded to my message immediately. Amazingly, he was at my home within a half-hour of my initial call to him. He was able to detect, evaluate, and address the issue within 15 minutes. Needless to say, as the storms rolled through, Jaime's solution proved to solve the issue. Not only was Jaime easy to communicate with, as a women who has experience in dealing with construction crews for over 20 years, he never spoke to me in a way that was condescending or demeaning.
