My roof leaked on NYE after the big rain and I called them the day after the holiday and they called me right back (even though technically the day I called was still a holiday). They sent Pedro out the very next morning! He was on time, explained everything to me, gave me the amount to repair (which was very reasonable I had feared it was going to cost me an arm and a leg) and fixed the roof right then. He showed me photos of the damaged area, and then the after photos of the area repaired. Extremely friendly from the owner calling me back and Pedro! (FYI I AM NOT USING NAMES BECAUSE IM NOT AN ASSHOLE) I have no idea how their work is. I had a a combo solar and roofing replacement project. I chose Relable as my roofing contractor. I gave Reliable 1K down, which is pretty standard. i was promised I would get that money back if this project didn't go. I felt good about it because the 2 guys I was working with seemed like good people, and I am a firm believer in hand shakes And that was our agreement, a hand shake So fast forward several weeks and not to any fault of Reliable, the solar company turned out to be a complete disaster and the entire project was canceled. I called up and gave Reliable the bad news. we were both bummed. I really wanted this project to happen. we talked about doing just the roof and they just didn't have the finance numbers the solar company offered. I was assured by Reliable that the 1K will, be refunded. All of a sudden Crickets . All attempts I made to reach out were ignored. I don't know the quality of work, but I do know that any man that can't uphold his word, tells me a lot about the company. At the end of the day they were both salesmen. I called Todd when my roof was leaking after a snowstorm. He said he wouldnt come unless I was ready for a total roof replacement. he sent an unlicensed guy who gave me an estimate of $1000 to patch a part of the roof. After he left Todd called me and told me that he wanted me to leave a review on yelp and other sites but not to mention that he didn't come himself. He spoke to me in a very condesending way that I did not appreciate .Subsequent visits by other roofers said the "patch" would not fix the problem so always get a 2nd, 3rd, 4th opinion. read more

Todd was one of the few that called back in a timely manner. Everyone's busy right now because of the bad rains we had this year. He referred a guy to us that was very nice and positive. We had some roof tiles that were pulled off the roof by the storms. Carlos was able to get some replacement tiles, fix some damaged exhaust pipes, put up missing flashing, and clean debris that had blown up there. I am in the process of purchasing a commercial building. The seller provided me with a bid from another roofing company. I contacted Todd Young of Reliable Roofing, he responded quickly.
